I saw a few posts here and there about them dating and if to reveal it or not. Maybe it's just me, but I honestly don't seem to care if they do or not (if they were to really date). Not like I wouldn't jump a hole in the air if they do, but if they're the ones comfortable not doing so then I feel like we don't have any business to do with it. Though I guess a part of my reason has something to do with my repulsiveness towards certain (overly obsessed) fans who believe to have the right to know and/or feel betrayed when their idol happens to date. Maybe I'm too rational or realistic to ever understand, but really, the person on their screen isn't theirs. An artist's job isn't to keep his fans happy and satisfied, but to give the world what he/she does best and loves most. But then again, Kpop world is... well, a different story.
speaking of which! i can't remember if it was aisuo who translated that, but can anyone point me in the direction of said translations? whether or not they're both secretly referring to seo, i just get a kick out of it.
Oh, I got mentioned, lol. Actually I don't think it was me. You probably got confused with the translations I provided for that conference(?) in Thailand in which the MC/reporter asked if they had girlfriends. The one you're talking about is the ideal type one. I checked it again and indeed, right after Yonghwa spoke about his ideal type, Minhyuk mentioned that the person you like becomes your ideal type. Though it wasn't that that I found the interview quite cute, but more because of Yonghwa's reaction to that statement.
About the kiss... I'm actually quite convinced that there will be none. Either it's a fake kiss or no kiss at all. Seohyun is actually the one who decides on the pace of their relationship and I don't believe she feels comfortable having a kiss (either on the lips or cheek or hand) in front of so many people. I have a feeling Yonghwa won't be that brave to take the first step either.
That is, unless they have kissed before. Heh.
Oh, and I'm quite surprised with the second wedding picture... I can't remember having seen Seohyun smiling that... radiant(?) before in photo shoots. I think it was Aneng who mentioned it also. Seohyun's smile is often quite stiff to me. (Don't kill me, lol.) But she looks really happy here. Awww.

For the first time in WGM history I've downloaded the 720p version, lol. Normally I'd stick to 600p since it takes a lot of space, but I don't even care anymore for the upcoming episodes. I hope that the PD will at least stretch the photo shoot to at least 3 episodes, fire the whoever does the editing and hire me instead. *nods*

I have an explanation that differs from the previous posters who answered your question.
The photographer said that the Seohyun's pretty and Yonghwa sarcastically said: 'She is?'. Seohyun as an reaction to that made a sound what could be translated in English as: Tsch. She said it half-laughing so therefor it sounded like jookyeo (죽여) which means 'kill' in Korean. Yonghwa misheard and so that had a laugh about it. I'm 100% sure that Seohyun initially didn't say 'kill'.

I love the part where Seohyun took a picture of awkward Yonghwa and stomped on the floor because it was so funny. This episode at first to me was all about Seohyun. The way her eyes sparkle, the way her smile curves, her anticipation for his reaction. She has become so transparent that a part of me is getting scared, because with that she has become vulnerable. Yet at the same time, my heart is bursting for her, for that smile. She seems so happy and out of this world. Ethereal.
Yonghwa on the other hand... He has become more aware of the camera's than ever. It says something, but I don't know what. But with that he's definitely harder to read. I think somewhere along the way he made that decision - to not show too much on camera. Because in the earlier episodes, he was actually the one who was more obvious than anyone else. In a way, I really like that. That he's becoming aware of people watching. It adds a bit of mystery for us and arouses our curiosity - what is it that he doesn't want to show? The moment his lips slowly formed a gently smile really made me wonder.
Somehow, somewhere along this journey I've felt awkward to watch them. I never stood still at the fact, but it's like closely watching a random couple in the park or something interacting with each other. And me, this total random stranger is listening to everything they're saying, seeing everything they're doing and even giggle at little touches here and there. It's an odd feeling, but nevertheless I like it.

Yonghwa was seriously so cheesy during the photo shoot! Their conversation when they had to take their first batch of pictures like their first meeting:
Y: Nice to meet you, Seohyun-shi.
S: Hello.
Y: I'm CnBlue's Yonghwa.
S: I'm SNSD's Seohyun.
Y: I really was a fan.
S: Is that so?
Y: Was a fan.
S: How about now?
Y: Now... We're a couple.

