was reminded of @leechalee's post earlier where she mentioned that someone had thought once that one of our virtual parties was an actual meeting... sadly, we live all over the world to just randomly meet up. so for anyone new or lurkers, yup, this is a virtual party and the name of our hot springs is "the enchanted tree". doesn't that sound lovely?
why do we do this? because like uri taecgui, we are fun, imaginative and yes, we love games. as GuiGui says "it is all pretend but fun". over the year, we have had some awesome time as a community hanging out with each other and laughing together. so we are going to send off this thread on a happy, fun note and then board our new hangout thread with a smile.
so are you ready to come hang out at the enchanted tree? lounge in the hot spring for a while. eat some awesome food. drink a little if you like alcohol. tell some wild okcat-bef tales under the canopy of the enchanted tree. share why you love this ship? it is all happening here before we move on to our new thread.
how will this work? May 14 is the date!
1. post a picture of food/drinks that you are bringing
2. post a picture of the costume you will be wearing.
3. write a simple okcat-bef adventure tale. (just a few lines, the wilder the better!) where did they go? what happened? [if you have tech skils, you can make a collage or comic to go along with your tale].
4. if you are silent lurker, no worries. make sure to click on the response buttons and change your display profile to an enchanted tree for the day and we will know that you have joined us.
4. can write a sentimental note on why you love this ship and taecgui
5. if you have technical skills, you can make a collage/poster on the theme of "the enchanted tree" -- a picnic at hot springs
are you excited? ready to party? please, please, please tell me what you are all bringing. we need sweet, sour, savory main dishes. we need starters and snacks. we need lots of desserts and yes, we need drinks, mocktails, juices.. but please, no durian! -

so how about a mash-up of all 3 ideas.
theme: a pirate picnic by hot springs
to wear! -- can show up in costumes, pirate clothes, or (kdrama) sauna clothes
food! -- boiled eggs + whatever else people feel like munching
drinks! -- it is a celebration folks! and once we have some drinks, we can sit around the campfire and swap stories of okcat and bef adventures to strange and crazy lands and what happened on their trips. the more absurd stories, the better. when we are feeling sentimental, we can talk about our experiences on this ship.
while we are still 20 pages away, think it will be nice to have the party a little early to ensure everyone has a chance to post. so picking May 14 as possible party date.
are you guys on board? shall we pick a venue? what food & drinks will you be bringing? what will you be wearing? what okcat bef tale will you be telling? any thoughts about the ship you would like to share?
@biruangel @leechalee, gil noona -- can we have invitations/posters?

blur question but why is guigui liking so many fanvids of taecgui recently? okay, maybe she is being polite and wants to keep fans happy, but seems like she is bit too happy liking them no? (5 hearts on that vid @mikoshine pointed out) what do you think is going on?

I had asked the ladies here (I believe @lmangla, @pluie625 and@jennifer_lum) a long time ago, what he meant by that. I thought something didn't appear right. For me, why would it matter to him – it HURT him, he said -- that GG heard a couple behind her say “saranghae” unless he thought he would have done the same thing and shouted “saranghae” as well had he been there with her? He regretted not being able to do the same "couple shout" because he opted out of the ride.
If that’s the case then, then why didn’t he say it properly when he had the chance after Guigui said “saranghae”? Embarrassment? Lack of privacy? Jitters? Or was possible that he could only "shout" it on a roller coaster ride, like a mindless, thoughtless gesture, but he felt inhibited saying it in an emotionally-charged moment like this one?
Oh well... his intention was there, but his execution reaaaalllllly sucks. lol. -

okcat heard that there is an alien house and since bef loves the 3-eyed alien, okcat wanted to take bef there. but bef was worried, "won't okcat be scared?" but okcat told bef that it was only 3-eyed alien, "not scary at all"
okcat and bef found the alien house on the map and went there and knocked on the door.
