Omg. I can't believe I'm spoiling myself before watching the latest two episodes. But I was dying to know about what happened to HR after the break up. and a NEW GUY????? Please tell me he is cute and will treat her as the queen she is ! Because this girl deserves all that and more after that heartbreak! And also very curious about SH's wife and JH's interactions. I will unload all my gushing after watching those episodes here. This drama gets you so invested emotionally and all its character are so wonderfully three dimensional! LOVE IT!!!!!

It seems I'm much more sympathetic to HR then most people. Mostly because girl has waited for 7 years, in that 7 years, she even has sacrificed for WS on multiple times. And in her mind, love was the only prerequisite for marriage. But, then WS goes and completely shatters that illusion by saying "love and marriage are not the same thing," meaning all of sudden, love is not enough or it never was. So, she is at a MAJOR cross road now, how do you go forward from this as a couple?! Because not only WS doesn't have the necessary job and a means to buy a house, but most importantly, he doesn't want to. He is so comfortable in the current life they are living that he doesn't want to take additional responsibility on and take their relationship to the next level. I know most people are blaming HR for not communicating her expectations to WS, but did WS ever voice out his expectations about their relationship so that she doesn't misunderstand?! He assumed HR will be happy with the life they are living and won't want more. So, the problem in lack of properly communicating certain expectations comes from BOTH ends, not just from HR's end.
Similarly, some people are blaming JH for not giving SH breakfast and being so cold, and even pursuing a relationship with the new guy. Here's the thing though, SH essentially said whatever JH does as a "wifely" behavior is uncomfortable for him and that they are only tenant and a landlord, so she shouldn't misunderstand. That's practically telling her that this marriage doesn't matter, we are still just a tenant and a landlord. Now, why in the world would she offer SH breakfast next morning? Didn't he just say her such overly familiar actions make him uncomfortable and implied that they should live separate lives as before? I'm VERY proud of JH for standing her ground next morning and showing her displeasure and letting him know not to use words like "we" or "us" to describe them again so she doesn't misunderstand. It's this little thing called pride, that is huge thing for a person whether it be a man or a woman, so it shouldn't be disregarded just because it is a woman's pride instead of a man's. Her pride was hurt, so she responded in such manner and will keep responding in such manner. Yes, it is a bit immature, but it is understandable. This is what SH wanted, so this is what he is going to get.
Anyways, this rant certainly doesn't mean I hate SH or WS, I love both of them. But, just in these two instances I felt like defending these two ladies. Because they were not entirely wrong in their stance this time.

Loved the third episode. It was poignant and loved that realization and leap of faith from jiho at the end. The OST also enhances the scenes so much. And I also love her friends. Such a lovely drama! Can't wait for episode 4.

Watched the 1st and 2nd episodes, and this drama has a fun, refreshing, and witty story-line. But, I totally wasn't expecting that marriage proposal. lol. Next episodes are going to be crazy, can't wait to watch it.

OMG! This drama was so awesome! And Mark chao and yang mi did amazing acting. Mark chao especially! That subtle yet stoic acting, meanwhile delivering emotions so effortlessly, UGH! He needs to do more dramas from now on. Best Ye hwa ever! <3 The side characters + music was also amazing. Repeating this drama for now. Too much drama-withdrawal comes from this drama. Lol. Has Mark picked up any new projects post this drama yet?

I don't know where I saw this mentioned that kim go eun has a good voice and they would like her to sing one of the ost songs. And I actually looked it up, and damn! Her voice is so nice and soothing! This one is from her drama cheese in the trap.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dzJ1LYYncmU
and I also found her singing "make you feel my love" by adele in one of the variety shows. And Damn the girl is so multi-talented!

Is goblin really leaving next episode? Does that mean there is going to be a leap happening? And I hope the grim reaper and the owner meet in the next two episodes!

So I really wasn't going to watch this drama initially, just something about saguek/fantasy turns me off in dramas. I know I'm totally weird, I love fantasy books, so I don't understand my aversion to fantasy in real life dramas. LOL. Anyways, I watched it and ended up COMPLETELY loving it! This was a great start, the cinematography is amazing, the cast is fabulous and just everything is going for it. Special mentions to Gong yoo/Lee dong wook chemistry! Just wow! l was awestruck when they both were in one frame. Now to few constructive criticisms:
1) The transitions in the scenes was a bit abrupt at times, so I hope it flows better in the future. Though, the content was so entertaining, it hardly made a difference, but I hope that choppiness is not maintained throughout the drama.
2) I love kim go eun's acting! I also liked her chemistry with Gong yoo, but one minor problem I have is her cutesy way of speaking. And I can understand she does it to seem younger, but as one of the knetz comment said she is already cute, so she doesn't need that cutesy way of speaking to seem cute. So, I hope she improves on that in the future episodes.
Anyways, My another quarry is that, Is kim go eun going to stay a high school student through out the entire drama? Because as one dramabeans commentator pointed out that she was born in 1998, 8 years later her mother died, so that would make it 2006, and then 10 years later happened, so that would make it 2016 and she was 18/19 in that time period?! I thought she would become older with another time leap, but it seems that's not right. Can someone explain this to me if they have any information about it?

Repeat after me chingus, JUNG HWAN is the husband!!!! Repeat It like ten more times and START believing in it!!! Don't you guys know these are reply writers and shin pd,, they will troll until the veryyyy end. This EXACT thing happened in 1994. Granted I haven't seen the episode yet and I will watch it tomorrow, but there is no way Jun hwan is not the husband after we have followed his whole love tragectory from beginning to now. They have emphasized his every action opposed to those of taek's for DS. I know he is the husband, but the question is will they be able to make DS's love him at the end believable enough? That's the question to answer. Will we be convinced that DS loves him as much as he loves her?

Alright since this is the shipping thread for both Seung gi and Yoona, so I'm gonna share this. I'm really into astrology and i was looking through this book the power of birthdays, stars, and numbers to basically read about my birthdate personality and I saw there is a small section that has dates that are compatible with the each birthdate for that "special someone," and there are like four type of compatibilities, "love and friendship," "beneficial," "challenging," and "soulmates." And I was surprised to find that both Yoona and Seung gi's birth dates have each other's birth-dates listed as "soulmates." Though of course, they can break up and date other people who are also compatible with them, but I was seriously surprised that both their birth dates are so compatible astrologically. Though of course, this doesn't mean they are gonna get back together or anything for sure. But, it's interesting to note that what they had was indeed special and they were truly compatible. I really wonder if the intensity of their schedules is what really tore them apart, giving them lesser time to date. Yoona at least doesn't have SNSD activities for now, so she is definitely a lot more free than before.
