I just found this super hot NFSW pix of Vengo (Modern Day Dijun hehe) on weibo. I thought I would share it with you to make up for the blanket ep/scene. He basically has on only a button up shirt and his underwear. OMG, I hope I dont get in trouble for posting it LOL. I thought since were coming to the end of the drama, this is the prolly the best time to post it.

Agreed..there was a lot scene a "peck on the lip" in Cdrama and Kdrama but the audience still like it...
The cave kiss where they against the rock was my fav kiss. After that would be the kiss before the rolling on the bed kiss (so hot). TBH, they gave us so many sweet kisses. More than any cdrama or kdrama Ive seen. I loved forehead and nose kisses. Since I experienced the evilness of the cut kiss scene in JOF
(the production crew got so mad they leaked the kiss for the viewers anyways that how bad it was). Ive learned to be happy with what few kisses I can get.
Thanks for translating Vengo's weibo live. I know it was kinda awkward but I thought it was cute and funny. I know he's kinda dorky but at least I felt like he was trying his best. So it's hard for me to not like it since I'm a donut hahahaha.

Random OT comment but I just started watching Under The Power. I'm on ep 2 and since Dong Hua's voice actor Zhang Jie is dubbing Allen Ren's (main lead) voice. For some reason I keep picturing DH and can't stop laughing
. Because of that I cant focus of the ML 's character. Haha I guess I have to keep trying cause I heard it was a good drama.

So, I finally was able to complete this drama after watching it with vietsubs.The last two eps were heart wrenching. I probably cried the most there than anywhere else in the drama. I felt Vengo 's best acting was during ep 55 & 56. I'm so glad his and Reba's acting is improving.
Although, they didn't have many passionate kisses. I will be happy with all the kisses they did give us. I mean there are some entire dramas that only give one peck on the lips (with the leads looking shocked and frozen in place).
It's sad that they rushed the ending and the editing was kinda choppy ...... sighs
. I was very disappointed when they didn't have DJ say "I've never feared Destiny and I certainly don't need its charity." And because they left out the family boat scene. Grrrrrr!!! I was looking forward to seeing those two scenes.
Overall I loved this drama .The cast, music and CGI was amazing. Thought it was better than TMOPB (fans please dont hate me). I loved the fact they were able to follow the book pretty closely. So I will overlook a few great scenes in the book they didn't include. I'm sure they tried their best since their drama had to be cut by 4 eps.
Last but not least. It was great being here with you all. I'm so happy that I was able to watch this with everyone in this group. You made this drama a better experience for me. I had so much fun reading your comments, pix and vids. Made me happy that everyone here really love and supported this drama.
From this moment on until forever. There will never be another DH & FJ for me. I hope everyone will continue to love and support Vengo & Reba. Take care everyone. Hopefully, we will meet again on another thread. Sorry for the TLDR post.

I’m on ep 53 and the last 4 eps (49-52) were so sweet. I think I smiled the entire time. Seeing all the things I loved reading in the book come to life.

My bad ........... sorry I misunderstood your question. I read it too fast and thought you were talking about ELOD hehe. And, I haven't finished the Untamed I stopped after a few eps so I'm really clueless about that drama. But I did read this article today that said because of the A03 issue the Untamed ratings got affected.

Yes, same here I loved DHFJ pairing the most in TMOPB. I had a lot of ugly crying going on too. I'm also dying to see what fun stuff that's going on at Reba's weibo.

DH and FJ are my favourites in TMOPB, and I'm glad that in their very own story ELOD, Vengo and Reba reprised their roles.
Vengo's stares always make my heart flutter. I'm really happy they reprised their roles too. I will never accept another DHFJ couple hehehe. Just like there's only one BQYH couple. This drama's casting was like a dream come true.
The part with FJ and her father really broke my heart I cried so much during that scene. If I were to choose I probably would pick that as my top 3 saddest scenes.
1. Would be when he was holding her and she said in her dreams can he at least reciprocate his feelings for her.
2. And after she cut of her tail then went to the stone to try to carve there names into it.
3. Lastly, would be the scene of her and her father that you mentioned. That scene really tore my heart apart watching the father lower himself to plead for the sake of his daughters happiness.
Gosh, their story in TMOPB was so heartbreaking. DH really really really broke my heart. I feel like the writers in that drama were torturing me and DHFJ fans. Honestly, I know this will sound a little bit sadistic. But, there has only been 2 times in my life where I wanted a ML to suffer for a while for being such a jerk. The first person being Bai Zi Hua in JOF and second being DH in TMOPB.
I'm so happy that they were able to have a better love story here. Even though, they made a few changes from the book. I still really love that they mostly stayed true to the book. And kept some of the most memorable passages from the book. I keep praying that they will give us a good ending. So us fans will all be happy with the final outcome . DH is my most fav novel character of all time. Hopefully, they will give us book fans justice.

Yes, I felt the same way I was so heartbroken that it took me a few days to watch the ending of TMOPB because I was really sad. I couldn't believe after all FJ went through he didn't give her a chance.

Thanks for translating this interview. I saw a few bts where Vengo would kind of press is temples together. He usually did this when he was in a group with Lian Song & Si Ming. I never understood why he did that. But, thanks to you know I now he was trying to stop his wig from falling apart hahaha.
I cant believe I waited forever for this drama to air and it ending in 2 days. It seemed to have aired so fast and now I'm afraid to let DHFJ go. I will never forget the first time I seen them together. It was magical. They were spinning in the air with the wind fluttering through the trees. And the beautiful bgm playing. I'm gonna miss them and this thread so much.

Also wanted to share this lovely song (Rush to the Dead Summer Ost - Yoyo Sham - Chaser of the Light (追光者) from Reba. I thinks its from her bday party. She sounds so adorable and looks like a mermaid goddess. I hope you guys like it too.

Vengo's character were apparently very sweet in the drama Swords of Legends (i havent watch it) and thus fans starting calling his character as 甜甜 (sweet). So it kinda evolve from there.
Also, some said Vengo has a sweet personality so it is only natural that his fans are as sweet as donuts too!!

SpoilerRemember that DH has cold and calculated persona. So, by sending him to the mortal realm as Song Xuan Ren, viewers can relate to the later character development in him. We get a glimpse of DH who is totally different from when he was in Jiuchong Tien. Song Xuan Ren forshadowed DH's changes and how he would be like when he loves unconditionally. So, this transition help us understand how such a cold person initially can warm up so quickly to FJ.
Here's a pix I found I think it will be at the final battle. Wow the CGI team is so amazing. One of the best I've seen so far in Cdramas. Love it!!
Upcoming scenes (especially the ring scene @1:23
