Song Hye-kyo, “There”s no boundaries to love”

Song Hye-kyo visited China for the promotion of the movie "My Brilliant Life".

With one day to go until the release of the movie in China, Chinese media reported her arrival in Beijing on the 12th.

At

the press conference, she was asked about her marriage plans and she

said, "I don"t think I"m ready to be committed to become a mother. I

experienced my first love at age 17 as well (like the character in the

movie)". She was then asked what she would like to do if she could go

back to that age and she said, "That"s when I was better at learning, so

I would like to learn Chinese".

About her outstanding

performance in the Chinese movies she starred in she said, "It wasn"t a

long time, but I had fun with the local stars. I want to work with more

of them".

She was asked who she would like to marry and she

said, "There"s no boundary in love so if my soul mate is a good person,

then nothing else matters. I used to emphasize looks but now I think the

two people matter the most".

Song Hye-kyo and Kang Dong-won"s "My Brilliant Life" is being released in China on March 13.

Korea’s ‘My Brilliant Life’ Set For Wide Release in China

South Korean drama “My Brilliant Life” is to get a wide release in China from Friday (March 13).

The picture, directed by E J-yong, is based on a novel by Kim Ae Ran about a couple with a son who suffers from an accelerated aging syndrome known as progeria.

The film is to be distributed by China Film Group, China’s leading state-owned film enterprise, with Shanghai Film Group as co-distributor. The film is expected to open on some 5,000 screens – a far wider release than it received in Korea in September, where it was handled by CJ Entertainment.

It stars Gang Dong-won and Song Hye-kyo (“Hwang Jin Yi”), a Korean actress who is building a significant place in the Chinese industry. She has starred in Wong Kar-wai’s “The Grandmaster” and John Woo’s two part epic “The Crossing.”

“My Brilliant Life” has also been released in other parts of Greater China, with outings in Hong Kong and Taiwan in October last year.

It was also screened at the Hawaii International Film Festival last October as part of its “Spotlight on Korea” section.

Production was by Zip Cinema, co-presented by Opus Pictures, both of which are subsidiaries of Asian film investment group Spackman Entertainment.

　　新浪娱乐讯 3月12日，由宋慧乔、姜栋元领衔主演的韩国电影《扑通扑通我的人生》在京举办首映发布会，导演李在容携主演宋慧乔出席了活动。宋慧乔在电影中出演一个17岁就怀孕生子并且拥有一个患有早衰症的儿子的母亲。34岁的乔妹坦言生活中的自己还不够成熟，还没有做好组建家庭、当妈妈的准备。而说起择偶标准，身高外貌年龄都不是问题，也有可能当中国媳妇。

　　《扑通扑通我的人生》的导演李在容曾执导过《情事》《丑闻》等韩国经典影片，这次他讲述了一对17岁就怀孕生子的年轻父母和16岁年纪就拥有80岁外貌的早衰症孩子的感人故事，李在容导演形容此片是“我执导的唯一一部适合全家观看的作品，也是不同年龄段都能一起看的电影。年纪大的可以回忆自己的青春，年纪小的可以对自己父母好点”。

　　宋慧乔在影片中17岁就怀孕生子，而回忆起自己的17岁，宋慧乔表示初恋在高中，也是17岁左右的年纪。而如果有机会重回17岁，她最想做的事情竟然是学好中文，因为那时记忆力很好。

　　距离宋慧乔的17岁已经过去了17年，现在34岁的乔妹也到了被催婚的年纪，说起择偶标准，乔妹坦言身高外貌都不是问题，关键的是两人有共同爱好。至于年龄方面，乔妹虽然表示自己并不是特别成熟，需要另一半是更加成熟更加懂事的人，但也放宽标准表示：“姐弟恋无所谓，年龄不是问题”。

　　那么国籍会否是一个标准呢？汤唯嫁去了韩国，乔妹有没有可能嫁来中国？对此，宋慧乔并不否认成为中国媳妇的可能性：“我知道爱情没有国境的，如果有更好的对象的话，这都不会成为问题”。

‘My Brilliant Life’ confirmed to release in China on March 13; Song Hye-kyo to visit Beijing

My Brilliant Life’ is based on Kim Ae-ran’s novel ‘My Palpitating

Life’. The film revolves around young parents (Kang Dong-won and Song

Hye-kyo) and their 16-year-old son (Jo Seong-mok), who has the body of

an 80-year-old due to progeria syndrome, a rare genetic disorder. It was

released on September 3, 2014 in Korea.

‘My Brilliant Life’ was distributed by China Film Corporation and

Shanghai Film Group which also introduced other Korean films to the

Chinese market such as ‘Roaring Currents’ and ‘Cold Eyes’. The film is

expected to hit more than 5,000 theaters in China.

This is a bigger number than ‘Roaring Currents’, which was released

in approximately 3,000 theaters across China. It shows that there are

high expectations are being placed on ‘My Brilliant Life’. In addition,

director Lee Jae-yong and Song Hye-kyo are scheduled to visit Beijing.

They are going to attend the press conference and presentation which

will be held for two days on March 11 and 12.

The film features the cast of Kang Dong-won, Song Hye-gyo, Jo Seong-mok, Baek Il-seop, Lee Sung-min, Kim Gap-soo, etc.

It is drawing a lot of attention whether the film’s heartwarming

story will captivate Chinese audiences as it did in Korea, although it

dealt with a rather unusual material of progeria syndrome.

Actors Kim Yoon-seok and Kang Dong-won started shooting for film ‘Black Priests(translated title’ after being cast.

‘Black Priests’ depicts a story of two priests who get involved in a mysterious case to save a girl from danger.

Actor Kim Yoon-seok was cast as ‘Kim’, a priest who holds religious rituals to save a girl from danger despite all doubts and oppositions. He is expected to show another character role as he has in his previous works.

On the other hand, Korea’s one of the hottest stars, Kang Dong-won who starred in his recent film ‘My Brilliant Life’ where he showed love of a dedicated father, was this time cast as ‘Choi’, a deacon who helps ‘priest Kim’ and gets engaged in a case unexpectedly. He is said to transform into a character that he has never played before.

The first shooting for ‘Black Priests’ was held on March 5 in Dae-gu and the duo has successfully got absorbed in their character and took a great start.

“We started filming today. I am trying to get used to wearing the Roman collar. It makes you think a lot when you are dressed in it. Also, Kang Dong-won looks awesome wearing his Roman collar, so please get excited to see him in one. Anyway, since we just started we will keep up with our work and get going,” said Kim Yoon-seok.

“It was a good start. We already have good teamwork together, so I have a good feeling that things will work out very well,” said Kang Dong-won about his first shooting.

Park Joon Hyung says Song Hye Kyo once visited their dorms when the members were all in their underwear

On the February 3 installment of SBS's 'Roommate,' g.o.d's Park Joon Hyung took Jackson, Sunny, and Danny Ahn to the group's past dorm from 18 years ago, even revealing a hilarious story from their time there involving actress Song Hye Kyo!

Park Joon Hyung said, "At the time, I was filming for the sitcom, 'Soonpoong Clinic,' so [co-star] Song Hye Kyo came over," explaining that all the members saw someone coming from the window while they were only in their underwear! When Park Joon Hyung told them it was Song Hye Kyo, they all freaked and quickly dressed themselves and fixed their hair to greet the pretty star.
