gosh confessing online is a big nono. It's shrieks: I'm not confident enought to think he/she likes me. Personally I would not say 'yes' to anyone who confesses to me online. The chances of me saying yes is the same whether the confession is done in person or online, BUT the chance of me rejecting when the confession is done online is approx 99.99%
For your 2nd question,
I would personally prefer to hang out first. The fact that you hardly get to spend 1-1 time with that person means that you don't know each other so well and don't really talk. Why so desperate to confess when you don't even know each other well?

okay sooooo.
so my crush and i used to talk tons and tons and tons last year, and he told my best friend that he liked me, but i had a bf at that time. near the end of the school year, i realized i liked him tooo. >3< so heres summer, and then the new school year starts. he rarely rarely RARELY talks to me now, whenever i'm near he doesn't talk to me at all, and he's always hanging around with one of my friends, but when i'm hanging around her, he goes to his own guy friends. when i look at him he looks away, and when i'm talking to my friends, i catch him starring at me. the only time when he actually says // looks // smiles at me is when i'm alone, and he's alone. what does this meeean ? T__T
so continuing from this story. another school year has started. and now he never really talks to me. well, we don't have any classes together or lunches together so i'm guessing that's one reason. but every time i see him walking in the hall i see him giving me a quick glance, but i usually don't look at him because if i do i'd start giggling. >__<;; (and i'm alone btw) but then after school i see him walking with his friend, and i'm walking with my friends, he AVOIDS me ! -sigh- what should i do ? should i just move on ?
