Episode 12 the Wrath of Tan.
Normally I do not like mistresses, I think of them as home wreckers but I like Tan's mother simply because she is not actually mean. The legitimate wife I do not like simply because she is mean. I believe she married Tan's father when his first wife died. He had a son but she did not embrace that son, from all appearances it seems she isolated him. I do not think she was suitable for the new wife. And how does she end up heading a school when she seem to not like kids very much.
ES mother must have had a similar experience to Tan's mom, she is very understanding and has a soft spot Tan's mom. I wish she did not have to leave Tan's mom alone in that house. I think the house is cold and lonely.
Tan's dad is horrible, he wants it all, the beautiful woman at his side, the wife to show the public and keep up his image and the handsome sons to parade around. He does not care how his actions have made everyone in his life unhappy once he is happy. He is truly hateful. He wants to rule over his family. If he liked Tan's mother more than as posession he would have divorced his wife and married her instead. But he has Tan's mother hidden away like some dark secret and has Tan denying her existence in public. He without thaught is destroying the heart of his son. Imagine calling Tan a bastard, who the hell made him a bastard? You did.
Rachel's mom is all kind of How?
Smexytary I once again see as the Best man.
Tan's brother to sad again. He wants to please his father way to much. I do not think he is doing it just for the company any more it is to earn the respect of his father. Not that his father deserve his effort. He should not have let that girl leave alone.
YD's Dad pure -ss as usual.
Bo Na already sees ES as a friend. The girl is so nice she even wonders why ES left without breakfast. She pretends to be hard but she is soft.
Rachel, I do not think she will spill Tan's secret but the bar owner's daughter will step out of line and she will spill hers. Interesting Rachel knows almost all the secrets now. Let's see what she does. I am hoping she shows some good character and keep it to herself instead of using it to hurt ES and Tan and the other girl but she is hurting to so I am not sure what she will do. Maybe try to use it as leverage.
YD's character has improved in leaps and bounds. I believe his emotions were genuine but I am not sure it is really love. His meeting with Tan on the gulf course makes me question that it is love rather than revenge. Tan took something valuable from him so he wants to take something valuable away from Tan. But still I think he is of two minds he wants Tan's friendship back but he wants revenge to. Make up your mind YD, friend or foe. I think he will be surprised to hear that Tan told someone the secret that he YD was holding on to for years.
Tan, I love that he stood up for his mom, I totally expected him to do so and to reveal his secret for himself. I could see the character struggling with the idea. I felt sad to see him crying but he is now a man in my eyes. Interesting he grew up before his brother. I think he is daring his father, telling please recognise that all these things I do not need them what I want is the people I love to be close to me. It is interesting though that Tan's big reveal puts ES in an even more difficult position because the hunt will be on for her mother once again.
ES, just as Tan owned up and stood hand in hand with his mother she should do the same. I hate when people hide their family. ES is a girl with a heavy load and I think unless she holds onto Tan's hand she will crumble. I know YD shippers think he is better for her but I do not think he is strong enough. He has not once resisted his father and seem to follow along blindly. I think ES would be more of a stain to him than to Tan. ES's heart has choosen and as much as she tries to deny it she likes Tan. She may feel some genuine emotions for YD but it is not love maybe sympathy but not love. I think Tan's father will go after her and try to make her choose.
This drama gets better every episode. -

I keep seeing people complaining about the episodes because they are not getting what they want mainly plenty kissing. people Lol.
For me this episode was really good for many reasons my assumption as follows:
Minor characters
- Smexytary is still my favorite business man and adult male in this show. I felt his pain today even though her bore it with dignity. I think he is ther for both brothers and the women they like.
- Rachel's mom is truly to much about business. To marry a man like that and make him your daughter's father seriously woman, what the heck?
- Tan's father's wife. The normal thing to do would be to feel sorry for her but the way she treats her husband children makes me dislike her a great deal. Even if she does not like Tan then she should have at least like the child who had lost his mother but she seems to be a cold woman and may be the root of the rift between Tan and his brother.
- Tan's mother even after today i still like her and believe she will come around. I understand her concern because she is fighting to remove the stigma she has placed on her son in order to allow him to have a better life. Rverything she said was in anger and frustration. Soon she will see herself in ES.
