Almost one week later, i could enjoy it more lighly than last week. I didn't even re-watched the others episode this week. This is a first since i started to watch the drama. I can tell it ,it was LOVE ! The mind can trick you and i'm thankful for it. Goodbye SBH :(( , i'll miss you and stalk your actors !

Still, i gave myself two dramas, do the same:
    - Secret love affair (wonderful !) ---> i never miss a piano drama and this one, WOW !
    - God's gift (if you are a fan of Iris and 24h chrono, you won't be disappointed !)

But i can't wait for another great sageuk !

The story could be  inconsistent  at this  point  if    prince  MN   caresses     the hand of  other  young  woman while  he  plays  the role  of  a  suffered  lover.

If the makers want to tell a beautiful love story about true love , the guesture should suit the words . In this case, the body language is different from the words . The hands of the male lead express a different emotion . The caress shows his feelings for this young woman and not for Seolnan .

Body language speaks louder than words.

The  guesture  doesn´t     suit the words in this scene  .     The  guesture expresses  the feeling  of  JHJ while  the words express  the feeling  of prince  MN.

The body language    is   different from the words and it   could  make   the  love story of  SN and  MN   implausible .

JHJ    should not  let  other know   about his   feeling   for the actress Lim Se-mi  when they   play   roles  as stepson and young   stepmother  in  the drama .

I'm apprehensive about watching the final episode after reading all your comments. I'm not worried about our OTP  -- I know SN and MN will end up together for the rest of their lives. This is a pair who have said, "I leave you so I won't lose you" (SN) and "I'm sending you away to keep you" (MN), which means they both did the one thing that would hurt them most in order to hold onto one another: this is tremendous love. So when MN says "I can't live without you" I'm taking him literally at his word, and when he says "let's go" it's apparent that he's not asking but assuming that she must and will  leave with him. Plus MN is king now, so who could say "no."? :-)

BUT I had already started to mourn the cut episodes and hating the Olympics for causing it, so I'm hesitant to torture myself even more...

Okay, at this stage, I wasn't horribly disappointed with the ending, I just wanted more. Here is hoping that the DVDs include a Director's Cut version which I will definitely purchase without a second thought in the hopes for the "more" I wanted.

I would have loved to see a wedding scene just as much as everyone here but given the trajectory that the show went...I don't think it fits overall because in the 108 episodes...SN has always tried to push away the royalty title. I feel like it would have been too abrupt.

Now, had the show been given time to air all 120 episodes...I think that would have given the writer time to show us SN coming to terms on what she really wants. If she can give up on the village life and suck up the palace life to be with MN/CP.

So I think with this ending that we got...it gives CP/SN time to work on their relationship, 'start anew'...date for a while...and then later ease into that marriage life in the palace.
