    It has been months since I posted but since sadly we don't get much news about our girl any more aside from her SNS posts and I am not sure if anyone is still checking this thread, I guess it is natural :( 

     

    But the last update we got about our girl is that she left her agency "Ascendio Reserve" and I don't think there have been any news about her signing with new agency still. This is a continue on her struggles to find an agency that could help her get back on her acting career. It is really sad to see but nothing can be done on our end but pray that we could see her acting on our screen again.

    On a good note, she attended S/S season presentation for fashion Italian brand 'Ash'. It has been so long since we got to see her attending a public event so I was so happy to see her. She looks great and love this style on her :love:

    BTW, Beauty-Full did finish airing in December. I am not sure if there will be another season and if our girl will be there if they really did another season of the program. But anyway, I thought it was a good opportunity given how long she was away from the industry scene.

     

    I honestly didn't follow much of the program episodes but I did see some videos or news about it. So here is a video of her trip with her friends to Osaka, Japan showed on the show

    Hi, although I am not sure anyone is checking here any more but at last we have some valuable news about our girl that deserve a post here.
     

    Da-hae will be one of the MCs for a new beauty program on SBS F!L that will start airing on the 12th of October. Although it is not an acting project but this is still a big news given how long she has been away from the spotlight with rare public appearances ^^

     

    I am not sure if we will have access to the episodes later or not but we will see

    Got a little busy lately so didn't get to post here although we got a lot of news.

     

    Seems Dahae's appearance MBC variety show "Omniscient Interfering View"/"The Manager" have made some buzz and even made her get ranked in the Actor Brand list in the past two weeks. Dahae appeared on 2 episodes, although I still didn't watch them but from the cuts I saw, I think Dahae's new manager is quite fond of her and appreciate her personality, I hope he and the agency take good care of her and her career from now on :)

    @Annya I am not really into much of the contents she uploads since I am not into those kind of contents in general but still some are quite nice to watch. Like her dance classes videos, when she cook or workout giving some advice in those and the usual normal pictures and videos of her and with her dog, other stuff are not my thing really but it is good she is enjoying her time in general.

     

    About actresses, of course some are still quite active but what I was saying some are having the same problems like Dahae and don't pick projects frequently. Like Han Ga-In, Yoon Eun-Hye, Han Ji-Hye, Ha Ji-Won and Moon Geun-Young are less frequently seen now compared to how they were years ago because of different reasons but with many new and younger accomplished actresses in the industry now, it will just keep getting harder.

     

    I have long lost my interest in K-dramas and the entertainment industry there. I can watch a drama from time to time although I have problems finishing them but I really don't recognize most actors and actresses in the dramas lately so I stopped worrying much and just keep enjoying what we can get from her :wub:

    About our girl, it is not her problem alone but many of the actresses of her generation are hardly seen and usually takes some years between picking projects but some gets lucky with a good comeback that make them again in the spotlight. 

     

    I am happy she is still trying to keep herself busy and enjoying her life regardless but yeah, it will be a great surprise for me if I get to see a news about a project of her but who knows ;)

    It has been a long time since we saw Dahae in a magazine pictorial so this was a nice surprise!! While I don't like that white dress but her looks and that black dress looks great on her :wub:

     

    I really would have loved of her to have an interview along with those photos but I guess it is understandable that wouldn't be possible since she don't have much news or work to share any news about

    Last month, it was revealed that Dahae lent her voice to an Audio book 'The Time We Were Together' including winning stories in a contest organized in partnership with the World Vision organization to convey the value of good deeds to more people.

     

    She participated with other 6 actors among them is veteran actress Kim Hye-ja and label mate Jo Hyun-jae. You can hear the audio book in this link, her story is number 6 in the list (you have to expand the whole list to see it). I really miss her voice speaking Korean and I wouldn't mind if she get a chance to have some voice role acting in some animation movie ;)

    Hi Everyone,

     

    I know I have been absent for a long time and I feel so awkward writing here now ~~
     

    Those last 2 years weren't that good for most people and RL took the front stage making me less interested in many things that I previously loved but still found new interests to somehow balance my life. I keep myself updated through SNS but other than that I find myself less able to write or talk to anyone even in RL.

     

    I really hope you are all fine, happy to see @Annya and @Maetawinz Posts. Missed you guys :wub:

     

    Like all of you, I still miss our girl. Thankfully she is active on her SNS which at least makes me happy seeing her enjoying her life but really I still deeply miss her acting. It is sad to see her lose the career she build up for a long time.

     

    I don't have high hopes on an acting comeback but I still hope her new agency can provide her some gigs in Korea like variety show appearances or endorsements or drama cameo or something that would at least match her legacy.

     

    I am not sure if anybody would see or reply to this post soon since the thread is quite inactive but know that I thank you if you still check on this thread which has been here for 15 years :wub:

     

    I will post again about some of the latest activities our girl did that I found quite nice which actually what encouraged me to write here again and made me feel that may be her agency is doing some moves ;)

    @Annya It has been a roller coaster since late last year and seems this is not going to change anytime soon :bawling:

    I am mostly watching Anime these days (either rewatching my favs or discovering some new ones). Really nothing else to give me some joy in these difficult times :( 

     

    BTW, seems our girl is dogs trainer expert since Nana did trust her to train her dog Grayton :D

    I really liked this video when I saw it (one of my favorite videos she posted) and it is great to be able to understand what our girl was saying there thanks to the translator :wub:
