– Gosh…when two most enigmatic bachelors meet who cares what type of food is being served – these two charming guys’ interaction would have already whetted your appetite. Like fine wine, these two are getter better with age. Thanks for digging an old news out of your closet rubie. Very interesting topic as brought up by sarah, parkmissoo and rubie – and based on what I’ve read on film history, I find it interesting that back then, they used the term “The New Wave” which actually signaled a new attitude toward film (born after the development of the sound film) – the new movies they made exhibited film culture and film heritage. And advancing to 2012, the then “The New Wave” is now considered as “Old New Wave”. I don’t think there’s any connection between “TNW” with “Korean Wave” but it sure has a new twist to the meaning. According to Wikipedia, the emergence of “Korean Wave" links to the spread of Korean dramas throughout Asia, achieving mainstream success in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia, as well as carving niche markets in Europe and North America. K-pop has also become a large part of the Korean Wave. The Korean wave also reflects the spread of other aspects of Korean culture, including food, clothing, video games, and the language.
If I remember correctly, the leading genre of the 1980s and 1990s was the action/adventure film, which because it relied so little on character and character development, lent itself so well to sequels, and which exploited to the limit the rapidly developing sophistication of Hollywood’s now digitized-special effects industry. I think at that time, the most successful Action Star is Arnold Schwarzenegger, the model movie persona of that period. Until today, who can forget his Austrian accent that was put to good use with simple yet memorable lines like “I’ll be back”. And zoom to 2012, we are proud to add that in SEA and now busy conquering America, we have Lee Byung-hun, a multi-talented actor, as the model movie persona of today!
Speaking of CGI, I think it has developed rapidly - DC Comics heroes were superseded by the more outrageous Marvel heroes, the X-Men led the way, followed by Spider-Man, Hulk and many other sequels. Comic-based movies are now so common and also lucrative as to form their own genre – and remember these characters were invented say, more like 50 years ago?! Welcome to the Comics World!

I like this couple too, and esp Il-Sook's daughter reaction to YB whenever he praises himself, haha. I have a weird feeling that YB will help to make Jang-goon a star, haha, those two somehow related.
This two are connecting (at ramen-eating scene) – When Jang-goon confessed his insecurities quoting himself as Teletubby (soon-to-be an outcast family member) with Pororo (soon-to-be dongsaeng), his father did not relate to his feelings. And out of a sudden, Youn-bin responded to him, I understand exactly how you feel – and then suddenly, Jang-goon was like : “WHOA……..you do, YAY…finally someone shares the same wavelength with me.” Anyway, you’ll understand why YB said that as prior to this scene, he was offered to play himself in a variety show that focus on the lives of bygone stars – despite his financial standing, he rejected the offer as his pride didn’t permit him to do so.
Yes, there's a possibility that YB can train Jang-goon to be a star since he is blessed with good looks and afterall, he sucks big-time in his studies (his father is loosing hope on him), so why not!
I love the kid's interaction with YB. I love her reaction everytime YB talks so highly of himself. I think she will be the "bridge" between her mom and YB. Her mom was so obsessed with YB back then. Even her dad used YB's album to ask IS to marry him!
YB, the big bully, at least towards Minji – reminding Kiddo not to address him as “ahjussi” but “oppa” and she was like, you don’t even look like any of my favorite K-pop band-group members!! Hahaha….how can she relate to him as “oppa-the famous-singer" in her generation! Sometimes, I feel YB is living in his own world where he still thinks his fans are still pining for him – he may be a BIN but the BINs of today are famous stars, remember what the radio DJ said before playing his song – “Now we have Won-bin and Hyun-bin, but before we have Youn-bin”. On the brighter side, he is a star in Il-sook’s world – and her support meant so much to him at least he has 1-fan to cheer him when he is being humiliated.

