    I don't even need subs to know what's happening. I'm actually embarrassed for the actors that they had to play out the script for this episode. Especially MGY, her face is so puffy and she looks so tired. So far nothing has happened. They broke up, are mad at each other and/or crying in their respective rooms, MG is being an unreasonable jerk, Mary's dad still trying to force her to marry, JI's dad is HANDING OUT INVITATIONS AT THE OFFICE (I kid you not. This is my favorite) and now JI and Mary are off to a sleep-over workshop somewhere. Honestly, I'm not even making this up. My poor JSG!!! :tears: filming is hard enough on no sleep. I can't imagine how much worse it is to come in exhausted and have to film this crap.

    I heard that her manager wrote on his twitter that it was mugyul ;)

     

    Nono, the manager wrote that it feels like he's marrying off his daughter. The Mu Gyul part was from DC. The manager would get fired if he wrote that.

    Don't die yet, we will get through this together. I'm seriously thinking that it's a wedding with JI. There's no way she'd wear that dress to marry MG. I don't think the wedding will happen (somehow) but either way, it's really really stupid. Why can't we just have some natural resolution of the current issues- such as why JI's dad is obsessed with Mary, why JI can't remember his early years and how MG will overcome his inner conflicts and manage to be successful AND happy at the same time? I really don't need almost-weddings and if there's a wedding crashing scene, I'm going to shoot someone.

    There's also an announcement that ep 15 will include a montage of happy holiday moments. I'm not sure what purpose this serves though. Don't they usually only play those at the end or if someone dies? I don't think anyone dies so maybe they ran out of footage because of tight schedule or edited some stuff out and didn't have time to reshoot. There's also no video preview which is odd and could be either that they're afraid of more backlash, or again, schedule too tight and no time.

    JI will be at the hospital after the accident, he will meet me, fall in love at the 1st sight, decided to get married and live happily ever after.... :phew:

    It's ok, I'm still here and breathing (barely). You're right, I wasn't laughing when I wrote that. First, I had a moment of silence to mourn the loss of Holiday Drama, who should have and could have been, but will now never be. Holiday was cute and sweet until she lost her mind and tried to jump off a cliff. Then, I sat and thought of ways to exact revenge upon those her drove her mad. But, with the end already written, that would be pointless bloodshed. Next, I sat in a corner and cried until I realized I was unraveling in exactly the same way she had. Luckily, there are no cliffs nearby. Now I am just numb and emotionally spent. I swear never to love anyone again the way I love Holiday. I will take a page from Mu Gyul's earlier book and invest no more than a month's worth of affection next time. Sniffle :tears:

     

    @ jelliebeaniebaby - I but your ticket to Korea, you go and make us a new ep 15 and ending. Don't tell me you don't know Korean, it doesn't matter. Neither does the writer obviously.

     

    @ allygirl - I'm already in a violent mood, are you trying to provoke me into committing a crime? I don't have enough butter knives for the death by 1000 dull butter knives end (swords too sharp and fast) I'm considering for the writer.

     

    Update** KBS took down the preview page and replace it with a random pic and the words "Ep 15 preview is currently under construction." What does that mean?

    Now I'm just amused as to how the writer will end this. Hope she doesn't dig a grave for herself by going overboard with the scenarios and end up with a dead end trying to solve it*quoted image*

     

    You ruined my holidays Chloe, you did it. That writer better be busy sewing her own funeral clothes if she doesn't fix this up the way we all want.

     

    We cannot have just the amnesia plot because one kdrama cliche per episode is not enough. Falling off a cliff is not enough, JI will also get into a major car accident in the ambulance. He will bleed profusely from his injuries (don't worry JI-shippers, he'll only need a bandaid by the next scene) and will require a blood transfusion. Villain daddy is not a match but Mu Gyul is because we have a Secret Birth plot line that cannot be left out. But don't worry Holiday Shippers, there will be no happily ever after for Mary and JI either, because he and Mary are actually secretly half-siblings. Then Mary will lose her vision from some obscure disease that doesn't affect the eyes. Mu Gyul will swear to write/sing love songs to her for the rest of her life so that she won't even notice the vision loss. Did I leave anything out?

    so that is the twist they've been talking about :angry: ...since that alley kiss up to ep14, it has been pretty obvious that MuGyul and MaeRi are deeply falling in love with each other..so I can't understand the idea of MaeRi being confused about her feelings to Jun-In <_<

     

    Nono, that's not right. She's confused about her feelings meaning she's upset that Mu Gyul doesn't believe her and that she's hurting him (and also hurting JI). I don't think she has feelings for JI that go beyond friendship, loyalty, and to some degree- pity. She's also probably as sick of the 200 lame-richard simmons misunderstandings as we are as well.

    Perhaps we're looking at it the wrong way...cud it be that what MR means to return back to her original plan...which was, she's not  going to choose either by the end of 100 days...that she will continue to live with her father & going back to school to get her degree..and MG will not be pressure to marry her just becos her dad wants her to marry JI....so they both can focus on their career just like other people their age....

     

    The preview specifically says she wants to go back to the days BEFORE she was in love with MG, meaning pretend like none of the entire drama happened pretty much. hahaha Maybe there will be a time jump (which I generally hate) and they will get together later. But that doesn't appeal to me, mainly because I feel that they are both better together than alone, in the present time. I also don't buy into the whole separation is required to improve yourself business. Why can't you be in love and still work/study? In any case, I don't think the writer is thinking as clearly and logically as you are. She's just going for the angst/drama factor at this point.

    Yes, you can definitely join me. I might have to meet you there, if I get through subbing the episode without committing suicide that is. It's a good thing I don't live in Korea, otherwise there would be a lot of blood shed and definitely no writer left for the finale (which might not be a bad thing). I think the preview is accurate, those fans haven't let us down yet with the spoilers. I think they're trying to up the angst factor, which it's way too late for. Why don't they realize that pretty much the only fans left are the ones watching the OTP? They sure didn't give us any other reason to stick around.

