Lol the Uhm entrance was epic. Sexiest debut ha! I don’t know about the mattress. They were too rushed, no time or car space for hauling. Probably it was Mong’s house as I remember pots and hats. His was the house most raided err..visited. I don’t know about Season 2 but Mong and Ji Won’s the only house I remember that the interior was shown while visited. I don’t remember food past their expiration too because both Mong and Uhm lived with their mothers. Correct me if I’m wrong!

@rachelyun excited, aren't we? One more week before welcoming new member episode. In the meantime, let's enjoy the 5 members having fun with Han Hyojoo. You will understand why we all here are rooting for them, 4 ahjussis and 1 weird kid as the maknae entertain their viewers every sunday.
Call me crazy but I still have trouble seeing Jong Min as an ajusshi!

Rewatching this game, Defconn was disadvantaged from the start! If they get the difference like what they did in the winter episode (before and after temperature) it would be JJY who won this game!

Oh yeah they did! That was years ago though. The difference now is that the timing is only 1 or 2 episodes in the sequence of usage of the themes
Speaking of hearts, could this be related to his other special “skill” of not going under even with general anesthesia? Remember their medical check up episode?

Me too. I haven’t finished all the episodes so I couldn’t tell if they had faced the Village Teacher already or not. I felt bad for the children sometimes because, for example when eating their parents actually encouraged music/singing. Helps make the morning more cheerful doesn’t it? But with that teacher he actually punished the kids. That’s confusing for the kids.
About LHJ, he still cuddles Seo Eon too much and too soon like when they first met the rabbit costumed uncle.
This episode I am only halfway yet I feel tired watching because of Lee Dong Wook’s uncle interniship.
I feel so bad for him, coming to a 5/3kids house with no one running through with him the house details, kids’ details like how SoDa’s mom did for the two guys. Even a note or two would have been helpful.

This episode is just so fun that the 1 hour and 15minutes just rushed passed by. The see you next week tag startled me back to reality lol just so fun and no it truly isn’t just “lately”

I remember now watching YSY in Barefoot Friends. I have no idea if he did any other than the diving episodes that I watched but he looked sweet and fearful, nervous most of the time then, quite understandable since I think I read that he had fear of heights or water. But then 1N2D is a different world entirely so we can’t compare with his BF stint. One more week to go before we officially welcome our new member. Just so thankful that subs are out a day after instead of mid week like before!

I’m so excited! Finally a new member. I hope they will give him a sort of welcome party/initiation/intro to 1N2D
I’m not too worried about the chemistry. Our older members are very warm and cheeky and not the scary, commanding types, they will make him feel at home.
But first, HHJ episode/s have to continue! Haha I was frustrated and dissatisfied because of the cliffhanger ending. Yoo PD!! They sure know how to lure viewers
I love love love how Yoo PD made the announcement like he was granting their greatest wish and he was just happily obliging them that he can’t understand the members’ reverse reactions . Good episode the twists here and there, I am glad PD Yoo went with this surprise guest when the members least expected it.

Rewatching from the start again and it is crazy how mature Juno, Haru, the elder female twin daughter of Dong Gook and So Eul are for their ages. Also crazy was how early Lee Seo Eon started being a noona chaser
I suppose it is partially due to his being to attached to his mother, this momma’s boy. I saw on the top of the previous page about the Jangs relocating to Jeju. I know their episodes are from 2 or 3 years back but I now wonder about Junseo. His development from what I could see until episode 13 was really worrying.

Running Man in their early days relay drinking very hot/boiled coffee or drinks is what I can remember and old 1N2D whole lemon eating (not mentioning kkanari and salt water, spicy tteok) worried me for their health. Thank goodness they mostly stopped but their shooting hours (based on their HappyTogether guesting) are also cause for concern generally. I don’t watch much other shows so I have no basis for comparison if what they’re doing is nothing out of the norm for varieties but it is sure to be stressful for cast and crew and the editing team who are doing such marvelous jobs!

