Hi im new to the forum and i love ryu si won dramas! i was wondering if someone can help me. the first drama that i ever saw him in was back in the 90's, he played a brother of a girl name sook-hee (i'm not sure if i'm spelling it right) and she apparently had a friend with the same exact name. both girls fell in love with the same gangbanger/mobster guy and ryu si won's character had feelings for his sister's friend. does anyone recall this drama.... what was it called?

Omg I think I fell in love with this actor.

I just recently watched and finished Wedding.

And I must say how impressed I am of his acting and

his charm. He absolutely blew me away with his passiveness in the

drama Wedding as Seungwoo. Seungwoo was just so passive and understanding

it was amazing, he seemed so perfect the role.

Him and Jang Nara make the cutest couple ever, really they do.

The way he squinted his eyes when he was jealous of Jang Nara in Wedding.

The way he looked at her with his adorable puppy looking eyes...AHHHh *faints*

Is he married? Or has a girlfriend?

And you know thats another thing, when I saw him I didn't even think for a second

that he was ANYWHERE near the 30's range. I thought he was like 25 or so.

Seriously, his youth and boyish good looks *sigh*

He's so very charming.

Looking forward to more of his works.

I am new here...I believe the photos of Siwon receiving a certificate of appreciation is for his donation to the Niigata Earthquake victims. When he performed there during this concert tour they honored and recognized him for his donation to aid the earthquake victims.

He successfully completed Concert #9 in Nagasaki and is moving on to Concert #10 tonight.

As he "Backpacks" his way through Japan for the Ryu Siwon 2008 Live Tour "Motto Motto", I pray that health, love and success surrounds him.

These photos reference to "Ryu Si-won Awarded Japan’s Medal of Honor 2008-07-03" Full report from http://world.kbs.co.kr/english/entertainme...ail.htm?No=7791 .....

Hallyu star Ryu Si-won was awarded a Japanese Emperor’s Medal of Honor on Tuesday at Niikata Prefecture. Ryu was honored for making a large contribution to the prefecture, which suffered extensive damages from an earthquake last year. Together with the Medal of Honor with dark blue ribbon, he also received a plaque of appreciation from the head of Niikata Prefecture.

Ryu said he just wanted to help out the residents of Niikata, where he held a concert in 2006. He added that he’s glad to have given even a little bit of hope and comfort to earthquake victims.

The Medal of Honor with dark blue ribbon is given to individuals who have made exceptionally generous financial contributions for the wellbeing of the public. A total of 23 medals were awarded in relation to the Niikata earthquake, but 22 of them were for businesses and organizations and Ryu is the only individual given the honor.

Right after the concert at the Niikata Prefecture Civic Center, Ryu will move to Matsuyama to hold his sixth concert. He will wrap up his concert tour in Japan on August 21st at the Nippon Budokan in Tokyo.

Updating all on our Prince RSW 2008 Concert Tour...

Our Prince RSW has presented 13 concerts thus far.

June 25 : Saitama Toda City Hall

June 29 & 30 : Wel City Sapporo, Hokkaido

July 2 & 3 : Niigata Prefectural

July 5 : Matsuyama Civic hall

July 7 : Kurashiki City Auditorium in Kurashiki city, Okayama Prefecture

July 8 : Wel City Hiroshima

July 12 : Nagasaki Brick Hall

July 14 & 15 : Fukuoka SunPalace Hotel & Hall

July 17 & 18 : Miyazaki Municipal Culture Hall

Please do pray for his health as he had sore throat and also swollen tonsils while in Miyazaki. He is much better but still needs to be fully recovered. Still he continues with his concert. That is our Prince indeed.

On 16 July 2008 while at Miyazaki, our Prince RSW was appointed as Miyazaki PR/Goodwill Ambassador by Governor of Miyazaki Prefecture, Mr. Hideo Higashikokubaru. Congrats to our Prince.

As he continues his concert tour...do keep him in your prayer.

Was wondering when Siwon underwent his military service. Looking at his long list of dramas and concerts, i was thinking when he served the army. Was he discharged early?

Hi Cazzia

Siwon underwent his military service in Defense Corps. He did not serve active duty due to his vision and weight which did not meet the qualification.

I find Si Won so cute after watching him on Since We Met. I miss watching him on korean dramas. The last one I watched was Wedding.

Hi cutieangel25

have you watched all of Si Won's dramas? If not, try catching him in all the series. You will grow with him through each and every drama series he's in. Enjoy....

Catch his lovely voice in his albums too...

nice meeting you here...

Hi

I understand that we have to depend on Si Won's time schedule.

However, most of us are working ladies, would prefer the time to be like 7pm onwards.