And Gwi-nam's jealousy is so fun to watch, I find him really cute in those scenes. He is even more jealous of Jae-yong than YH jealous of Gwinam's sister in US.
About Hong Eun-Hee, I think it's ep 17/18, she played an actress who made it hard for YH, and after that YH complained to Gwi-nam. Gwi-nam also wrote "bad" things about Hong Eun-Hee on her cyworld
First they have spouses cameo, then next, they bring in hyung-nim’s (KSW) clan to support his wife’s drama. I wonder whether they are paid for appearance fees.
Thanks mokohan for the highlight – I didn’t recognize HEH as the mean bratty-actress who turned OTP-aegyo-tone as soon as she speaks to her husband on the phone – OMG…..sending goosebumps up my spine and I think Yun-hee felt the same too. I guess I must have forgotten how she looked like since it was ages ago when I watched “My Love Patzzi”. OK then, let me replay that particular scene to see a different reaction!
When Yun-hee bashed the bratty-actress, GN had a different impression on her saying that on TV, she seemed like very decent and had a nice image. Oh-My-Honey! You have poor taste, wide-eyed YH responded. How can she look nice? She has “BRAT” written on her forehead!! And then GN or was it YJS continued with his defending-mode over bratty-actress….”I thought she was pretty”. GN was getting into YH nerves ….and finally, the showdown question… “Is she prettier than me?” Kind of weird to answer a question like that, is like asking YJS “Is my on-screen wife prettier than my off-screen wife?”
He was stumped, but of course, the answer has to be “You’re prettier”….and to satisfy YH, he continued bashing the bratty-actress…”Err….She is kind of sickening the more you look at her”. Hehehe…..he looked so uncomfortable when he uttered those lines. In order to make YH feel better, GN offers to shoot bratty-actress back with messages at her homepage, that goes this way : “I am sorry…but the more I look at you, you look like the sickening type. Keep your temper down. I feel very bad/sorry for your husband." OK….I am done, he said to himself after he hit the “send” button and there he goes on repeating the last line “I feel bad for your husband”…..”I feel bad for your husband”, as though he REALLY feels bad for himself! Did he just send “a message” to HEH?!?....hehehe….the writer is so dangerously-humorous and it has a strange effect on me, was I digging more than what the script offered? Well Done writer-nim! Anyone here shipping for selca-addictive Youn-bin with Il-sook? If “BRAT” is written over the bratty-actress forehead, then YB deserves “PRIDE” written all over his face!! He should move on and lead a normal-life as a song writer and stop dreaming of a comeback – gosh, he still thinks he is Hot-and-in-Demand and sad to say he is already an expired-star except in Il-sook’s heart. I am pretty sure this two will somehow end up as a couple – an interesting ahjummah/ahjusshi pair though this may hurt YB-Oppa’s pride.
I gotta join the love fest with this drama. At first not too enamored but it grew on me and now I am hooked. I look for the subs in anticipation...so the group is growing. Love the posts.

Cha Tae Hyun to Make a Cameo Appearance on 'Unexpected You'

Funny man Cha Tae Hyun has filmed his cameo appearance for the KBS drama Unexpected You.
Hahahah…are they planning to bring all the members from 1N2D to play cameo in MHGAF? From the scene above (thanks rubie for the posting the news), I think Cha Tae-hyun’s appearance will add some comedic effect to the scene. Like mokohan said, it’s DAEBAK news - and how about bringing in Kim Jong-min? I like how he often complained that 1N2D is really not for him but yet he seems to be the one that enjoyed the most!!
I can’t wait to see Gwi-nam growing horns! I notice GN has all the jealousy vibes in him – when he found out that YH has mistakenly “remembered” his blood type, he turned upset and kept repeating like a mantra “I am blood type A”…the effect causes YH to feel guilty. And then on another occasion, he was kind of convinced his wife’s previous date include hanging out at the seaside till the next morning to watch sunrise (that is when he heard YH came out with few conclusions of where MS could have spent a night out with her boyfriend). SPOT ON! While all these dramas took place, GN turned serious as he questioned YH whether that was what she did with her previous date…….and YH swore that she didn’t do it. She could have easily escaped with all-sorts of excuses since she is a producer and all those possibilities are very drama-ish-scripted. Anyway, from my observation, Gwi-nam’s character is almost flawless but I think he is kind of insecure…..of which I can understand based on his background.

