Oh my, so nice to see this lovely lady out and about again, especially for a public event. More of those, please! And love all the fanarts, thank you, everyone, for hunting them down and bring them here, hihi. We need more updates from this girl. Anyone know if Chinese TV companies are generous in bts, news, stills and so forth? Shall we prepare ourselves for PMY to disappear completely in the shooting process?

dear @sia3 - thank you for your welcome back, lol, though I weekly check out this thread and other Healer related soompi threads, I rarely have now time to post something really meaningful, so I just content myself upvoting the goodies and move on. Thank you @all for your updates, your hilariousness and your originality of thought/meme in anything Healer. Miss you and love you all!! Congrats to us for our Healerite status, excited to see our colors changing soon. Keep it up!! :-*

If LJK accepts this drama, then he might not want to do another one this year, so a-soon-to-be drama with MYssi is out of the question.

I know there isn't much to write about PMY these days because she's mainly inactive and underground, hahaha, so we can't really have much novelty to discuss in here, too. Pity.
I have started A New Leaf, and she's really good in here. I like her ajussi costars a lot, she was really lucky to work with these two awesome veteran actors. Did anyone else thought that the show is a bit copying US shows like Damages or Suits? (No need to reply, it was a pure rhetorical question)
Yeah, I hope so too, her next drama will be a pure romcom, preferably with an older actor, maybe in his early thirties? I love these '87ers, but enough is enough. LOL And you can't count her Dr Jin costar as older because that drama doesn't "exist". :-\"
@Eileen531I hope you changed your username also in the shipper contest list? because if you wrote your older name in there before changing it, your colors might not change after the mods do the technical work required. Just making sure you won't end up without colors. LOL

Gah, after her December Ceci cover, she didn't have another magazine pictorial, right? I want to see her all dolled up. LOL She's dressed so casual these days and almost make-up-less, it makes you want to take her and transform her yourself like dressing your own doll. Because she's cute as a button/doll.

Fingers crossed, @dandelionjd, she might have some badass fighter role in her next Chinese movie as they will be filming in New Zealand. So chances are high for that.) No news on that that front either, but perhaps she's prepping for the role. Curious what will be and hoping the movie won't be a boring cheesefest. -
I think as a fandom name Healerite would encompass much more people, and not only the Changmin fandom. The contest was won by the fictional Healer couple technically, not by PMY and JWC as a real life couple. Personally, I'm game for both member titles, but we should go for the name most fans would want, so maybe we should do a poll for that, as well? Or maybe we could choose from 2 member titles, ChangMiner and Healerite, and in the final list we hand to the mods we would have to put the individual chosen member title beside our soompi forum name. Healerite does have a more original ring to it, while Changmin is real famous name already. *cough Changmin of TVQX cough*
As for the colors, I feel any light blue color will easily get confused with the normal soompi member colors, or with that of the mods. We need a darker hue or a greenish one imo. Grey is too somber for my taste, and it symbolizes what in Healer? *confused* White is YS's color and black is definitely JH's, so mixing them we get grey? Yeah, it could work. I love the turqoise of JH's dream island, but that's practically the mods' color. Pink is cute and is the color of love and mild pervieness typically of Healer? LOL Navy and teal blue it is for me, in the end.

I've yet to see the eng sub of this interview but based on the little translation i've read so far, PMY says they have a good relationship and SIG says that they make fun of each other a lot? Maybe that is why reporters like to cover them often and even KBS put them as MCs together! I've no doubt that they can bring in their off-screen chemistry into a good rom-com or drama! PMY looks fab with JCW as well but they show very little interaction behind the scenes and have virtually no couple interview together so you can't tell if their dynamics are as interesting:(
That's the 64 million dollar question.......why on earth when you have stunned the Kdrama world with your undeniable chemistry would there be a controlled release of Healer bts and absolutely no couple pictures or interviews together after filming ends? Isn't it normal to try and promote a drama for oversees sales? I think the dynamics between them is spot on.
Also, Minyoung has always had chemistry with her co-stars or CF partners, whether it's brotherly, friendly, or as a witty couple........it always works and is pleasant for us viewers.

@lovekayla - It wasn't SJN who picked PMY for Healer, but it was the PD/director (also directed her in Glory Jane) who brought her with the recommendation that she is someone to be trusted, punctual and generally serious in her craft. Later, SJN said in those post-Healer interviews that PMY's strengths as an actress were her eyes and her clear voice/diction. But honestly this is what I only personally remember, maybe she did say something more about PMY, too. I think those words about PMY wanting to be an actress more than a star were a drawn conclusion of SJN during/after the drama. Lol, but I can't remember exactly the interview, maybe I should re-read it.

@rushcute - oh shucks, I wanted uri gal in that drama with SJK, though I didn't know anything else about it. (SHK and SJK seem an interesting combo) LOL I'm such a fluzzy fangurl sometimes, ahem, well :-B I want PMY in a down straight villainous role, though I think her sweet face wouldn't exactly suit such a character, but there's always make-up.
Anyone here seen her horror movie? I'm preparing to watch that in the week-end (with JCW's one too LOL, I hope to see them scared and dead from a really gore and bloody death, don't ask me why

Re BTS vs CF - well both head -on-shoulder instances were caught by camera, I don't think in that resides the difference, but rather in the fact that in the one with JWC the gesture seems unconscious and more natural, while with SIG I feel PMY is more like posing/acting even while she seem to ad-lib. LOL Added in the really other charming fact that meanwhile JWC is rehearsing his lines and trying his best to concentrate, he can't help cracking up but not letting go of that girl. I know, I know, it's in the script, but aigoo, delulu to the max right now!! 8-} =))
No news on DVD commentary shooting? Oh well, at least I have something to anticipate from these two in the future. No rush.

This drama ruined me. I tried watching other dramas (I won't mention titles), and I ended up sorely disappointed. I can't immerse myself into them / accept the make-believe of the storyline or romance. This is BAD. [-(

No, it's not the fact she's with SIG, but the fact of WHERE her head is resting!!!!! Aigooo, I can't....NO NO NO....it wasn't supposed to be PMY's natural reaction to any onscreen partner shoulder, but only a "special" reaction to "someone"'s shoulder and grip, the Master of this ship!! Aigooo, aigoooo.... I'm DEAD.
Luckily, there's the news of tomorrow's meeting or else I would have cried my sorrow into a bottle of wine.

I think we actually managed the feat to get off the topic in the shippers thread. Someone haul us back in the Healer thread when we are talking about the drama, though there is most of the time a JCW droolfest (not that I blame the gals, lol) and I'm afraid we will get OT there, too. =))

I initially thought this in love wise guy managed to awake his little dove just because he wanted to ogle her sleeping beauty face. LOLOL But that part about JH sighing on her hair I somehow missed....I guess I need a rewatch. Thanx for giving me a good reason to rewatch. >

Last night I rewatched episode 20 and wow, now that the initial Healer mania haze has faded from my brain, I discovered that this episode was so rushed to the point of really bothering me this jumpy editing. Well, I knew it was choppy first time too, but I was so in love with the Healer couple that it didn't register so acutely ( or rather I was anxious to know what will happen next) I shrugged my shoulders and instead I watched ad infinitum and ad nauseam the lovey dovey scenes. *read kissing scenes* Now I really felt it. Ughhh....-