- ES Mom is a good woman. A good mother who cares for her children. She is also a good friend to Tan's mom even though Tan's mom may not recognise it.
-
Major
- Bo Na I have always said is a nice girl and I like her even more as the weeks go by. She is not perfect she is just a regular girl who likes her boyfrirnd and her life. She also likes positive atention and does not enjoy the mean spirit of her school/
- The girl who likes YD, seriously she is attacking ES for being poor but what her mother is might make her life a nightmare.
- As I suspeced YD has issues with Tan being with both Rachel and ES and the stigma that can be attached to ES. I think in some ways he also does care for Rachel and would not want her to have that experience. I am not sure that YD and Tan had a war before Tan left for America, I think there was silence between them and Tan left during that silence and that is the cause of their messed up relationship. When friends have differences eventually after being around each other for a while they begin to reconnect because of the things they like about each other. In this instance they were separated. YD is a child who might have been brought up in a cave I think or the wild at least. His social skill are very poor. He is the child that breaks his favorite toy and than finds he can't put it back together again. This week I did not find YD to hateful that was until he pushed ESr in the pool and then I remembered what an -ss he is.
- ES is a bad kisser- to all the people shouting this and getting upset may I ask who she kissed? All i have seen so far is Tan swooping in and taking uninvited advantage and her reaction is normal. She likes him but his action in those moments is unexpected. Yes she likes him she said so to him, to YD and to her Mom. Liking someone and allowing yourself to relax enough for a kiss is to different things. if he had kissed her at the camp by the fire then I feel certain that it would have been different and filled with affection. I know the kiss issue has been beaten all day. I hope for the kiss lovers sake that he pulls away and with his eyes draw her in and they have a real kiss where they are both in the moment i will cross my fingers for you.
Tan i love how can you not? he has a long battle ahead. I know some people think his revealing his interest in ES was not right but I think it was right. She confessed her feelings for him. when all the kids were eating and hanging out together you could see she felt left out and may have been hurt because he had to pretend to be indifferent to her, to ignore her and muse with the others while she sat alone. Someone who loves you embraces you without fear. Interestingly people think she is shielding for herself but I think it is for him. I don't know if she will take his hand but I am hoping she will.
YD shippers enjoy yor ripples babies big wave Tan is going to roll in soon.
Seriously people all the characters are well portrayed. the entire cast are doing a great job. I started watching because I caught the preview and saw LMH and said faithful city hunter but if it was not a good show I would have quit watching by now because bad shows make my head hurt. This is a totally hot show I love it.

What's the big issue about kissing. I have not been watching Korean Dramas for long but so far I have not found any actor or actress who jump all the way in with the kissing scene. Quite frankly I do not mind because it means that the relationships seem more truthful without the cinvoluted issue of sex. These are pretend teenagers in this drama yet many people want them to act like adults filled with lust. I am glad they are not acting that way because it would give the wrong impression of how young people should act
However, having said that I observe Kdramas tend to have one kissing scene and milk it for the whole drama as a memory. Obviously the first one was not a true kiss so the complainers are lucky they will see their lips touch once more. But I am thinking not many more times.
I will say this though, I have almost completely stopped watching western dramas because it always centers on skinship and has very little true meaning. I like the meaning that is found in Kdrama. Besides when it comes to skinship I much prefer my own experience to that of being the observer. Just saying.

Interesting (I don't want to say the other word for silly) that people think that if ES was to subject herself to the advances of bullying YD that Yd will somehow change and become a good person. According to them YD's bad behavior should be forgiven because his father is the worst father on the plane. well while we are at it lets empty the prisons of all rapist and child molesters who after being caught remember of having experienced similar situation in their own childhood. It is only fair after all. But better yet let's forgive YD's Dad because he learned that behavior from the abuse he suffered under his own father, now is that not fair.
Some people do not understand the concept of choice and free will. YD had a choice and he chose to be a Bully. In ten episodes of Heirs what has he done that should be credited lets see:
- He Bullied a kid out of the school in a violent and torturous way.
- He does not know about friendship and started a war with his friend and continues the war with his friend.