I love YS/JY couple too, looking forward to the process of their romance. xD
I'm really looking forward to Malsuk find out that the guy she love is YH's brother, haha. When YH's elder brother said that MS is really pretty, his wife and his mother don't like it and it's the 1st time 2 woman have sth in common, I laughed at this part so hard. Life is gonna be tough for Malsuk.
And wowww, Cha TAe Hyun cameo in Unexpeted you, this gonna be daebak. I love all the cameo appearance in this drama. There are: Kim Seung Woo (Kim Nam Joo's husband), Yoo Joon Sang's wife, Su Geun, a famous gag man in Gag concert, Kim Jang Hoon (a famous singer)...
This list of cameo apearance just makes me love this drama more xD
I never knew Hong Eun-hee (Yoo Joon-sang’s wife) made a cameo appearance on the set – anyone knows which episode? In one of the interviews, I think the host mentioned that since KSW turned up to play cameo to support his wife, YJS should also invite his wife to make an appearance too.
You have missed Ji Jin-hee…. – I am currently watching JJH as King Sukjong in Dongyi and what a world of difference seeing him so preachy here.

I was thinking the same thing about the similarities between the charcters in Coffee Prince. Even the characterisitcs: short hair, strong female (literally). What I like most about Yi-Sook is that she is not drawn to money. When her older sister got the credit from her husband's mistress, she didn't take any items from her older sister to pay for it and she attempted to pay for Jae Yong's car repair.
When I started watching this drama, I said to myself " Here I go again, starting to watch a long drama, the agony of waiting and I know that there still a lot of things that can still happen!" But no regrets because I will definitely enjoy this one
Yi-sook’s character is totally the opposite of Mal-sook - MS is so LOUD-and-annoying whenever she appeared on-screen! Err….I wonder why most men in this drama find her attractive and pretty (even YH’s brother complimented her looks). Even without dressing up Yi-sook, her character is already a big-time winner – her beautiful soul has attracted all the male colleagues, ex-namja-chingu and she is practically-living inside of Jae-yong's heart!
I have always enjoyed watching KBS weekend productions – though it mostly focuses on family ties, it touches our hearts with their heartwarming characters and storyline. And all its predecessors' (KBS) drama rating has been sitting on the TOP chart (not that I rate a drama based on its rating…). Through high volume of viewership, one cannot deny the fact that whoever is cast in this slot will get a chance of to steal some lime-light and at the same time earn a chance to showcase/promote their acting talent!. Anyway, it’s just my opinion.

Please ignore the following SPOILERS - I have highlighted scenes (mostly on JY/YS couple) up to episode 22….
I think the only time I like her scene is when she confessed to Se-gwang how she ended up being an attention-seeker in her family and how heartbroken she is for being neglected by her parents (she complained that her parents spent too much time looking for their lost brother). That was probably the only time that I can find “peace” seeing her in tears. Se-gwang was moved by her and decided to postpone his intention to break-up with her. Anyway, after spending so much time with an ugly-character-MS, SG may need time to shake off his feelings for MS. Like everyone, I am most anxious to see her reactions when she discovered that Se-gwang is Yoon-hee’s brother – that’ll be the DAY!
Meanwhile Yi-sook is getting an unexpected attention from her ex-boyfriend, played by actor/singer, Kang Dong-ho (didn’t get his character name yet) when he appeared on two occasions at the restaurant. On his first visit ALONE, he confessed to YS that he has always liked her and had even planned to ask her out but instead YS introduce his soon-to-be-wife to him and that mark the beginning of his relationship with Kang Hye-su and soon….. YS faded away. His confession shocked YS but she knew there’s no turning back now and wasn’t bothered or least bothered by his confession.
Then in another episode (his second visit), he made a group reservation at the restaurant where she works and a pissed-off Jae-yong wondered of all the restaurants in Seoul, why must he choose his restaurant to dine? Is he showing signs of jealousy towards “that jerk who stole YS’s heart”? But I do adore him (so sweet) when he stood by YS when he continued with his fake-introduction, referring YS as the “Manager”. Anyway, the atmosphere was all normal until her ex-boyfriend requested Bossy Jae-yong to allow YS to join him for a drink since her working hour is almost over. Hesitantly, Boss JY gave permission for YS to join ex-chingu-namja with the rest of his guests – and then out of the blue (not that he is intoxicated…), ex-boyfriend said to his friends that “any guy who marries YS will be blessed”.Hello!…we know that! He continued with his string of compliments, “She doesn’t spend excessively, still pretty looking, nice and warm”. It disturbs YS who finds it uncomfortable with all-these-unexpected-compliments. She asked him to stop and walked out of the restaurant. Hey, you are about to get married and now you want to know whether she is interested in you?!? He asked her.... “if you are willing to accept me, I shall break off my engagement/wedding with Hye-su?” Isn’t that too late ?!? or did he finds her a catch now that she is not a loser but a MANAGER? At the end of their conversation, YS told him bluntly that she is sorry and won’t attend his wedding. Don’t show up in front of me!! And she turned around and walked away…....
What transpired between both of them outside of the restaurant, Boss JY was happily eaves-dropping their exchanges (not entirely intentionally but let’s say, he was curious…..).
Boss JY added some humor to their exchanges…..he spiced-up comments to every sentence ex-namja-chingu said, and he was tickled pink to hear the exact responses he would have wanted YS to say!! A satisfying JY has to admit that for once, they have some connections!! A heartbroken YS was seen crying and Bossy JY comforted her but of course and as usual he started off his words with nothing pleasing and tainted with unkind remarks before wrapping up with his caring gestures.
Aigoooo…..whatever that comes out from his mouth is the opposite of how he feels. Loving every bit of their moments…and can’t wait to see their love development….and it sure looks like JY will be the one that realizes he likes/loves her…).OH…..I think there’s going to be a 3rd party in GN/YH’s relationship – she appeared briefly in one of the episodes and looks like she may give YH a bit of a tough time (she is someone GN knows in US and this outspoken girl…..is sending unwelcome-vibes of YH’s presence….).
In an another scene, Se-gwang's friend (the one that got dumped by MS) creepily took SG's cellphone and sent a break-up text message to MS. And GOD was so kind to MS, her cellphone's battery went dead and there goes the un-read message. If I am not mistaken, once the battery is charged, she can still retrieve the message, right?
Can't wait to see her shocking face when she finds out she got DUMPED!! -

Err....I honestly don't think the description is lengthy and I don't feel there's any serious tone in your presentation (IMHO). It's his past work.. like A Bittersweet Life.. JSA.. GBW that I think are helping a lot in his resume for Hollywood. And of course, the actor's own determination and ability to adapt. Despite a bit of the language glitch and change of environment as he himself admitted.. Lee Byung Hun-ssi never fails to impress with his top-notch acting performance.
Wow….I couldn’t have said it better – and I think besides the mild-barrier-of-language, he has absolute belief in his own abilities! I think acting in a foreign country has some effect on him and it’s no better or worse, just different. I think what he did was amazing – he engrossed himself fully in his work to match the level of those Hollywood legends and top stars performances. With that, he has gained his own rave review with the role he played.
Thanks for all the latest update - I wonder whether LBH will be attending Cannes Festival, hope this is part of his schedule?

