Back to the topic… When he arrived at the party, as soon as he stepped in , the first thing/ person that he focus on was no one else , but our EY. His face seems brightening up every time she turned and talked to him,. His eyes just couldn’t move too far from her and simply take any chance as possible to enjoy her present uncontrollably. He seems happy just for that- like as long as he could see her smile, he ‘d be happy with that. Their interaction’d rather less, but they are-as always- being so themselves with each other- like in their own little world. You can’t help feel their closeness and I doubt if anyone could ever get into that circle between them.
I disagree about him focusing on EY, he only looked at her for a bit and then he focused elsewhere, trying hard not to look at her... I just got the sense he was uncomfortable being there without showing it.

Please sprint to EY now, and don’t give her chance to talk!!! She is trying to practical right now, or that is what she has tried to be in the last 2 yrs, so she wouldn’t get hurt so much again when you want to leave next time. So just go!!!And just KISS HER!!!!
I ‘m sure her woman instinct will just come out to react, like you did. Then you guys can either talk straight out what you have in your heads and heart, or just do a “make-up:_ _ _, whatever ‘d work for both.

(And thanks to KJH wonderful acting that I can’t hate a jerky and coward guy like JS, so that I could advice him to do such things with my beloved EY, hahaha )

Oh my god, someone reported from the Baidu bar that the wedding scene between EY and JW was shot. As to what would happen to the story line exactly, i'm not sure but as seen from the pics in that thread, the scene defintiely took place.

Edit: The scene of EY and JW's wedding was shot on 7/23. It was a big production and carried onwards till late into the night.

OH MY .... what a surprising development.
OMG... My weekend is totally ruined!!!! I think weddings gonna happen and JS will be all alone.... Love means to let go and move on....

pumpkinattack, Eun Young is not back in love with Ji Won. Jin Soo told her that he thought she might find happiness with him because he's predictable. The poor girl went out with someone else and ended up finding a gay fanboy. She probably never found better luck with men (WHY?
) so she resigned herself to having a life with a predictable man. Besides, in the last two years, she's not stopped loving a man she thought would never return to her so she decided to make it easy on herself and just move on with Ji Won. The guy is crazy and annoying and just horrible but with all the begging, he's probably never going to cheat on her again and will take care of her. Sometimes, that's the kind of man a woman ends up with. choufy, love the visuals.
lol, boraah, I don't think that Jin Soo is trying to make Eun Young envious. He's trying to hide his feelings. And SY is probably in on the act. She might get her feelings mixed up though but such is life.
What I like about JS hiding his feelings this time is that when EY calls him out on it (if the preview is to be believed), he doesn't go into lying mode like he previously would.

I doubt that over the phone EY is going to say yes and it will be a happy ending. With all the sprinting and stuff we've already seen, I anticipate another sprint scene.
If EY has any sense she should tell him that he didn't give her a choice when he rejected her and also when he left two years ago so why is he all of a sudden being so generous?
But I must say, with Jin Soo's personality, I don't even know how he's going to fight for her... but, he sure is childish with this SY angle. He should stop being mad or depressed or whatever. At this point, he'd better resort to yellow ribbons and 10 love quotes cos it seemed to work for Ji Won
The thing with the confession on the radio thing is that it would probably mean that Eun Young goes to him. I kinda want him to come to her.
Way back when, I wondered if JS could do an event like JW did with the flowers (in ep 3). lol... now I really wonder if he'll get that desperate.

If the spoiler about 14 is true (about JS returning to the EY's company) then I think That's what JS wanna tell her over the phone. I am scratching my head to why he's doing that. The most obvious reason would be he's back for EY. The other would be he thinks EY has moved on and they can resume their old writer-publisher relationship, which doesn't make sense because he could just go to another publishing company in Korea. He should know his appearance would cause some discomfort to EY. He wouldn't be that blockhead right?
Oh JS please dun make EY cry anymore. I rather have you never appearing in front of her again if you can going to break her heart!
Would it be this time he's making a call to get back with working with EY... To get a chance to move from talking on the phone to face to face confession??? (One would hope) Maybe the 2 yrs spent trying to forget HS without EY didn't work after all.
Edit: With JS coming back, she knows something different, maybe that's why she's worried?? But she doesn't know what's going down with him...
BTW... I love the angst... the more angst the better (ever since Sailormoon fan fics have I been hooked on angst... but I digress), as long as there's a happy ending...