- He has been bullying ES since she transferred to his school, so that she is afraid to go to school.
- ES because of him is a different person from the person we met at the begining of the show, she is not a free spirit and she has become cowardly.
- He is stalking ES trying to find information to use against her.
- He goes to Tan's home and stands in his livingroom and insults his mother.
- It is because of his actions that other people felt that it was OK to bully ES.
Yes he did stop Rachel and the other girls from bullying ES but if a man knowingly sets a house ablaze and then attempts to put the blaze out should he be credited as being a hero?
I think the only person that will change in a relationship between YD and ES is ES and then YD will begin to find her wanting because the thing about her that he was attracted to would have been destroyed by him. The sad thing is that he would destroy her without knowing it and would not understand why she changed so much.
Sad how what people will not want for themselves they would want for others. -

Why is everybody only stating YD's bad manners? Look at the Fckn bstrd of a father he has. YD has been abused from a young age (emotionally because of his mother who left him, and the mistresses his father brought, one will feel disgusted especially at that young age). But he is also physically being abused, with slaps, choking, and even BELT beating!!! OMG this is just too awful. Its no wonder he is putting up that front so noone can enter his heart. He is being challenged by ES cuz she ignores him and gives him back what she gets from him. She touches his heart like noone has before.
As for his behaviour towards KT, I am sure he misses his friend KT and he feels guilty for breaking off their friendship, but his pride wont let him be friends with a son of someone like all those women of his dad.
Just imagine if YD did walk on his father doing the (**&dirty) or hearing those noises. OK its disgusting but I wont put it past his father. I think he is such a layered character and a very interesting one. That he has chemistry with PSH is just the IT factor for me to root them all the more.

Very good show today I think much is revealed this is my opinion:
The Minor character
YD's dad is absolute scum. There is no other way to describe him. He was roughing up Rachel's mom when he saw her talking to Smexytary and imagine that was right after he -crewed his ex in his Office.
Rachel's mom is really getting on my nerve an independant woman getting married to a complete jerk for the sake of a merger. it seems to me she has more than her and Rachel would need and she was setting Rachel up with Tan so is her desire bottomless.
I always have to pair Tan's mother with ES mother it seems to me that ES's mother treats Tan's mother like a daughter and genuinely cares about her. Maybe she reminds her of herself in some way. I am just saying. But these two and smexytary are the only adults in this drama that I actually like.
Tan's brother, I think he will choose the girl but not before his dad presents to him the picture of her receiving the kiss on her head. I think that will be the decider.
Tan's father is setting his own trap. He will end up with both sons choosing women of a lower social class. Plus someone is planning to take over his company YD's smelly Dad. Smexytary will put a stop to that though.
Smexytary, every time I see him I like him more. He is a good dad to CY a good inlaw, a good worker and a good friend. He seem to genuinely care about those around him.
Tan's stepmom, richard simmons the heck, I am so fed up of her. Divorce the man and move on woman. Greedy, that is all I have to say.
Major characters
Rachel, angry much I think so. But she should really keep her hands to herself. I totally understand her situation though. She had no choice in who she got but she was making the best of it and had convinced herself that she loves Tan. I say convince because how could she love someone who is so indifferent to her for so long. I think she will soon find that she likes someone else and then she will know the difference between what she feels for Tan the poseession and what she feels for a man she loves.
Bo Na and CY really like them. They are the best couple and kindest kids at the school. But ... I think CY was not just being protective of Tan and ES when he warned her. I think he was a little envious of the relationship he sees developing. He is not in love with ES but he misses her depending on him. I think he will do something folish that will cause a problem but the couple will be ok in the end. I really love this couple their interaction always make me smile.