about SHJ's nose-kiss-mishap but he's always a fun-loving and happy guy (can't forget his antics at JJH's wedding which him and BH were sort of the Best Men that JJH wanted to match-up with lovely tv personalities -- BH was so embarrassed but still sweet at the time ^^).. he's a very good friend of our Byunghun-ssi... as well as SHG, his co-star in JSA. I've yet to watch Brain, hope it'll be shown on our tv someday.Also.. I'm humbled that you're highlighting the Top Heart Poll thread here.. really appreciate the heart-warming gesture. Although the poll has unexpectedly & inevitably turned into a Couple Poll instead *quoted image*.. hopefully fans will appreciate the threads that we have here in the forum, too. Of course, as fans we have our wishes or choices for Byunghun-ssi to couple up with.. onscreen or offscreen but .. again, as fans.. we're also hoping Byunghun would surprise us more.

Thanks for the extra-news on SHJ and LBH’s interaction during JJH’s wedding – I didn’t get to watch anything relating to JJH’s wedding (guess at that time, I was in a faraway nowhere-land or was I in dream-land?!). I see SHJ every Thursday evening – he cracked me up all the time especially when he tried to make fun of his partner which usually backfired!!
He doesn’t mind at all if others make jokes out of his appearance – such an accommodating and adorable namja!! Yup, I am aware many of his celeb-friends are trying to match make him with someone! Btw, “Brain” is a must-watch drama – SHG nailed his role to perfection (he was flawless….exceptionally…flawless!!) – trust me, rubie! His acting talent is awesomely off-the-charts and I just can’t fathom how he could bring in heaps of angst into his character. Lee Byung-hun in for "RED 2"

14 May – It was revealed that the actor behind Storm Shadow from the upcoming "G.I. Joe 2: Retaliation", Lee Byung-hun, will be appearing in yet another Hollywood film, "RED 2." Kpopfever reported that in a press release by BH Entertainment, the star will be reuniting with "G.I. Joe: Retaliation" lead, Bruce Willis, for the sequel of the Golden Globe-nominated film, "RED", together with Helen Mirren, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker and Catherine Zeta-Jones. However, his role is yet to be revealed.
"RED 2" will be directed by Dean Parisot with a screenplay written by Erich and John Hober. The sequel will continue the story of the team of retired CIA operatives (played by Willis, Malkovich and Mirren) as they face off against new enemies all across Europe. Meanwhile, "G.I Joe: Retaliation" is set to hit theatres soon and Lee is currently busy with his historical film debut, "I Am the King of Joseon" alongside actress Han Hyo-joo.

Thanks chingu for piecing up the whole kissable lips thingy – I like how the production team opened up the topic of discussion on kissy-scenes. They were quite a number of cut-kissing-scenes which erupted into background laughter especially on a scene where an NG-kiss-scene of Shin Hyun-joon who bumped his nose right into the actress face even before he could execute a proper kiss scene.
Many artistes in the K-entertainment circle often make jokes of SHJ’s facial features especially his nose so it was an appropriate cut-scene in this segment. To be honest, it’s kind of a biased-chart since most of the actors chosen are related to KBS drama/program. Extra tidbits….
They showed clips of Shin Ha-gyun and Choi Jung-won with their Bubble-gum-kissing and another couple’s with mouth-to-mouth-spaghetti-eating/kissing scene (if I am not mistaken, the male kisser is Sung Si-kyung but am not sure who is his partner). Though these couples did not make it to the chart, they were shown as an example of how popular food items are being used as kissing prop.
Btw, thank you rubie-hunnie for creating “May Top Heart Thread” pole – LBH needs lots of votes to catch up with the leader. Hope more fans will participate in that poll.

I just watched the re-airing of the KBS Ent Programme and would like to highlight again on the Doubtful Charts section involving Lee Byung-hun. Sorry for some misinterpretations of the chart as posted earlier.
The main topic was Doubtful Charts : Kissable Lips or rather on lips ranking.

