    While watching CLOY, I'm getting more and more obsessed with MEN in MILITARY UNIFORMS! :wub: The only military drama when I started getting this obsession was from AMA, a popular Cdrama.:lol:

     

    I didn't watch DOTS as I'm one of those rare breed who always avoid highly rated Kdramas. And Hyun Bin has brought this obsession to the next level as he's drop dead gorgeous in uniform.

    :blush:

    And best of all even my no 1 crush, Ha Suk Jin (JH's brother), looks absolutely smexy despite  appearing only in a few scenes. This is his only appearance in a military attire for a drama. I am hoping to see him in more scenes in the coming episodes!:love:

      My take on how Capt Ri and Seri can be reunited is defection (even that long article by a N Korean defector suggested so). By now RJH must be very disillusioned and disappointed with the corruption going on among his senior army officials especially JCK (Oh Man Suk's acting is spot on) and his side kicks. Probably his parents may be affected by his saving SR and his only choice is to defect.:ph34r:

     

     As for SD, her money face mum will fully encourage her to pursue SJ the "English diplomat" once she knows that he's interested in her daughter. Ha!:lol:

     

      My dream ending is to see our OTP happily reunited in Switzerland with RJH pursuing his musical dream and SR quitting the stressful, rat race life of the corporate world in Seoul to be with him. This is DRAMA after all!:love:

    Finally a drama which helps me overcome my serious withdrawal from Cdrama AMA! Am I the only one who's obsessed with men in military attire?:P

     

    I watch CLOY because I read that my bias Ha Suk Jin will be Hyun Bin's elder brother and School 2017's Kim Jung Hyun will be the 2nd lead but I was completely mesmerised by Hyun Bin!:heart:

    I'm so loving CLOY that I'm rewatching it and love the off the chart chemistry between HB & SYJ. It's sad that HSJ's role is only a cameo though. KJH is brilliant in his role as the conman and SJH is perfect as the cold, jealous 2nd female lead (just as in Black Knight).:love:

    That song is "Etude of Memory" a classic and I wonder if it is a remake version by DBSK. I dont know the original singer. It's one of my favourite Korean songs.

    It's very appropriately used indeed for that scene.:blush:

    I simply love the kimjang making session with trot songs blaring in the background and our SH struggling and oblivious to the jokes the ahjumas made about him! 

     

    They remarked about him being skinny and weak and will have difficulty making babies.

     

    But another ahjuma cheekily rebutted that the skinny ones can "do it" better! :D

    SH's deadpan expression was pure gold as he couldn't understand their dialect!:lol::lol:

    After that drama, this is only my second one for the year. Thank you for all your clips and instagram pix. Keep them coming.

    Loving this drama to bits as it uses football (football fanatic here) as an analogy! Then again discovered LMK's amazing acting as the Arsenal loving DORK! I'm already a JSM fan.

    So now I think our OTP will be playing "total football" strategy which means neither one is an attacker or defender. :blush:

    Anyone else here think that wuri OTP, SH & JH may have to share a bedroom together at her parents place at Namhae as it takes more than 4h to get there from Seoul? So it's possible they may have to stay overnight there.:tongue:

    I just cant wait to see the awkward moments between our OTP in the small bedroom then. Probably they have to sleep on the ondol floor. Will there be a real "football match"? I can imagine JH becoming the striker and SH being the defender! :heart:

    @triplem of course I love our OTP best!  I LOVE everything about this drama especially the dialogues! One has to pay attention to every word the characters say in order to appreciate the drama to the maximum! Best of all the icing on cake comes with using football as an anology for the relationship between SH & JH! It's a very creative and appropriate analogy indeed! Heee! :wub:

    I'm a grandma of 2 (proud to declare that I'm possibly the oldest on this thread) and despite my age, I'm fangirling at LMK (my 1st time watching him) and KMG (so glad he's BN. Love him since ICSYV 4 & now found that he was also in my favourite K variety show CKOTB, swimming edition).:blush:

    @triplem, I have to delurk after reading your wonderful comments here especially your reference to EPL and the football tactics and how the writer of this daebak drama is using Arsenal (supporting another club though)to make it more realistic. Your analysis is just spot on. 

    As a football fanatic (watching live matches, going to stadiums, supported S Korea at Seoul during the 2014 WC & watched & supported S Korea & England during the recent 2017 U20 WC in Suwon) I'm delighted to be watching a drama I love to bits using football as an analogy.

    SH has to be the number 1 FOOTBALL DORK ever! HOW COULD HE CELEBRATE ARSENAL'S GOAL WITH JUST A MERE CLAP OF HANDS BEING SUCH A STUANCH SUPPORTER! :D

    YES! Finally our Ha Suk Jin will be appearing on a big 3 broadcasting station and it's LONG OVERDUE! Could be due to the popularity of DS & 1% which made the PD s realised they have overlooked him.

    I'd rather watch him than any idol actor anytime!