YD I guess he is trying to fool himself into thinking since he likes ES he should make her wash the dishes that must mean his dad likes him since he makes him do the dishes. YD needs to grow up. He is kicking the table and using threat. ES says she is not afraid but she really is very afraid of him. Him grabbing her in that hug looked like a wrestling move. I don't know about anyone else but when someone acts so crazy around you you call the police and make a report and you get a restraining order. Interestingly I think Tan being engaged to Rachel and dating ES might remind YD of the behavior of his father. I read a post that said Rachel's mom was making moves on YD. People please be realistic, he was hurt and she is a mother that is all. YD did not want the attention because if he cared for her and Rachel then he would have to hate his father even more. He had just seen his father cheating on Rachel's mom after all. He must feel that he betrayed his real mom as well when he saw his father cheating on her and was incapable of doing anything to put a stop to it so that his mom left. Why she left him behind? I am curious. I am sorry for YD but that does not excuse his behavior. What you do with your life all boils down to choice and he has chosen to be a Big -ss Bully. Interestingly I can feel sorry for him and dislike him at the same time but I can't like him at anytime.
Tan we all wonder if YD is so violent and Tan had a reputation of being worse than YD then how violent was Tan? the answer I suspect is that Tan was not so violent but he planned and executed torture in a more mentally sinister way. Like having YD bike towed and telling his father about hitting him. I think YD would have rather Tan meet him in an alley and beat him to an inch of his life rather than tell his father. That is the true evil of Tan. He plots and plan and execute like an imp. YD trolls. Having said that I think Tan has become more focused on improving his lot in life so his trolling will be only for the stumbling blocks in his way now. He made the decision before meeting ES but she helped to make it solid and active. I liked him in this episode very much, she asked for space and he gave her some even though he did not want to. He is tired of chasing I think and wants her to come to him willingly now so that he can be sure of her feelings for him. When they met on the roof I think they were there for the same reason, the roof is now special to them but while he welcomed seeing her there she ran in shame. Ashamed that she enjoyed and wanted the kiss. When Tan grabs her I think she is afraid that he is doing exactly what she wants. He feels it is ok to hold on to her because she has created that comfort zone by holding on to his hands and touching his lips with her hand when she covered his mouth. It may not seem so but they have developed a comfort space where they would take liberty with each other they would not take with anyone else.
I think the writer is doing a good job with her characters and has assembled them well so the show has texture you can laugh and feel sad and angry all in one episode so it is very pleasing. I watched BOF and I liked it very much but I think Heirs is done better in terms of character development. -
ES is porobably feeling creeped out with this big -ss bully putting his arms around her. Seriously the thaught of his lips touching the lips of such a nice girl would feel like a violation of some kind.
He is doing a great job with his role because I find him totally dispicable. I hope he chooses a nice person role next time so I can like his character but there is nothing in this drama to like about him. The writer and his acting has made him evil to the core.
Why when a boy pulls a girls hair in the playground and pushes her down do people tell the girl it is because he likes her and ask the boy if he likes her? Seriously people who deliberately hurt you do not like you and that is all there is to it.
-
Another very good episode.
Es did not responde to the kiss but I think were their circumstances different she would have. And as she confessed she does have feelings for Tan but like Tan father said 100 people will be telling her how wrong she is for him.
Bo Na I like that girl more each week. She seem to be a softie as hard as she tries to sound mean at times.
Rache, so sad, she is trying so hard but she has already been trapped by the illusion her world has created for her. Instead of looking for love she is like her mother looking for a merger.
The school's chairman, is a character. She is mean and while I understand her circumstance I believe her form of revenge is the worst. It is distructive to the entire family. She had no love for Tan's brother or for Tan it seems.
ES and Tan's mother are the best moms in this show. They argue but there is a great measure of understanding and trust between them. Their interaction is very enjoyable to watch.
Tan I really like his character, he is a good son and a caring person. As I have said before I think he will be the one to reveal his own secret. it is so obvious that he is tired of the secrets and the life he has to live because of it. I think he wants to openly love his mother and ES. It is clear he wants to share love with his brother. I think he will willingly give up the money for a different life.
Rachel's mom I was willing to give a chance but away from the company of the smexytary she has little appeal.