     

    You ladies running over to dramabeans to join the bashing- save a spot in the front for me, ok?

    And honestly how can it be a happy ending if MG lost his MR in the end? Afterall isnt this story abt MG after his encounter with MR?

     

    I'm not worried about a happy ending because I believe that will happen. The reason I'm so angry right now is because the writer is showing such a complete lack of respect for viewers who have (somehow) managed to remain loyal to the series. I put up with the kidnapping fiasco and back hug (both, just barely), but now they're just flat out insulting our intelligence by heaping on even MORE cliches. It's a lazy and cheap tactic and I'm offended that that's all they can think of to offer us. But, all that aside, I'm most upset for the 3 leads (Seo Jun does not exist to me) because they've worked their butts off trying to hold this rotten sinking ship together and now they have to close up with this crap.

    Ok, are they trying to write a new drama for the last 2 episodes? I mean that preview- seriously? After all the loyalty we've shown them- sticking through crappy writing, change of writer, uneven directing, horrendous editing, zero character consistency, and detestable side characters, the least they can give us is a reasonable story for the last 2 episodes. Instead we go back full circle again. So what was the point of the last 10 episodes of Mary and MG slowly falling for each other and changing (for the better, I think) because of each other? The worst part is, I'm guessing it's a "climatic" ep 15 so that in 16 they can have a happy reunion again. Honestly, if I didn't have to sub ep 15, I'm tempted to not even watch it. I might definitely need to go sharpen some knives so I can either slit my wrists or go kill some screenwriters on Monday.

    Ok, I REALLY REALLY don't like that "twist" comment. There's no way that MG won't end up with Mary, because that's how kdramas work. But that comment means they're going to add some more crappy, pointless, redundant angst before they finally get their happy ending. NO!!! Only two more episodes, can't they just be happy? No more Daddy Villain (I will make Mary happy by force), Seo Jun (I love you = pity, NOT LOVE), Mommy (Only I'm allowed to make Mu Gyul suffer), Daddy Loser (Yes, Hyung, I'll do whatever you want), Manager Bang (psycho who needs a restraining order), and even Jung In (who got shafted more than the rest from the bad writing). I've put up with a lot from this drama because I love the holiday couple so much, but even my patience is starting to wear thin. I will never forgive them if they ruin the whole thing with the last 2 eps.

    So people, just CHILL and watch the show. Appreciate the good moments and the constructive criticism. No drama is perfect.

     

     

     

    I think the people who love this drama feel a little protective of it because 1. It feels like many people are bashing the drama. 2. A lot of people are influenced by the views represented on that particular website so there's the fear that potential viewers will not watch this series (that we love so much) because of it.

     

     

     

    I personally just stopped going to that website for the same reason I don't watch dramas I don't like. But, I think that if the bloggers have the right to present their views (which I think is the point of having your own blog), then readers also should be allowed to voice their opinions about the blogs.

    dramabeans just released its recap of M3 episode 13

     

     

     

    A lot of us commented on this last week and I think some of them are now over at Ockoala's blog reading her recaps. You should come join us. :) It's a much happier place.

     

     

     

    Seriously JGS has a very good vocal especially singing this genre of music...his voice & tone is even better than some idols/singers..its a wonder he hasnt chg his career to be a singer yet

     

     

     

    Perhaps the evil dad shud marry MG's mom instead...that's definitely will keep him busy enough keeping out his dimwitted wife out of trouble

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Nono! I need my JSG in dramas! He can sing in those, that's enough! And your idea of Awful Mom + Evil Dad is fantastic! I cracked up reading it. We should have done that from the start. Although with his mafia background, he'd prob just dig a ditch somewhere and bury her while she's still talking.

    awww that's so sweet!! Merry Christmas love. My guess would be that the lines were added by MG at the end of the song because 1. Mary wrote the lyrics and it'd be odd for her to write that. 2. Seo Jun looks like she's crying and since she sang that song in the studio already, she should know the lyrics and wouldn't be so startled. Then again, Mary could be totally cheesy like that and Seo Jun we already know is prone to emotional outbursts. I don't care as long as he says it and means it.

    Actually, I felt rather dejected after reading all the negative comments on javabeans' blog about MSOAN, too, even more so because I've been regular at her website since she's started it and I've always shared majority of her opinions and almost all her favourite dramas were also mine favourites like Dalja's Spring or when YAB was airing I spent all my days here or on her blog, Moon Jae Shin love and more, however, her constant criticism of MSOAN has really dissappointed me. I've thought she will drop its recapping and leave it to someone who appriciates it more like with other dramas, so the reason why she keeps bashing it regularly every week really baffles me.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Now, I've adopted ockoala and her blog, so I keep wandering from here to there and I'm blissfully happy. After reading the written preview of episode 13 all I can say is BRING IT ON OR I MAY NOT SURVIVE!!!

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Me too me too! I agree with everything you wrote. I initially rejected YAB due to the poster, cheesy plot summary, and childish premise, but everyone squeeing over it on dramabeans.com made me curious. One pig rabbit later, "I will promise you" I've never looked back and I will be forever grateful to javabeans for that. I recently discovered OCkoala too and have nominated her to be Captain of the Holiday Love Boat. Her tone is more gentle, which I appreciate.

    I thought about that, too. I envisioned the two guys making up reasons to make sure the other one wasn't in MR's room. I could also see MG curled up like a cat in front of her door.

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    My mind is really in the gutter. I read that as, "I envisioned the two guys making out..." I think I like that fantasy, rating booster for sure, no? B)
