Yoo Yeon Seok To Join Kim Tae Ri And Lee Byung Hun In Upcoming Drama

Yoo Yeon Seok is will be joining the lineup of writer Kim Eun Sook’s next drama“Mr. Sunshine”!
On July 10, the actor’s agency King Kong by Starship revealed, “Yoo Yeon Seok is confirmed to star in ‘Mr. Sunshine’ as Goo Dong Mae.” Lee Byung Hun and Kim Tae Ri were previously confirmed for the drama.
“Mr. Sunshine” is a melodrama set from 1900 to 1905 which will tell soldiers’ stories that should be remembered but haven’t been recorded in history. Yoo Yeon Seok will play the role of Goo Dong Mae who falls in love with Kim Tae Ri’s character and puts everything on the line for her.
Yoon Ha Rim, CEO of the drama’s production company Hwa & Dam Pictures, commented, “I have always watched his acting with interest as he absorbs and adapts with his own color rather than limiting himself to the genre or character, and now we will be working with him for ‘Mr. Sunshine.’ I have high anticipation for his acting that will make another transformation through this project.”
“Mr. Sunshine” is scheduled to air in the first half of 2018.

Is it open ending? i guess not. they are happily living their life with their own ways. Sejoo happy with seol, as shinyul finally forgive himself not being able to save hwiyoung, (this is the main reason why he stuck on typewrite and having short amnesia about his last moment before he died, it was guilty feeling after he let his feeling to saved soohyun, but he makes all his comrade died, especially hwiyoung)
Did Shin yul stuck at carpe diem? In the most happy moment in his life? With his two beloved friends. as his spirit rest in peace without any regret anymore.
Because he said he just woke up from long dream? *while holding present time picture.. last scenes of shinyul, i think he said for short moment they were together (in future) he was dreaming about them and he wish(or he want) to meet them again, someday.
For soohyun: as fighter soohyun need put aside her feeling, because if someone was betray their boss and forgot their real mission in first place, they are still betrayer.. that was the saddest things in her life.. it wasnt about she was angry because hwiyoung died..but traitor need to be punish, thats how fighters living in the past for the sake of their country free from colonialism..shin yul himself admitted his wrongdoing by reveal their leaders name.. he wait for soohyun to kill him, just how he stay in carpe diem waiting for her to come..

I would says i love how the story of three of them in past, in 1930s the most. If they stay on past time, i think chicago typewriter will be hit drama, looking how Jump rating from ep15 1.4 to ep16 2.4% seems like viewers love their past story most.. but overall i love all main cast, they are show us how they playing with such a great emotion through painful past as fighters.. great writing from JSW writernim.. great ost from music director.. all supporting cast did great job, especially kwak si yang, he makes me annoyed by his annoying appearence in this drama.. lol.. i love all main lead, Yoo ah in and GKP so adorable and im soo jung was best as soohyun, especially when she cried over everything that hurting her.. i wont talk about their acting talent, because all did their job very well, i love all of them with same portion
For Yoo ah in, i dont know if i should sad or not.. i love Hwiyoung character so much, but again he died lol (just like all his past drama with sad and tragic ending not being able to be with his beloved one). at least i get to see happy ending yoo ah in as seJoo character (cutest man on earth
).. ugh ! Thanks for not breaking my heart for the first time in kdramaland lol ❤️

At scenes where Hwiyoung remember and saw how little soohyun growing up beside him..little soo hyun told hwiyoung that she have someone that she will marry someday, the one who saved her life Back then.. and she grow as adult and she told hwiyoung again, that she will marry her savior.. while hwiyoung tease her that she doesnt have charm as woman since she looks like a man.. AGAIN, soo hyun dresses as woman And hwiyoung come and stunned by her beauty, she Asked him again, about the man who saved her life.. she told him even that person never reveal his face and told her about his name..that person was once said to me encourage words.. "you dont need to be tormented by the fact that you survived you need to be stronger " his words become my strength until now.. Even i cant meet him and marry him..but i want to says thank you to him at least once.. did you really wasnt that person? hwiyoung given her an excuse but soohyun told him "why i have feeling that you are lying to me? I feel like that lie keep makes me sad"
before he shot himself he told her (probably on her dream) "saranghae".. and he said sorry for pretending not realize her feeling for him.. he promise to meet her again in their next life, he will recognize her first, and they should meet again..
at the last scene, while hwiyoung commited suicide.. his last words was: i miss you (i want to meet you), soo hyun na *while looking at her picture..
SpoilerI think shinyul did suicide too.. right after he wrote his last words infront chicago typewriter.. what about soohyun? if she brave and strong woman, she wont commite suicide.. but if she did, she might follow hwiyoung at the cliff, that why the watch was found there.. because shinyul the second one who died infront hwiyoung typewriter and hwiyoung watch was there..so probably soohyun took the watch and commite suicide at the place where hwiyoung died. or she living there until she died.

