i cant receive pm's

well my friend tried to pm me before but the message didnt send and he got this message.

and i asked another friend to try again... and the same message popped up for her aswell. i tried to pm people myself and that worked fine .. but people cant seem to send messages to me. i was wondering if this has anything to do with my name change.. cuz i requested for a name change.. and i had absolutely no problems with pm's before i changed my name.
