On point! Lee Gon's character has more depth than meets the eye. I too, is in the prayer circle that he will be built really well to be worthy as The King eternal monarch.

@4evrkdrama i also like the twin paradox theory, it could simplify the non-aging process of our traveller. However, interstellar speaks of Murphy's Law so I will skip for now
@jerboa83 yup Lee Min Ho drives us crazy we're blinded by the horsebackriding lol.. but made me think why cant cars..? I happen to jumpstart my car's batt recently that's how i had a sparked idea.

@mrsj3nAllow me to give my unpopular analysis:
Based on general theory of relativity, time stops for the object traveling at the speed of light which explains the sudden time freeze whenever someone crosses the portal. @jerboa83 the flute must be made of Bamboo... bamboo are used as bolt arrester nowadays to protect from any damaging effects of lightning that is why LG says cars are not allowed.. it is battery powered that could cause uneven polarity distribution.

So yes, the villain is back too (that half brother).. i find him hot (and i feel old lol).. His probably recruiting politicians and members of the royal family, swapping dead bodies he killed on parallel worlds -- this make sense why Lee Gon would eventually want to close the door.
That's making this show a bit slow but it will catch up next week it is most likely. All the happenings make sense now. For all we know, what if Shin-jae actually belong to Corea.. what if..?
PS: The presence/absence of tramway is the hint that we're in Corea/Korea

I dont know if someone has mentioned this already but i am still pressing on my theory that young Lee Gon was saved by Lee Gon himself. I mean the mystery savior has some City Hunter vibe (for me
) . The current Lee Gon probably is crossing back and forth through portal holes. I dont think TE would be staying in Corea just like cinderella. Plus we have pack of men building action squad.. romance later and im okay with that.

I think time freeze happens when someone crosses the portal although this is yet to be confirmed ...
My other theory is when the flute is whole, (not cut in half), the bearer can manipulate time and space...
I like episode 3, not too much but they presented a more solid sreenplay. I was hopeful to see Lee Gon as part of the crime squad while tailing Tae-Eul

Hello everyone.. I will surely have fun reading all your side notes.. I already enjoyed some theories and assumption. My take is that the Fertility God a.k.a hottie granny has a notable role in Eun Tak's life. She might be a descendant of that deity or has something to do with the curse. Also, the tattoo might summon both the grim and goblin, for the first has to collect her soul while the later will protect her. Cant wait for fridays really.

@tarjig yeah! first seeing the clip it was very Lois and Clark. The alley scene, them being reporter, mr. luthor a.k.a KMS owning a big company, the coffee they both love so well i dearly love those scenes and i wont mind reviving them coz its amazingly done and best of all it is Ji Chang Wook
JCW has done so many action scenes in previous drama plus taemi is in here too so i expect more action scenes in the future. Well simply because Wookie is soooo coool.

Just saw ep 7...love love all the hugs but my favorite goes to the holding hands.. I find it heartwarming.
Thank you all for your translations (at least for explaining what is going on between scenes). It really help a lot for viewers like me who lives miles away.. My only thought abt MY to fall for EJ in a not-so-distant-future is I'm pretty sure he will make a good judgement by then. EJ is way too drop dead pretty compared to ex ( No offense but after seeing the ex, she looks very shallow). Can't wait for EJ transformation (although she's too cute already).
About the preview.. why clean MY's face? I am already missing the goattie MY

hello! I am new in this thread...but i think i have to add on my laughs.. this is one great and funniest drama so far. All the actors are doing well and si young is sooo cool and convincing with her fist. Wookie is a hottie all the time
The bickering scenes are a must watch. No dull moments and uber entertaining.

PS: my favorite scene is the internet forum battleground... and oh her username: the world without him hahaha!!! reminds me of ms.Lane's Pulitzer's winning piece from Superman.

To me Ah In is like Heath Ledger (Heath Ledger and Johnny Depp are my only Hollywood crushes, btw). While Jonny Depp is best when he's an oddball, Heath Ledger is best when he acts angsty and emo. Heath is also a very versatile actor who can channel his energy and emotions into a variety of roles. And there's no need to mention his on-screen charm and charisma. I think I have found my Asian Heath Ledger throuin gh Ah In.

Both JD & HL are so good and gorgeous men but i would take YAI as my TOM HANKS (geez too old you say) but every work is a masterpiece if not classic. And after seeing him running in MWCM i'd say RUN! FORREST RUN!

Whenever I read Ah In's interview, I know him more. There's always a certain quantity of bluntness and individuality in his answers. Why do I feel his bitterness when he talks about how fast public opinion changes?
I'm a bit worried for him because he says he's always depressed and emo. I hope he's strong enough to handle it and that he feels more at ease
I can't help but get worried too. I'll be praying for him earnestly. From thousand miles away kimchiland, that's the best i can do.
