I pity Jeong Hoon. He was thoroughly played out by Se Yeon, Dong Yeon and his father too. Because of his love for Eun Su, he lost her for 6 years and the chance to be a father to Jun Hee. I guess he couldn't help himself when he knew that Jun Hee is his son. As per his conversation with Dong Hee, he knew the danger and risk to both Eun Su and Jun Hee if he is too close to them. He is taking whatever scraps Eun Su is handing out to him and even a handkerchief from Eun Su makes him ultra happy ! The problem with him is that he too kind and is not ruthless enough. His misplaced sense of responsibility towards Se Yeon and Dong Yeon is his biggest mistake.
What irks me in this drama is that Se Yeon always managed to eavesdrop at the right place and right time and thus able to play her cards well. Her timing is impeccable. How come Eun Su, Jeong Hoon, Pal Soon or Dong Hee never managed to eavesdrop Se Yeon's conversation at the right place and the right time ? -

Rora encounter with Mama 1st sis was at the restaurant. It seems that Rora was not satisfied with the food serve during that meal? -
As usual, when we are that close to the truth, I bet something will happen to prevent it.

@runner, you'll be glad that the main characters didn't end up together. There is another guy who appears at the later part of drama who is much better than the male lead.
Even though I got my wish that the main leads didn't end up together, I stop watching it because I didn't agree with the writer on Ye Ri's character. The writer has been too kind on her. She was unpunished, has the best of everything even though she is rude, evil and obnoxious. -
Man Bok knew that Dong Yeon is ambitious and is always eyeing for the President position which he is keeping for Jeong Hoon. Dong Yeon will definitely fight against him. Knowing how close the brother and sister relationship, why did he insists on having So Yeon as the daughter-in-law ?
I also can't figure out why So Yeon is bent on marrying Jeong Hoon. She knew there is no love or money (the pre-nup) by marrying him. What is there for her ? If the plan is for Dong Yeon to take over the company by marrying Jeong Hoon, then wouldn't it incur the wrath of Man Bok ? It will bring a lot of conflict in the family. It doesn't make sense for her to marry Jeong Heon. -
As it is, there is always tension when Kyung Soo and Jae Hyuk are together. Imagine how this will explode when they both found they love the same woman. But strangely in the relationship chart, there is no 'love line' from Jae Hyuk to Mi So. I was wondering what is Jae Hyuk's actual relationship with Mi So. Hmm...
Currently this drama is painfully slow. There is no progess at all for the past few episodes. I keep skipping those redundant conversations.
@elegance1, I know how you feel. It is really tiring to see Mi So being treated like trash and not fighting back. When she divorces Min Jae and leaves that family, I hope she will be transformed into an elegant lady and I can't wait for Min Jae to go gaga over her and she snatch him back from Na Young and then dump him. -

It is now assumed that Hae Ram is dead. Probably she will show up later towards the end to have a happy ending for Mi So. But for now I wish they could just move on with the story. The pain of missing Hae Ram has been dragging long enough.

I've got a feeling Hae Ram will be sacrificed for the plot. How else would the mother-in-law get Mi So to divorce Min Jae and kick her out of the house ? It will be difficult for Mi So and Min Jae to divorce as long as Hae Ram is there.

@jackie1048, thanks for recapping this drama. As I cannot tolerate to see Yoon Jae, Ye Ri and Young Ja, I relied on your recaps to follow the story. Still keeping my fingers crossed and hopeful for Ji Hoon and Soo Jung to end up together. I hope Soo Jung won't reject Ji Hoon again.

Correct me if I am wrong. I had thought Hae Ryung was mentally sick even before she married Kyung Soo. Both Yoo Jung and Tae San knew about it and was hiding this fact from Kyung Soo. Could her sickness be hereditary ?

For someone who loves Eun Joo, I find it strange that Jae Hyuk didn't attempt to find her whereabouts all these years. If Na Young could trace Eun Joo to be Mi So, so could Jae Hyuk. I can't imagine what will happen when he finds out Mi So real identity. It will be interesting to see how Jae Hyuk and Kyung Soo will compete for Mi So's love especially when both men dislike each other.
It is easier for Mi So to divorce her husband more so with a mother-in-law who hates her and a cheating husband. It will be hard for Kyung Soo to divorce his obssessive and mentally unstable wife. I wonder how is he going to get out from that situation especially with a father-in-law who could destroy him if he were to hurt Hae Ryung. If Hae Ryung was to commit suicide because of him, Kyung Soo will carry that guilt for the rest of his life. Actually I blame Kyung Soo for worsening Hae Ryung's mental condition. His indifferent attitude towards her makes her more crazy. Hae Ryung emotional state would be better if he could show more concern.
Well, this drama still has a long way to go. Somehow I've got the feeling that Yoo Jung (Hae Ryung's step-mom) might be Mi So's biological mother. If it is, knowing how evil Na Young can be, she might steal Mi So's identity and become Yoo Jung's daughter. -
I happened to come across this drama yesterday and has been watching non stop to catch up with the latest episode. I am glad there is a new thread for this drama. So far, the drama is interesting and I am glad Go Se Won is the main lead as I have seen his drama in You Don't Know Women.

but since many here posted 'serious' analysis of this drama (which WOWed me!), ill write some lighthearted ones then :
1. somebody, pleaseeeeee kill that Mak Rye before i do! cook her some nice curry and put lotsss of arsenic in it! (when she slapped Samsaeng i was reeling with anger!)
2. the writers need to change the love scenes.. its too yucky!
3. Ji Sung needs a serious make over, whilst Dong Woo's outfits fit him like a glove, Ji Sung's ones are like purchased from a BUNDLE sale.. oversized and urgh, horrid! -

I just can't believe it ! Ye Ri goes unpunished for all her evil deeds. The writer is telling us that we can do as many bad things as we can because eventually we will be forgiven without any punishment ! They expect us to believe that Ye Ri can turn over a new leaf overnight ? We shall see what the writer will do with Jin Chul's character.
Soo Ha is another sick guy. He gets enjoyment in loving evil women. Soo Jung is no where any better. She placed Yoon Jae more important than Ji Hoon which she shouldn't be doing if she has already accepted Ji Hoon. I am just curious who Soo Jung will choose and after that I shall put away this drama for good.