This is in response to luvtokki's post a few pages back. I was one of the people who had commented on sudden assumptions of YongSeo's ending. Maybe I've chosen my words wrongly, but what I wrote was not meant to come off the way you've seem to think. This is a discussion forum and I highly encourage everyone to share their thoughts, feelings, spazzes, etc. about YongSeo whether these posts may have a positive or 'negative' vibe. I just felt pulling everyone back to reality and not think too far ahead about the ending when there was no reason to do so. The wedding photoshoot episode should be one of the most memorable, amazing and beautiful episodes of each couple and as we've been following YongSeo for so long already, it'd be a waste to watch it while fear of the end might damage these delicate moments. I hope I haven't offended anyone or give anyone the feeling they shouldn't be posting when they actually have something to say that's not always happiness and love. There for I apologize if I've come off rather boldly in response to the somewhat sad posts.
I'm not going to say much about the drama rumors. Whether Yonghwa will accept the role, whether there'd be a kissing scene, whether Seohyun will be sad about it... I used to be one of those who'd say 'If he breaks her heart, I'd break his leg,' but I've taken a step back actually. I'd love to see these two people do what they love most, because that's when they're most beautiful. So as a fan, I can't and do not have the right to ask for anything more than that.

Can someone explain to me why the hell everyone is suddenly thinking that the end might be near?! There hasn't been a couple (as far as I can remember) that has left shortly after their wedding shoot in WGM history. I understand that we all fear to lose what we love so dearly, but there has been nothing that even insinuated the very thought of the end. Just enjoy the show as it is, because the end will come but sulking about it now is no use anyway. You won't be able to fully enjoy (probably) the best episode of our couple.
I loved the headlock!
It totally gave me a flashback to a some kdramas where I felt the relationships of the two leads are built on something more profound than just simply love.
At that moment I felt not only watching a couple, but also two buddies, friends, companions. They play with each other so care-free and for me personally, that moment really shows that friendship is the basis for their relationship. And it's rare to find that nowadays. (And I love love love that Seohyun isn't holding onto the arm that chokes her, but instead the other one. Gah, it kills me softly...)
Also, has anyone noticed this?
The caps show that MC Park said that it's really nice when a husband brushes his wife's hair like that. But what she actually said was boyfriend and girlfriend.
About Yejin - someone met her and she told them that Seohyun is really really really really really really really pretty, lol.

O mai gat! The new ski picture, Seohyun touching Yonghwa... DIES. I'll dream about that tonight, haha. Now I'm not even going to worry about tomorrow's episode, sounds like it's love, love, love. My goodness, is it even healthy being this possessed by these two people?!
I can't watch tomorrow's broadcast until late at night around midnight since I'll have to visit an aunt. She lives two hours away and doesn't have internet and I can't even catch the live streaming because we have to take off so early. Augh, after such an exhausting week, it's Saturday I'm living for. During high school I was depressed and therefor had problem sleeping and eating. As a result, I was really weak and while waiting for the bus at the bus stop, I suddenly fainted. I couldn't remember falling down, but when I opened my eyes there was this guy and he told me he knew about first-aid. I teared my jeans at the knee and there's still a scar there. But the guy was so nice. It was 7 AM and there were some men working on the pavements. One of them drove me home while the other guy came with me. He told me to eat well and carried me in. I won't forget that.
And today in the train when we arrived at a station, everybody was crowding to get out. So naturally I'd be standing up, but waiting for everybody to get out first because I couldn't squeeze in. But then a guy waited, smiled and nodded me to go first. It was the sweetest thing.

The Notes To Our Love Song
So... this is something new I'm trying out. I've mentioned and showed you guys the moment-capture kind of thing earlier and now I'm thinking about making a sequence especially focused on YongSeo. The sequence's called The Notes To Our Love Song and like with the general idea of the moment-capture (I'm going to stick with that word, lol) I'm trying to convey a certain feeling/emotion with each one of them. I'll be working from the first episode on.

Phew, it's been a while since I've posted. Everybody doing well, right? I'm still swooning over the last episode, the way Yonghwa literally crawled to get to Seohyun. Sigh.
Anyway, since this post is otherwise useless I'd like to share this. I've been starting with a kind of picture-message(?) kind of thing. Well, at first I didn't know what format to take on so I used one of my favorite caps of Seohyun for experiment first.

I'm talking about BEFORE this, Yong's quick reply right before she says [credits to MountainMadman]:
Yong speaks as the caption appears on the screen, so it looks like the caption got subbed, but his words didn't.
Yonghwa stopped in the middle of the sentence when he said 내가 널... (Well, that's what I think he said.) Now that's a something you can't really translate because of the difference in grammar. 내가 means I (subject) and 널 means you (object) in the sentence he never finished. An example sentence: 내가 널 어떻게 잊어 ... How can I forget you. You can see that in Korean the subject and object comes right after each other in a sentence unlike English. Yonghwa didn't say anything after that so you're stuck with just these two words, lol. Hope that helps?