It was quoted that his charm overflows and when they questioned him this : "If you were a girl, you'd love Lee Byung-hun?" - he answered YES!
Then they focused on the scene where Kim Tae-hee in her disappointment questioned LBH, "You came empty-handed?" And that's when LBH smooched her with the famous 'Candy-kiss". It seems that the people behind the scene said that it was LBH who came up with that kiss! At the end of the clip, they showed a clip of LBH saying this line ...."Say it if you like it, silly!" This must be a good year for Lee Byung-hun sshi! Another Hollywood treats from him – Chukai hamnida!
So happy for him – and he is REALLY jumping from one project to another and switching genres, is it not hard for him to keep his head in so many different things? He’s such a hit with casting directors now and I wonder how long he will be away this time – his family especially Omma is going to miss him.
Btw, the production team of KBS Entertainment News seemed not to get enough of LBH – he was featured again on the “Doubtful Chart” section – they showed previous clips of his response to the famous “Candy-kiss” from IRIS and of course, they highlighted the kiss scene for all to drool! I think that kiss was rated top in the chart and another favorite kiss also made it to the chart – Bubblegum kiss from Brain (yay....Go Shin Ha-kyun!!).Oops...
I am not very sure the topic of the Doubtful Chart but I guess it’s all about Over-The-Top kissing scenes – I miss here-and-there as I had to catch up with American Idol as well. Happy Mother’s Day and May God Bless you with great health and happiness!!

He may be spoiled by his Omma but he definitely needs to prove to his ahboji that he is a capable businessman! Like you, I can't wait for the writer to reveal his family background too and I believe his colleagues and Yi-sook will be in for a shock when they discover his true identity. I think it's quite common for actors to take up two dramas at one time - not the central character but as supporting cast. I haven't started to watch King2Hearts but I know the evil aunt in this drama has a minor role in Rooftop Prince.
Hahaha.....both families are very much connected but right now all of the involved characters are unaware that they are connected through Yun-hee.
Cannot believe Jo Yoon Hee in Lie To Me is here, I have no impression with her in Lie To Me, but completely like her character and her short hair style in this drama, liked a tom boy, but her action and her thinking are as soft as a gentle girl, and only me or she is more beautiful and attractive with this tom boy style?, and why don't I realize her good acting? She is incredible in this drama! And Oh my god, the reporter is my favorite character in Wild Romance, I love this couple.
By the way, the Robot Manager had met the Reporter in ep 21, what a meeting! Ha ha.
Same sentiments here - at first, I couldn't believe she is the same actress whom I had seen her previous work but in a total different type of style and character. Her transformation amazes me and I like how she is smiling more nowadays.
And here's my thoughts ....Episode 18 highlighted Jae-yong/Yi-Sook in the making of a couple....err....maybe not as lover but as colleague...first....

JY was a big bully when he spelt out the 3-out-system working condition!! Anyway, I am looking forward to the day when JY finds himself jealous over the all-male colleagues attention over YS. Her appearance at JY’s family restaurant kind of reminds me of YEH’s role in “Coffee Prince” – being the only female employee who looks so tomboyish. I notice Jae-yong love to express his feelings loud-and-clear every time he finds YS annoying and butting into his life and he loves to belittle her in whatever circumstances and whenever he has the advantage!! Even the boys at the restaurant finds him utterly rude when he laughed at how YS hasn’t moved on with her 10-year crush over the guy who is about to get married.
However, having said all these, he showed concerned over her on two major scenes – he called to check on her safety when she hailed a cab in her tipsy-condition and there was another situation when he bailed her out of embarrassment from the 10-year crush namja with his soon-to-be-bride crushed our poor Yi-sook with unkind comments. Hahahah……that scene was like a reunion - former Reporter and Robot-manager from Wild Romance is now switching roles, Reporter is now a Restaurant Manager while Robot-manager (he is so cute....even without his glasses) is playing a less significant role (though we are not sure how it’ll turn out later).
Yup, I can’t wait to see Mal-sook aka Fake-Minji’s life turn upside down and I can almost imagine seeing her flipping in madness or rather embarrassment when she finds out that Se-gwang (Yun-hee’s brother) is none other than the sister-in-law she loathe!! Oh….she has already made three enemies with her future in-law ‘s family (if that turns out to be ….) – Yun hee, Yun-hee’s Omma and Yun-hee’s sister in law. How is she going to face these hurdles as the three of them are not easy-going type of characters? Go figure out Mal-sook!!
It’s really funny how they created Jang-goon’s character whose is not bright but has lots of admirers and I love how he managed to pull off so many of his scenes without even showing any signs of breaking-into-a-smile expression. In other words, he played dumb so convincingly….oops, sorry. I just love the part when his father tested him on the Goguryeo history. Can’t help but to share this funny dialogue ….
Jung-bae : Who is Jumong’s mother?
Jang-goon : Kim Eul-dong (Song Ill-gook’s real mother who is also an actress)