YD. I am sorry, maybe he is sad, yes he likes ES and his father is a mean son of a ..... But I think he has nothing good to offer anyone and even though he might appear to change that would only be for a moment. ES would have to be looking to be the face of a domestic violence campaign to decide on having a love relationship with that abusive bully. His abuse is not just physical but mental as well and judging by the cafetaria incident he would resort to violence at the drop of a hat if he does not get his own way. YD will have to find a woman who thinks when her husband slaps her and beats up on her he truly loves her so she will hide the bruises and not report it to the police, she will live with the pain and he can say sorry ever so often before doing it again. I think the Actor is doing a good job maybe to good a job because in my mind the character he is playing is really a nasty person and I do not want him around the good people like ES and BO Na and even Rachel now, regardless of everything, I at this point do not now think she deserve that. -
Ok episode 8 did not dissapoint me, I loved it. The following is my take
Minor Characters:
Bo Na she is the kind of girl that everybody likes. She does not really like Tan but her ego and her belief that everybody likes her makes her think he still has feelings of love for her. I think now she realises that this is not so. She is a good girl though because as much as she acts jelous of ES relationship with her boyfriend she still shows concern for ES.
ES's Mother and Tan's mother make an amusing pair and were it not for circumstance they would have been friends. I think regardless of how much Tan's mother acts up ES's mother is concerned for her and knows it is all an act that really she is a nice person trying to fit into a world that she hardly belongs in. The pillow fight today and the floor cleaning, the tub cleaning and the incident in the wine cellar when ES mother said she wrote on the paper is very good comedy.
Rachel i think it is both bruised ego and bruised heart. She has feelings for Tan and is hurt because he seems to have feeling for every other girl but her. Every girl who is engaged if not physically, mentally plan their wedding day down to the minute detail in their head. With Tan's sudden interest in ES it probabably seemto Rachel like someone is stealing her dream. I understand her stance in this instance. She knows Tan cannot be hurt by her own actions because he would have to care first and he simply does not. So she goes for where it would hurt the most ES.
Secretary Kim I like very much. I think his role in the show may be greater that is imediately obvious and it may be through him that all things unravel and are put in the right order.
Tan's dad and YD's dad may be the losers in this drama.
Tan's brother, Mr. Smexy voice. I think he needs to do more than mope. His behavior is more fitting to the school with Tan and YD than in the boardroom.
Main Characters the least to the most.
YD is a bully. I think however his circumstance has made him that way. when he invites Es to eat with him however, I do not believe his intention was to bully her, rather it was just to be in her company. However, it was clear after her memory of the last kid sitting there that she was visibly shaking with fear. He was eating and I do not think he noticed. In his mind he was acting different towards her but in her mind and the mind of everyone in the cafetaria he was being the same bully as usual. The day YD beats his dad is the day he will stop being a bully. I hope it comes quickly. He hase something special I will admit that attracks the viewer so that even his appearance which at first is larger thn life becomes interesting in a pleasant way.
ES, it is so obvious she has feelings for Tan and is fighting them of because of many reasons, firstly the basic need of food, shelter and clothing. Then the obediency of Master's will aka Tan's mother. Her fear for her own mother. The whoe class structure and believing that any relationship between her and Tan is doomed from the onset. But Tan makes her smile even though she tries to hide it, and he touches her heart with the things he does and says. Her biggest fear right now is that she wold begin to like it to much and depend on it only to have it snatched away. I like ES very much, I ask myself what would I do in her situation? I would not want to pretend to be New Money but then again I would be hearing those who know that I am not saying that I should pretend or my life would be hell. I would think about it, and think about it... to what end I am not in the situation but still not sure. I think ES stopping Tan from punching YD was more for Tan's sake than her own or YD's. Yes I think the kiss will upset her but not in the way most people who are against it think. I think the kiss will be another moment where she must fight against her own desire or risk it all and she is not ready to take that risk. I dont expect her to open her lips and expect Tan to withdraw in the next episode. I expect in much the same way Rachel's Mom and Smexytary Kim are haunted by their kiss ES and Tan will be also. which brings me to Tan. Oh the one thing that Tan and ES has going is that she is not afraid of him just of the emotions he case to be lurking in her heart.
Tan is one of those reformed people. But like all reformed he is tempted to fall off the wagon. Today ES saved him from himself but it seems next week there will be no saving him. I think he believes that ES has feelings for him and wants to be sure. I think the kiss on the roof and what will be an apparent outright rejection by ES will put doubts in his mind about what she feels for him. People say hush kiss and I think Tan meant, don't cry, I am here, I love you and I will protect you, so don't be afraid. Oh by the way I think Tan's answer to his father was most appropiate. His mother might be the mistress but she is still his mother and she loves him very much so his father needs to stop making him call that other woman his mother. Interestingly I think Tan will reveal his own secret before YD does.
