youngie did see. oh soo lived but not with JS and HS. HS said to bring lamb's ear when they visit oh soo, well, he does have the lamb's ear in the resto. it's a happy ending for me. 
i don't know. maybe some would interpret it all as a dream, but the final scenes are more leaning towards reality, not youngie's dream. their previous conversation said, when the surgery is successful let's meet again, so i think it is the again.

if im not mistaken the j drama ending is the girl will survive and she ask the hero to start a new life with her..if the TWTWB follow the path of j drama it happy ending..as far as i know jdrama always end with a happy ending especially melodrama/romance so there is a hope guys..dont stop praying for our beloved couple..

hai, im new here..i ve been reading this thread almost a month now as a SR, i ve gain a lot of information n details about this drama n the making of thanks to all you.:-* :-* ..im just starting to watch  k drama and it becomes an obsession of mine lately..i literally cant stop watching kdrama ..before this my obsession was only for j drama (been watching it since i was a kid) and how i have miss  knowing JIS and SHK before but certainly am fortunate to know them when they are on the top of acting career with their oh sooo perfect faces n maturity showing in the acting..hopefully in the near future we can share our insight n love for this couple n their future project!!