Lol so many names coming out. Yoon Shi Yoon diving sport I think ia variety sports show. Who is older - JJY or him? He looks so baby faced
I don’t know who Ahn Jung Hwan, Hong Jin Ho and. Ma Dong Seuk are but Jo Jin Woong is so random and he’s a big star in movies with a lot lined up not to mention who knows how he will do in variety. Jang Dong Min please no!!
How about someone like the martial arts fighter with Choo Sung Hoon? He nicely blended with the members but he’s got a long career life still ahead.

The Lee Boom So family was the replacement for the Choo's family, just like Lo Hee family was the replacement for the triplets and the Lee 5 siblings were replacement for Uhm Ji On. The original format for this show has always been to showcase 4 families. So now they are back to the original format and will remain that way for sometimes. They will only bring in a new family if someone leaving the show so i hope for now they will not bring in a new family.
Really? I didn’t even notice that they only have 4 families at a time. I just kept on watching and enjoying the growth of these kids. I don’t know of it is the editing or what but the new episodes feels somewhat shorter than the old ones and yes I don’t really look at the length of each episodes though maybe I should

Seo Jun and Minguk - I remember thinking they were like ajusshis when I first started watching and now I finally am seeing that they really are like old men in terms of their development
these two overtook their older brothers like in the episode I am watching Daehan still look blank a lot of times lol and Seo Eon has just started to talk.
Cute Sarang sweet goodbye! She has really grown up to be a nice young lady. I hope she and So Eul will continue to be friends. It is a pity So Eul has joined just as Sarang was leaving.
Which family will come to take the space left by the Choos? Ahn Jae Wook? Hopefully it is someone with a child around the age of Daebak. This guy really looks lonely and in need of playmates. Da Eul too while it is sweet that he looks up to his sister he also need same age people to socialize with.

This is such a meaningful episode even for non-Koreans. Unit 731 oh the horrors those people suffered and this was decades before the Holocaust. How humans can be this cruel I will never understand. Greed, lust for power and cruelty
It is sad that the members couldn’t all complete the journey but I understand they have different obligations, schedules to fulfill and our two eldest to represent them. That part from the prison specifically the letters of mother to Ahn and his reply up till the end of the episode it was impossible not to cry. It is also sad that his body will have to remain there maybe until the reunification of two Koreas happen but when that will be or will it be a never? Was it mentioned what happened to Ahn’s family?
Kim Jong Min. This guy is such a revelation. I knew even in Season 1 he was intelligent but hiding it because of his variety persona but this Harbin episode I am sure people are seeing and thinking about him in such a different but good way now.

Sarang is a funny girl! She says the twin girls’s family was noisy but she gets along well with the rascal boys as I call them - Manse and Seo Jun. Or maybe she just has higher tolerance for noisy boys
I got teary eyed at the ending part of the episode. Next week’s going to be a lot of waterworks I guess.

Its another fun episode but the second half had me really laughing so hard. It would have been a better prank if none of the members could understand Chinese
Jongmin sounds so reliable I was hoping he’d show them all his nature power but the results was it really unexpected? Mathyung the fart machine
did he means its okay to let it go since he thought they were all males in that bus? The lee sugeun of Season 3 I really like their kind of dry humor.
On serious note, 3 days and tired of chinese food.oh my that sounds bad
but I think Chinese people can understand/relate to this? I think both nationalities are known to be travelers who cannot or refuse to eat food that are not theirs that they even resort to bringing their own food as they travel.

I am on Episode 51 now but with cheating because I skip the girls’ parts. Mingguk is such a cutie. Even at that young age he’s got noonas falling down to do things for him without him asking

These kids were brought up to be jolly during meals. Their fathers encouraged singing, LHJ even did those comedic impressions to show the food was yummy and had his kids imitate him. Poor kids suddenly being brought to that teacher where they will be scolded and punished for continuing what they were accustomed to at home.