I officially declare Denali, Kashi and blackjack our resident geniuses, it's settled then that they're headed for the same event, hopefully an award ceremony for SY and/or EY. (Wasn't there a Baidu rumour that JS was going to present SY as a new author somewhere on TV?)

Oppss.. I forgot, since I'm on my X'mas wish list, can we also have Daniel Wu do a cameo as her current boyfriend and maybe smooch her at this party thing they're all going together for?

Last, but not least, has anyone noticed that while Jin Soo is only wearing white (from head to toes) at the airport, Eun Young is dressed (very nicely, for once) in black only? Would this choice of color mean anything?
Could it be both are heading to the same event???

Eps 12 preview makes me think that both parties are ready to move on but not forward together...
Keep your hopes up!! The EunSoo ship will NOT sink! It may be goodbye now but I'm sure EY and JS will find their way back to each other later.

Hey I'm an EunSoo-er but after listening to the pod cast I'm not so sure if they JB-GF are same shippers as us... They weren't clear in their answers, something about looking at the posters and that may be the pairing.. so I did look at the posters and it seems more of JS-SY pairing...

BTW I'm a EY/JS shipper...
Has anyone thought as to why JS and HS divorced? Maybe his love for her wasn't enough?
Maybe he got together with HS in the first place because JW had already made a move on EY?
Everyone hes their own interpretation as to EY/JS & JS/SY relationships.
My interpretation is that JS is comfortable with SY, they have a Employee/Employer relationship... No complicated history, no complicated relationship, no complicated thinking involved... A bit of black and white and grey... She's there because he paid her to be there, mostly for his amusement, but also to take care of him. When he worried about her, it was because he finally grown a conscience and was thinking about others, not just himself.
Whereas with EY, they have a history with each other. 10yrs of history involving each other, HS, JW, work, death personal issues. She's someone who's been there thru the good, the bad, and the ugly times with him, pushing him to live, giving him a reason to live. He owes her a lot, and the best he can do to pay her back for being there for him is to be well, that's why he doesn't want to show her is vulnerable side, or when he's hurting (no more pity)... He doesn't want her to do anymore for him, he's a man and has pride (was that why he was so mad at the end of eps 10?)...
JS is scared of his feelings or having feelings for EY. He doesn't want a repeat, maybe hurting EY like he did his wife?
Sorry, I hope I made some sense.
I honestly think that it's gonna be EY/JS or no one at all...

I don't know who was in more shock, her or me.
I guess she pushed him too far, she shouldn't have made more trouble after he let her down... Her fault for that slap. Man I think he knows what a richard simmons she is now, thank god. And Umi really should just leave the house.... 'cause once this episode is over and HC comes back to you you're gonna be the good house wife that you are again with no life. Let EY and MIL take care of the house for the time being.

My take on the episode
What if the kissing scene was Umi's worst fantasy thing? Maybe HC and the fiend are in suites next to each other... It may be a big misunderstanding but the damage is done.
I just hope Umi leaves him and make him beg on HIS KNEE's for her to come back.... Him and that ungrateful MIL. I think the father is suspecting something already, but too little too late.
Does Umi look a little bit sick to you guys? Major break down coming?
Another thought... What if 1st DIL ex is Umi's brother? Remember her brother is in jail and Umi's mom knows the 1st DIL. Woah... that would be one messed up great big family... Family gatherings must be a smash.

And, Hyun Chal is committing martial sins that are much, much worse than adultery and sex. He is almost like a Tiger Woods in my eyes, but instead, it's his mentality that is cheating on his wife over and over again. I do like how Umi and Hyun Chal's marriage has no physical abuse. That would have been truly awful to witness with her situation like this and she endures physical abuse from her husband. It would have been a living hell.
You're right... but mental abuse is just as bad...
I just don't get why she doesn't leave him and that MIL already?
If you invest 10yrs in something and there has been no return or reward, do you wait another 10yrs and hope to be recognized or rewarded, or do you just cut your loses and move on? Sure she is tied to the family with her children, isn't there child support from the father if they divorce? It's not like he doesn't have money.

This is a solid drama.. reminds me of 7 Famous Princesses...
I've been watching without subs.. still good though.
Any idea why the 2nd DIL called her mom at the end of eps 34? Is she planning to leave the family? I hope she does then everyone would then realize how important she is to the family.
I am so watching this drama for 2nd DIL story.
EDIT: This drama also reminds me of My Precious You/Child.