i just finished watching the latest episodes with M3 translation,and i have one question to ask to scatterbrain ssi,when was yong said that he want to live until 102 years old?because i can't find it in M3 translation..can i know is it after hyun said "goodbye" to yong and yong asked back,"goodybe?"i just want to know the conversation between them so that i can fly back to go-chun~,hope you can help me for this.thanks again to scatterbrain and M3 for providing the translation!^__^
Yonghwa said it really quickly. It's the moment right after Seohyun said Goodbye and just before he asked back. He just said 102. So if you put it in dialogue, it'd be:
Y: How old are you going to live?
H: I’m going to live healthily.
Y: Around 100 years?
H: That seems about right.
Y: Then I’ll live until 101.
H: That’s too much.
Y: Why?
H: We need to die together…
Sub: blurting out random comments in the middle of pain
H: What am I talking about? It’s nothing. Pretend I didn’t say it.
H: Do you really want to live until 101?
Y: Yeah.
H: Then you’re going to die before me.
Y: Why?
H: Because you’re two years older than me.
MC: That’s right.
H: Goodbye.
Y: 102... Goodbye?

This particular scene reminds me of a quote of Winnie the Pooh (Winnie ftw <3): “If you live to be 100, I hope I live to be 100 minus 1 day, so I never have to live without you.”
Except in YongSeo's case, it's the other way around. Maybe Yonghwa wanted to try out a new cheesy line and say something like; Then you won't ever have to live a day without me. Ha~

hi everyone, I know my question will be really out of the topic but I'm always curious about Seohyun's formal speaking. As non-Korean viewers, I didn't find any awkwardness when she's talking, since I didnt understand Hangul, but I really need some opinions or answers esp from native speaker of Koreans, does she talking too formally, and does it sounds weird?
Is it the same as we speak when we answering questions in class or in lecture during school? cos even before WGM started, and as I watched many variety shows involving SNSD before this, her unnies always mentioned about her formal speaking and told her to stop talking that way.
Thank you in advance for any reply (if I got one) ;p
p/s: actually I don't have any problem with her speaking, I still like her btw

)I'm not Korean myself, but I do know enough about the language to answer your question I think. As you know, there's a formal and an informal way of speaking in Korean. I won't go into detail about that, but just explain enough for you to understand. Native speakers, please correct me if I'm wrong.
Speaking formally means speaking politely. There's no way to translate it directly to English, because English doesn't have that difference. But how Seohyun speaks is very politely. For example; instead of saying Can you pass that?, she'd say Could you please hand me that water bottle?. You can compare it to the way you'd talk to a teacher or an elder (that you respect). Naturally, when someone speaks to you like that, it gives you the feeling you're not that close or that you aren't at the level of being able to say everything without these 'restrictions'. Informal speech in Korea is an indication of how close you are.
Seohyun on the other hand has been raised that formal speech is the way of showing respect and knowing how much she respects the ones she loves, it's actually quite logical why she'd use formal speech with even the ones closest to her. She's not awkward when speaking informal, because she does it with people of the same age, whom in Korea you'd consider your friends. It's the idea of speaking informal to the ones she'd normally speak formal to that makes it hard for her; I think in her eyes that doing so is disrespectful. And we all know how upright she is. Formal speech in Seohyun's case however doesn't hold her back from saying what she wants or getting her ideas and thoughts across. It's just that the ones around her want to feel closer because they've been brought up with a different perspective on informal and formal speech. And that's generally that you'd switch to informal speech when you feel close.