I think i understand what ill fate relationship meaning from seol mom words.. we know from present time, anyone who related with seJoo, always put them in danger.. like what happened with seol lately.. i guess when she said do not getting close with sejoo. @CatchMine_ID glad im not alone lol.. only with one glance, i think it was hwiyoung (or madam, but not soohyun)..because in the past, his character and personality different with sejoo. I dont know right words to says in english. But he looks cruel,manful, and act like the true leader for them, he hide his feeling for sake of his own country.. he even accepted Soohyun as his comrade and join the force, eventhought he know she was the girl.. so i think when someone making mistake in the mission or if he smell someone betray him, he wont think for a second to killing them.. for the sake of FREEDOM. .

Another blurred scenes.. Why i feel HWIYOUNG was the one in this picture holding gun and shoot someone? what the reason he did this?
(We know soo hyun position wasnt like that when she hold gun toward someone, probably to hwiyoung. she hold gun with her two hand)
first one: its either Hwiyoung or madam.. but i think this is hwiyoung, blurred picture of a man. (because i am die hard fan of yoo ah in lol, he has unique lips. if my guess wrong, i need to love him even more huh)
Second: i feel like the one who hold this watch was sejoo (in present time while sitting infront typewriter and seol sleeping beside him), so he got his memories back, and shocked because he killed someone! then he dropped the watch..

1. she might come to see hwiyoung, for some reason; like asking who is the one who kill shin yul? or theatening hwiyoung for another reason? we knows soohyun even threatened shin yul if he doesnt let her joint their mission with report them in japan police, she probably doing this to hwiyoung too.. as how we can see the cliff might be the end of soohyun or hwiyoung (he have high possibility died in there), where the watch was found by seol dad.
2. we have another villain, who connected with shin yul. (since in my opinion, heo young min met three of them in episode 11, and shin yul introduced himself as owner of carpe diem, they might think he was the head of joseon youth... (forgot their group name) )

i love how our ghostwriter making jealous of sejoo with how much ppl love shin yul and soo hyun love story from comment online. like many other here love shin yul sweet love to soo hyun..
@evok maybe it was placed like that for foreshadowing the last scene event, where seol found hwiyoung was the one soo hyun killed. UNFAIR GAME title probably hint (since it was written on english, its rare on kdramaland they put korean books with english words) how hwiyoung died because someone play dirty behind his back. Just like how he died?
Another foreshadowing scenes happened in episode 9 we got to see how seol searching for "her savior" with putting her hand on shin yul face in beginning episode and she finally found out hwiyoung was his savior on the last scene, with doing the same things.

What i love about chicago typewriter is the writer very clever how to put good line for the world problem, politic issue, (with adding some jokes) without dramatize or exaggerate. In episode 10 #chicagotypewriter
when Hwiyoung choose not to tell soohyun his identity that was all because he doesnt want her to get hurt more and he want to continue his mission without being caught.. i feel like hwiyoung was lonely person inside because he need to pretending and lying about everything to soohyun..and we saw how Shinyul understand hwiyoung very well, even as human in the past or as ghost in present time..
While hwiyoung hide his feeling to soohyun, pretending he doesnt love her..we got to see how sweet and pure Shin yul love to soo hyun.. i want to see more scenes between Yul and soohyun, but all i see bittersweet ending for them already hurt us as viewers. I wonder why Yoo Jin Oh trying hard to possesses human only for seol to see him? Hmm.. confession love? I think no, there is hidden secret for him to wait for 80year only to show up infront seol
At scenes where sejoo asked Yoo who is the one soohyun love.. i think when he gave the answer to sejoo question, its all because he already knows the answer..
Yoo: "the only person who knows that is soohyun. She was living at a time where one had to hide HIS OR HER FEELINGS for a greater causes" "but now ppl seem to hide their feelings because of their pride"
and sejoo reply to Yoo, he feel a bit sorry for hwiyoung, and he wont love someone like how hwiyoung did to soohyun.
i guess this is confirmation about Hwiyoung feeling to soohyun, for Shin yul to know the real confession Hwiyoung feeling from the past.. i feel hwiyoung foolish love also have bittersweet ending..
i love how seJoo keep encourage seol to do not afraid with her past. Both hwiyoung and sejoo feel like the same person, even he now reincarnated:)
so the one who knows how Yoo died was heo young min and madam.. he knows them as traitor, its possible Yoo memory was missing because the two of them did something to him, they can order shin yul to do everything while they threaten him with something precious in shin yul life.
if seol mom said about ill fate might be repeated.. im afraid it might harm Sejoo and seol. Because taemin seems like scary person (but he also have romance feeling to seol) and his mom also scary person.
i think the reason why seol mom dont want seol getting close with sejoo, because in the past hwiyoung was doing danger things for his mission, we can see how hwiyoung ignore his feeling to soohyun for greater causes..i think this is one reason, he might put soohyun in danger.. especially the traitor was heo young min..
On the last scenes, where seol remember everything, her mom voiceover told her to do not making ill fated relationship repeat.. i dont think the last scene is another mislead, because seol saw him. Its hwiyoung. She can saw him, finally. Her sadness memories..
in preview, i feel like all happiness they give us, feels like all because seol want to leave him? i hope its not the reason, because seol already said how she want to overcome everything together, and she promise to sejoo too. please dont leave sejoo chaebal!
I Also worries with Yoo, because if seol meet taemin and talk about anything related about chicago typewriter, he might destroy typewriter..which means Yoo Jin Oh might be dissapear forever.. -.- Yoo Jin oh power was came from typewriter. Hmm..