Note : In case some of you are not aware, the name provided by Jang-goon are actors who portrayed those historical heroic characters.
Choi Su-jong played Emperor Wang-gun, Dae Jo-young and Hae-shin (Emperor of the Sea) and Song Ill-gook played Jumong. I am not familiar with Han Suk-gyu's role character and I think he refers to Kim Myung-min's role in Immortal Admiral Yi Sun-sin.

I think KBSWORLD showed episode 13 last week. Can't wait for her to get some make-over (maybe just wear some girly clothes) and for him to be blown away with her. The actress that is playing Yi-Suk is in the series Lie to Me as well and she's a cutie..
Hopefully they'll get more screen time for the next episodes!

Other than the main couple’s story, I am definitely a HUGE fan of the soon-to-be-couple, Yi-sook and Jae-yong. I was surprised when I found out the pretty long-haired actress from Golden Fish and Lie to Me is the same actress who played the tom-boy-looking Yi-sook. She transformed herself from a soft-spoken beauty to a toughie-carpentar character – I guess her short hair has the most effect on the transformation plus her tom-boyish characteristics had me in awed! I am beginning to fall for her acting and Jo Yoon-hee deserves praises for taking a plunge to play an entirely different role character (if you’ve seen her previous works, you’ll be amazed with her transformation...).
Lee Hee-joon who played Jae-yong is another versatile actor (what a world of difference from his annoying reporter character role in Wild Romance and right after wrapping up WR, he joined the cast of MHGAF) – he is so freaking comical and down-to-earth as Jae-yong. I can’t wait to see who is playing his “mother’s husband” (don’t think his father has appeared yet and so is his mother) – they need to expose his family background soon.
Btw, last weekend KBSW aired episode 16 and we are not that far behind catching up with the latest airing.

OK...here's sharing some gossipy-ent-news from KBS .....
Our power-man is all over the recent KBSW Entertainment News which was aired on 3rd May – as expected (1st sighting), LBH and LMJ were featured in one of the hot-gossip news section. It was a rather short news where they edited previous-filed clips on separate occasions of them responding to questions like (for eg…), “What characteristic of a man/woman that you’ll be most attracted to?”. Anyway, LMJ’s camp said that “they’re not so close as dating”. Verdict on Relationship : Acquaintances only.... – case closed!
Next topic of discussion is something along this line : Why are actresses in the 30s in demand now and what happened to those actresses in the 20s?
They chose clips of some of the young top stars who debuted earlier but have now reached 30s – and out of a sudden, one drool-some hot-looking young actor flashed right in front of my eyes (2nd sighting of a young LBH)
– it was so fast that I have overlooked the face of the actress (that was the main focus of the topic) mainneh Go So-young sshi – it was a scene from the KBS drama, “Tomorrow Love”.Lastly, a trivia highlight countdown on how some characters (mostly focused on evil characters) bashed/tortured/killed their enemies