This is a very good show and all the character a bit many I think but all are very good and interesting. People who are dissapointed because they want a deep kiss I think will remain disappointed. These actors are playing the part of students in high school, they are not going to start a kiss that would lead them down a path that would remove their innocence. If you want to see that kind of kiss look to the people who are clearly playing the adults, Smexytary Kim and Rachel's Mom and the Tutor and Tan's brother. I was going to say Tan's mom and dad but the thaught made me vomit a little bit in my mouth lol.
The above is my thoughts and only that Annyoung.
In the end though I think Tan and YD will hae to combine forces to protect ES from disasters of their own making. -
Claudia X why do you write in pink? it is difficult to read. I find myself skipping your post most of the time and you have interesting things to say.
-
I knew I liked Bo Na, she is a good girl she is sweet and pretty. Her defence of ES only proves that. YD I do not like, I had hopes for him but now I just can't stand him. I was hoping Rachel would wnd up with him but not anymore because I think he is just like his father and just as I believe his father would physically hurt Rachel's Mom I think he would hurt the person he is with.
-
I kept hoping TW would beome a man and keep his wife but no such luck. All he had to do was move out of that hell hole of a house. He did not even have to go abroad, just move to an apartment with his wife and build a life with her. Visit all the inlaws on the weekend or ever so often. Let your wife write and have some freedom to hang with her sister and her friend. But no.
I hope TW grows some before he decides to marry again or I pity the girl who marries him.
-
I have about six or eight episodes of this drama still to watch. It is made me so angry - stopped watching.
I guess I will try and struggle through since I don't want to leave it unfinished in my mind.
-
persoal responsibility is best. I do not think the bad guys in here won. Forgiveness helps the forgiver not the criminal because the criminal with a conscience has to live with what they have done.
If everything in the story is true then I will say Kelly Nam won. -
Tan giving CES the dream catcher back may be a sign he is about to morph back into the Tan who ruled the school.
Tan believed for a moment that he could be different but being back he realised that in order for him to survive hE has to add some grit to his personality.
I think he wanted to stop YD from hurting the kid but held himself back. I expect that to change soon.
Tan is afraid that he will have to become the bully to put a stop to YD and I sense it is not something he wants to do. But he will find he must.
As for YD I think in episode 6 he was more upset at the way she looked at him when he was hurting the kid than anything else. It was not the look he wanted to see in her eyes. He may be acting violent but he does not really want CES afraid of him. I think he wants her to be interested and like him. However he does not know how to achieve this.
-
I hope KT stands up to his father And show his brother how it is done. I hope in the end they choose to be with the women they love. It seems that KT and Rachel's engagement was arranged. Rachel's mother need to stop with the positioning and find her kissing parthner and do some more kissing. YW's dad is totally wrong for her and I get the impression when they are married he will treat her and Rachel poorly, just like he treats his son. YW's dad is cold but her kissing parthner is the hottest most appealing of her generation in the show. I like how calm he appears and knowing. He is Tan in a few years. She is going to get his number And call because she wants to experience the kiss Again.
-
I really hate bullies. They choose to express their own insecurities by hurting others. They are a danger to themselves and others, there is no excuse for that type of behavior. I understand that the writer is trying to highlight the reality of school life but I fear because the bully is a handsome guy and because he is rich the kids watching may begin to think that it is normal behavior. when something is depicted as normal behavior it becomes acceptable.
If KT would step up and help the situation he would look better in my eyes even though he is quite rosey right now.
I hope ES does not end up with a Bully. I think even the approach of the two men fighting for her affection can come of as bullying at times. I hope ES stands up for what is right and helps Tan along the way.
