What was once drama & fantasy became reality & life and our hopes and dreams seemed for a moment to have come true.  Yet whether in drama or reality love even when found isn't always easy to hold onto or cherish.  Still it doesn't take away or change what was seen or felt.  Not by us or in truth not by them...

DOTS was and is a remarkable drama nothing and no one or couple can or will ever change that.  In this one of many beautiful scenes which took my breath away and still does.  Captures that feeling of longing and anticipation two people share when all they need and desire is to just see each other...

And without any words say through their eyes alone

    You are my EVERYTHING...

Watching some of the scenes of this drama can still make my heart flutter. Even though I know that in reality, it's over.

    Such a fantastic drama.:approves:

  2. Hi everyone! I just finished watching "King the Land" which I enjoyed very much.:approves:

There's only one drama that caught my attention, "Vigilante."

Right now, I'm watching a Chinese drama (Season 2). Don't really have a lot of time for watching dramas these days. I only get to watch while waiting for our ride home on days when I'm required to be in the office.

Thank you for not forgetting about me.:fun:

"Wanted more"? I think Dr. Cha achieves all that she wanted by the finale:

    1. She got her divorce, yet, the relationship with the ex-husband remains amicable after the divorce. And in a way, In Ho "changed for the better"?

    2. She got herself a clinic and set-up a cafe below her clinic to cater to her hobby of cooking. She also let part of the garden to her mom to tend to the gardening and stuffs.

    3. She can still be volunteer and treat those elderlies in the rural areas.

    4. She can do the things that she wanted (i.e. riding a bike or taking cruises), without any more worries now.

If you want relationship for Dr. Cha, I personally don't think she will want to be committed to another relationship right after the divorce. Moreover, her relationship with Roy Kim is more like an older sister and patient. I don't think she has for once been attracted by Roy. And I also feel that Roy deserves someone more close to his age so that they can live a life together, with kids! This is likely not possible if he ends up in a relationship with Dr. Cha.

Overall, I think it is an ending that wraps things up nicely and thereviewgeek.com gave it a 5/5!

And it ended at its highest rating of 18.55% (4.03m viewers).

Huge wins for JTBC in the last 7 months, since Reborn Rich was shown, with the consecutive rating successes of the weekend dramas:

Agency (16.04%) - No. 15 in the rankings table

    Divorce Attorney Shin (9.5%) - No. 47

    Dr Cha (18.55%) - No. 7

and The Good Bad Mother (11%, will likely end at a higher rating on Thursday) - No. 31 (tentatively)

Agree with you on all points.

What Dr. Cha went through is very painful and it will take some time for her to be ready to have another serious relationship. If not for the funny scenes, I don't think I would have taken the time to watch this drama.

Therefore, I'm happy with how the drama ended.

Congratulations to the cast and crew! :fullofhearts:

He is not being clear on why he doesn't want a divorce. They should talk about things like that. It doesn't mean that she has to change her mind about the divorce, but closure is important, especially after such a long marriage.

Hi! I think, the best way to describe what In-ho has for Dr. Cha is "he loves her because he needs her" and not, "he needs her because he loves her." And, having a good image is important to their family. It's really hypocritical but, it is how they are.

:coolshades:I am being vindictive. My take is, Dr Cha should stay married but live her own life outside the family. Let the mistress stay a mistress and the mistress's daughter stay an  illegitimate child. They shouldn't be allowed into the family register.

You know what, if this happens to me (but, praying it won't :D), your suggestion is what I'm going to do. Unless, of course, I get lucky enough to find a new partner heh.

You absolutely right.  Don't waste your time, skip the rest and go straight to ep11 and 12:handsup:

So sad but, true.:( I feel bad for my Jang-Jang Couple. This is my first time skipping a lot of episodes in a kdrama. If I'm not a fan, I would have dropped this after the first two episodes..

This scene, I just saw recently but, haven't watched that drama yet. The character of Lee Min Ho uttered those words so, it's either "The Heirs" or "Boys Over Flowers", I think.

  8. I would say that among the 3 dramas that I'm currently watching, I find this drama the most interesting. Maybe because I'm a married person myself, I can emphatize with our FL, in everything that she's going through...  It will really hurt once she finds out the truth, regardless of what happened in the past.

I'm looking forward to the upcoming episodes. Great job to the cast and crew!

  9. @confusedheartThank you for remembering me.:loveu:

All this talk about pancakes got me really  hungry and wanting to have some for breakfast tomorrow.:)

I am living a very ordinary life, some days I work in the office, and some days I work from home. When not working, I'm busy keeping our house clean, taking care of our pet dog (shih tzu), and attending to my plants.

If not for the problem that our contractor (house renovation) gave us, which until now is giving us a headache, I'd say that our life is totally boring.

This contractor took our money without finishing the project. Had to resort to borrowing more money. Thanks to him, my husband and I are always finding ways to earn money so as to enable us to meet our obligations to the banks. Such an exciting life! Woooh! :vicx:

But still, our hearts are filled with gratefulness because, the renovation project was finished in time for Christmas eve, I'd say it was a miracle. God's loving gift to us.:heart4:

Now, for the list of dramas that I'm looking forward to: sequel to the C-drama "My Girlfriend is an Alien" and the upcoming project of the Jang Couple (Nara and Hyuk, respectively). With my work schedule these days, I don't think I'd have the time to watch a lot so, I'd limit my list to these 2 dramas, for now.:)

  10. @partyonThanks for tagging!:)

My days these days are really busy, having moved back to our newly renovated house.;) So, not really have time to watch any new dramas. Accidentally, I discovered this drama, "Rookie Cops" in Disney+ and found it really interesting. Can't believe I'm in episode 12 already haha.

With regard to category no. 1, was able to watch SJS's drama only so, it's my choice. But, to be honest, I didn't enjoy it as much as I enjoyed his other dramas before. Hopefully, he gets to do something different for a change. I know he's a really good actor.

@confusedheart Thanks for the tag! :)

I haven't seen any horror film because I have a tendency to replay in my mind what I have watched so, if I can avoid it, then, I'll do it.:bashful:

    Spoiler

I would like to offer my condolences to my beloved South Korea for the tragic event that happened in Itaewon..