I've watched this episode at least 5 times a day since the broadcast and aside from turning into a pile of goo, as I watched the episode for the last three, four times I suddenly felt a sudden sadness overwhelming me. I'd like to elaborate that so if anyone's not in for an essay about Seohyun's connection with my own life then you can skip my post.
As someone said before, we viewers root for the couple we can relate to the most. Just like in movies and dramas we emphasize with a certain character more because we can understand where that person is coming from. I've followed WGM since the beginning of its run and even more than Shin Ae (whom I adored), I've come to love Seohyun in a whole different way than I initially thought I would.
Seohyun and I are alike, but in a different way - I won't even dare to dream to be even close to the person that she is. She handled life way better than I did when things shifted from its place. She's had her struggles and I've had mine - none of these struggles could be told. But we did find comfort in a world where those feelings got translated into spoken words - books. The way she handled worries and took care of her burdens; that's how I did it as well. And seeing her on this episode, I felt like watching myself - that one day that I lived without a worry, with only smiles, blue skies and starry nights. And a hint of sadness. Like we've both found our childhood again. A fortunate and certainly a blessing thing, but it's also sad to even think that neither she nor I have gotten the chance to live that day until later in life. It's heartbreaking to think that such an amazing girl has lost many things in order to gain what she wanted. And it's sad that it was like I was watching myself.
The way she spelled out Yong.Seo in the sand reminded me of the many nights I took off to see the sunrise all by my own at five in the morning. I felt refreshed each time, yet each time looking back I got overwhelmed with the pain of how lonely I was - Me, watching the sunrise. Alone. I chose a life, though in a less dramatic way than Seohyun did, that didn't allow me to have what most girls had during their childhood. Friends, boyfriends, smiles and just carelessly having fun. Being myself. And Seohyun... Seohyun looked like a child playing, unconsciously catching up the years she lost. The way she peered over the field, it shook my soul real hard. And I actually broke down crying. I still am as I'm writing this.
And I'll be totally honest - I did not find Seohyun beautiful at all. She was pretty, but not gorgeous. I did not fall out of my seat when I saw her. But maybe it's because she's never really shown us the real Seohyun - the one who doesn't hold back, thinks of her image or is composed and calm in every situation. The one who jokingly puts up an overly proud attitude, the one who smiles without knowing and the one who bursts out laughing out of nowhere - I find her the most beautiful when she's like that. A true natural beauty and it's evident in this episode.
The whole point of this post is... just that I'm thankful. Thankful that I have found smiles, laughter and myself in this lifetime and can relive the days I missed. And thankful that Seohyun has found someone who has given her that. We're not related, we don't know each each other, we'll probably never meet and she's on the other side of the world. But I felt my heart watching her and I'm forever grateful to Yonghwa that he brought out the real Seohyun for me, for us, for everyone to see. Because that's how lovely she is.

Hey gogumas, I've a question to ask...
I've noticed everytime Seohyun gets frustrated, she says something sounding like "Cham" or something..
I hear it quite freuqently in the last few epis. Anyone knows what word is that and what it means? Sorry its just buggin me. I think its an exclusive word the only Hyun uses? Its cute btw. I think I'll start using it too! haha!

참 means really/seriously, but in context can mean something along the lines of Oh or Well as well.
During the necklace part I've noticed that some lines weren't translated that I thought were really cute. Especially Seohyun, how she has become more... cheeky?! I thought it was adorable, so I'll be right back with translations.

Got a question for the Korean translators out there -
In the latest episode, after Hyun starts hinting about the necklace, she says 'My neck is missing something'. MC Kim jumps in and says 'Does she need a scarf?' Then Jung Hyun says something ' ...... ...... .... .... Seohyun!' Can anybody translate what he says, please?
Jonghyun: 'Ah, really. Our hyung.'
Also, there is a section of their 'necklace' discussion that the MCs talk over. Yong is talking and is gesturing with his hands shaped like a butterfly, I can hear him talking and Hyun answering, but of course, the only part translated is the MCs comments! Which I don't care about......
Seohyun thought Yonghwa forgot about the necklace which he denied so he had his hands shaped like a butterfly to describe the necklace (to show he does remember).
Seohyun: 'I thought you didn't know.'
Finally, when Hyunnie is talking in the blackroom interview about not wearing the necklace, she reaches under her dress top and pulls the butterfly necklace out and says something that doesn't get translated. What does she say?
Seohyun: 'It's this item.'

Okay, I've lost it. The whole I don't care if they are together, I'll just enjoy what's shown - screw that. There's definitely something between them and let's face it, it's so obvious in this episode. I guess I was wrong when I said that there wouldn't be a kiss at all. I should've kept the expect the unexpected quote in mind, but it did make the streaming a lot more fun. Gosh, this is my favorite episode. I swear it is.
Also, when Yonghwa asked her whether he should kiss her or not, it totally reminded me of Khuntoria's cut of last week; it's like the exact same thing except for the different scenarios. And Seohyun actually replied. I don't know about other people, but I find it extremely awful when a guy asks you permission to kiss. It's totally embarrassing, even if you do want it. Seohyun obviously didn't have a problem with it, lol.
I don't think anyone had mentioned this before:
You can see the white on their jackets which means they probably had a snowfight. Isn't that the cutest thing?! Playing in the snow together with your boyfriend/girlfriend?
And the backhug... <3. SWOON. I initially thought Seohyun wanted him to either hold her hand or hug her as well. I mean, HELLO. Saying you're cold that many times - it's a well-known strategy among us girls and reminds me of this quote: I pretend to be cold just so you'll hold me.
I shouldn't be doing this, I promised myself not to do this, but I do wonder what their relationship at the moment is like. Have they once again confessed to each other, have they decided to commit to each other or is it still the fine line of not lovers yet not quite friends either? Honestly, they don't strike me as the types of people to 'casually' date - as in having all these feelings, doing all these things without officially being together. Oh excuse me, that's the mind that I just lost talking.
