ActorLee Jung-ok has confirmed her appearance in the drama ‘The Judge from Hell.’

Actor  Lee Jung-ok, who is loved by many and has a distinct presence in leading box office hits such as 'Strong Woman Gang Nam-soon', 'Diva on a Deserted Island', and recently 'Murderer's Trap', is making her mark by being cast in the drama 'The Judge from Hell'. He is expected to make a big splash as a genre master.

The new SBS drama 'The Judge from Hell' (written by Jo Yi-soo/directed by Jin-pyo Park/produced by Studio S), scheduled to be aired this year, tells the story of Kang Bit-na (played by Park Shin-hye), a 'devil from hell' who enters the body of a judge, in a reality that is more hellish than hell. It is a romantic fantasy drama about a man who meets Han Da-on (Kim Jae-young), a more humane detective than anyone else, and is reborn as a true judge by punishing criminals.

Following Park Shin-hye and Kim Jae-young, veteran actors such as Kim In-kwon and Kim Hye-hwa are receiving attention as a highly anticipated work, and Lee Jung-ok has joined the cast in the role of 'Jaehyun'. Jaehyun is a devil who runs a cleaning company called 'Sergeant Cleaning' in the human world, and Lee Jung-ok plays Jaehyun and is expected to add to the fun of her by working with Park Shin-hye, who plays Kang Bitna.

Lee Jung-ok is actively engaged in both the small screen and the big screen and is attracting attention as a 'reliable actor'. Last year, in JTBC's 'Strong Woman Gang Nam-soon', he played the role of 'Kim Nam-gil', a cute and attractive secretary with a lot of charm, and in tvN's 'Diva of the Desert Island', he played the role of 'Kang Sang-du', a loving wife and father full of love, and the sorrow of losing his daughter in the Netflix series 'Murderer's Toy'. He played the role of 'Kang Sang-mook', a father full of emotions, and played a variety of characters with different human charms, proving that he can play any character without any problems.

In addition to this, Lee Jung-ok has also shown strength in genre acting. From OCN's 'Strangers from Hell', tvN's 'The Method', and KBS2's 'Zombie Detective' that introduced her to the public, Lee Jung-ok left such a strong impression that she continues to be talked about when talking about genre characters. Accordingly, attention is being paid to the acting transformation he will show in 'The Judge from Hell'.

Attention is being paid to how Lee Jung-ok will perform in the new work and how she will play a role in increasing immersion in the play. Meanwhile, SBS' new drama 'The Judge from Hell' is scheduled to air this year.