You are most welcome rubie – I was so thrilled to read the print-out news even though it’s totally accessible through the net. Almost EVERYONE is talking about the movie; I’m not going to hold back on all modesty and instead say he is one of the greatest Asian actors who had risen to prominence!
Looks like he has set a different mark for Asian actors who wish to break into Hollywood – there are talks that Andy Lau from Hong Kong may take up a role in Iron Man 3.
Other than Asia, Hollywood is diverting their choice of leading man to Brit Actors – I think Tom Hiddleston is inarguably Hollywood’s man of the moment! I don’t think LBH will stop at being Storm Shadow – I believe he’ll be picking up English script very soon. Thanks for ALWAYS delighting us with all the awesome latest news every day – joongmal gamsahamnida chingu!

of LBH.The recognition he gets from Hollywood is flattering! From playing the famous heroic character, Storm Shadow he jumped straight to another heroic (not sure?!?) character from a different era. I wonder how he manages to slide into a totally different character in such a short period! How does he deal with such a hectic life – moving from one sci-fic-foreign set to joseon-era-home-ground set, ninja-bodyguard character to wangja-character? I think acting takes him out of the comfort zone but I guess if he loves doing it, he’ll enjoy doing it! Can’t wait to see how he transforms himself as the King of Joseon – love all the BTS pictures posted and it’s déjà vu for Han Hyo-joo (she’s slipping back into “Dongyi’s world”).

Btw, his name was mentioned in a Taiwanese Drama, Fondant Garden (episode 1) – A gist of of how LBH name was highlighted - the main actress was having a meal in a Korean restaurant (scene in Korea) and because of the crowd, the Ahjumma asked her permission to allow the 2nd lead actor to share the same table. Prior to food serving, she received an incoming call from the 2nd female lead (who happened to ditch her for shopping) and she spilled out that the handsome stranger sitting opposite of her look like Lee Byung-hun or maybe Song Seung-hun. Oh...the main actor in this drama is played by Park Jung-min (formerly from the K-pop group, SS501) - one of the reasons why I checked out this drama.

In yesterday KBSW Entertainment Weekly news, Lee Bum-soo as an invited guest in the “guerilla date” section mentioned BH. When he was asked whom did he invite to his daughter’s birthday party, he mentioned all his best-test friends in the industry but sadly most of them were busy, hence couldn’t make it – Lee Byung-hun, Song Seung-hun, Ryu Seung-beom and not sure if Ha Jung-woo and Shin Ha-kyun attended too.

Anyway, PD Yoon is currently busy filming “Love Rain”.

Anyway, with or without LBH throwing a luxurious wedding event, her stunning beauty alone will garner lots of attention from the curious hordes of reporters – being a former beauty queen says it all. They were planning to manage the wedding in low-key but the wedding reception and set-up looks entirely the opposite, sooo posh-looking- like a royal-wedding!
Last weekend, KBSW Entertainment news highlighted some of the most expensive celebrity weddings and one of the wedding planners leaked out that one of the major cost of the weddings are from flowers decoration and of course other than food, liquor and the bride's wedding dress.

KBSW just aired 1st episode. There seems to be no information on the guy who played the son of Yunsik and Yangja. The mother seems to dot on him and probably he is their only son – looks like he enjoyed taking his own sweet time brushing his teeth. So, there’s no way these two girls are twins and Seung-hee is definitely at least one year older than Seung-ah.
Seung-hee gave me the impression that she is polite, well-mannered and an obedient daughter whereas Seung-ah could be the opposite of her – kind of spoilt and the lazy type!
I am so happy to see Hwang Sun-hee again as she left a very good impression on me when she played a supporting role in Wild Romance recently.
It’s so sad that Myung-joo's mother decided to abandon her baby and left her at the Hong’s family house –and as in all Kdrama fashion, Myung-joo was informed that the baby died. I am sure it’ll take them ages to reconcile.
So base on the synopsis, Park Ro-kyung will be interested in Seung-hee but at the same Seung-ah has an eye for him too?!?.
I think the only unconvincing factor is the age thing - and no matter how they make them look younger or older (if they are using the same actors/actresses), it can be a bit confusing. Anyway, I guess no one really bothers....