I fear Rachel is not in touch with her reality. Tan interest in ES came after he had shown a total lack of interest in Rachel. I hope he does noy plan on being like his father having a wife and a mistress. Loving the mistress but keeping the wife. -
It is not possible for
It is not possible for LMH to look bad. He makes the shirt look good. Just saying. If he took the shirt of and threw it in the air for anyone to catch I am sure even those who think the shirt is not pretty would rush to grab at it. Nothing can take away from his hotness. -
Shin Hye is beautiful and since this is my first time seeing her acting I think she is doing a good job because she already has my support Lee Min Ho I saw in Faith and BBF and so I am watching this Drama.
There are lots of pretty women. They marry athletes and movie stars, then they get divorced and we wonder how can he cheat on her she is so pretty? But what else? -
I don't. I wish there is a part two to this drama. I want to know if JS married JH?, If she got adopted by DY or if she became known as the daughter of SH and his wife?. What happened to KH's brother? Was KH able to change? Did JS and KH live together with DY for a while? How did evil auntie handle loosing her daughter? How did DY react to SH being JS's dad? Although I believe she had an idea. Who did MK marry?
Did Uncle go into business with JS or remained with the Venus team. Did JH join with JS, did they become competitors?
All the questions because it is based on the life of a real person. I wish they had not said it was based on the life of Kelly Nam. I hate the unknown parts of true stories. I think if you want to tell your story then don't leave gaps.
-
Did review of my favorite scenes still very good I must say. I will watch the last episode one more time and than that is it.
-
This drama will also be highly recommended by me. It was very good and the actors were all believable. The reality is that in life bad things do happen to good people but perseverance and a good spirit can lead to good things. I still feel sad about all that JS lost as a child but she has gained so much as an adult.
I am glad JS stayed true to herself and didn't go out of her way to take revenge on KH or to try and make DY choose between her and KH. Lets face it an adoptive mother is the same as a real mother and even though there was a lot of lies in the relationship DY is KH's mother and as such she cannot as a mother give her up or trow her out.
I know DY ask JS's permission to adopt her, but I am feeling that that never happened. Just like JS refused the offer to move in she may have also refused the offer of adoption, hence the reason it was not tied up in the story. After all she now has a father who has a wife and no other kids. DY's friend may have been the one to get JS as a daughter while DY got to keep the KH.
Since we did not see the end result of JS's engagement to JH I also believed it was a cause of contention and KH who I am certain went back to normal after the heat on her cooled down, used it as a way to get betwen JS and DY claiming revenge.
To me these are the images that remain in my my mind because of how the show ended and because I do not know much about Kelly Nam.
But I must say that I enjoyed the show a lot. IT may have stopped at the best possible point, maybe beyond that point the viewers may have been instead of hopeful, slightly unhappy with the revelation of the whole true ending. I myself would be dissapointed to know that JS did not get adopted by DY, moved in with her and Mr. Kim for a couple of years, married JH and moved out and had at least two children that both the KIMs and the SH and his wife get to spoil. while KH remained a business beast unable to find love.
I don't know about anyone else but I began watching because it was interesting and stayed watching because it was good and I am happy with the overall results. -
Since this is based on a true story I wonder if JS ever agreed to the adoption. I also wonder if the real person married the JH character. I hope both things happened. I really do not believe KH changed, she enjoyed being evil and is probablysomewhere out there still being evil. The end was not all that good for me either but I was happy for JS's success and I want to believe she maried JH and her and her DY got to spend more time together and she and her father made nice.
I think Kh mother lost the most because clearly Kh has a new mother now and wants nothing to do with the old mother.
I wander what happened to the brother he went poof just like that.
Any way even if KH was not punished in what is now the traditional way I still think I prefer JS path to KH's. JS remained true to herself and even though she cried a lot I think in the end she had the best of all worlds. She had the love and respect of Uncle, MK, JH, DY, her father, the Shinwa team players, the market people and her company. KH had their pity.
Lets face it once JS was in agreement both JH and DY were going to hold onto her for life.
Parts of episode 19 should have been episode 20 and parts of episode 20 should have been episode 19 I'm just saying.
All in all a good drama. It played on all your emotions and at the end made you smile.

I wish KT's Mom would leave the house to. But she is so simple minded and needy. She has been a captive so long she does not even realise it. She needs to leave and let Tan's dad and his wife live together they should be making each other unhappy not everyone else.
