I read some of you get upset that there's a lack interaction between Kook-Min in today's episode. You may not know, but maybe Kim Joong-kook is the one who is really hurt and heart broken about Somin's departure from the show. He just don't want to show his soft side because that's not his RM character. Behind the scene, maybe they talk a lot and possibly get into private and personal discussion without worrying about public's opinion.

I once tweets about Kook-min: "If Kim Joong-kook and Jeon So-min married, SBS and RM has produced one of the best K-Drama in history." Let me elaborate on the tweets: 1. When So-min came to the show as their guest, she openly admitted that she has two reasons: Audition for a job, and team up with Joong-kook b/c she is Turbo's fangirl. 2. When she become permanent members, she tried to impress Joong-kook with her crazy and unpredictable attitude. She pairing with Jae-suk and Kwang-soo, but somehow get more closer with Joong-kook after he publicly apologize for his strict attitude towards her. 3. She make the first move to get more closer to Joong-kook as she invited him for a coffee drink, even though end up with group date, but thanks to her efforts, Joong-kook become her close circle contacts. 4. When Joong-kook suffer back problem for couple of months, especially during the fan meeting week, So-min is the one who nursing him and follow up with his medical care. You can see So-min always checking on him during press interview. 5. After the fan meeting, you can see that they become closer and giving hints that they are on the early dating phase. She so attentive to Joong-kook's appearance and know how to respond or react to Joong-kook's tiger character. Even Joong-kook care about her opinion and slowly start to show appreciation by play along with So-So-min's character. 6. After Kwang-soo left the show, you can see that both Kook-min started to show their chemistry, and most of it, they act like real life couple. Jae-suk keep hinting that So-min "imagine" being Joong-kook's wife and Joong-kook play along with the ideas, So-min's seniors giving hints that So-min likes "muscular guy", and even both of them not shy to acting like real life couple in few episode where So-min acting as his "imaginary wife." Bonus, So-min show no hesitation to hit Joong-kook if he shout at her for no reason and she caught him cheating. I once said that if Kook-min dating in real life, there would be no surprise that So-min will retired from the show to avoid misunderstanding between personal lifestyle and professional career. Aside from using cliché excuse for quitting the job, dating life also part of the reason why So-min decided to retired from RM. I'm not expecting or giving false expectations to myself that Joong-kook will purpose So-min in her last episode - if that happened, trust me, that would be national news for Korean entertainment industry and for the RM fans, but I'm not surprised, maybe next year or 2 years later, we definitely hear about their dating status. If they end up married, SBS and RM has produced one of the best K-Drama in history of of entertainment.

With So-min is officially retired from RM, there for, Kook-Min also officially retired. Yes, it's kind of a sad news for everyone, but just Kwang-soo, So-min felt like she's has nothing to offer to the viewers as everyone already familiar with her character and it becomes hard for her to maintain that "crazy girl", "love frog", and "unpredictable girl" character. I'm not surprised the actual reason why she decided to leave the show because of the toxic and delusional Spartace, who always spamming the show with hate comments. I do notice that RM tried to ship So-min and Joong-kook, but they quickly walk away from the idea because afraid that idea will hurt So-min more. With So-min is no more part of the family, I can see that RM possibly already cast new members and no surprise if they cast more male members instead of female members because the production team aware that toxic fans will hurt the new female member like they did with So-min. With So-min's absence from the show, definitely leave them a huge loss. Yoo Jae-Suk and Ji Suk-jin definitely felt empty without their chaotic sister. Ji-Hyo felt alone and become a shadow of the show. Haha and Yang Se-Chan definitely clueless for couple of months because for the past 6 years, their gimmick character was heavily depending on So-min's character. Joong-kook, either he was forced to do another loveline with Ji-Hyo or completely return to his old gimmick. Good luck with the members. Two of the most important members have gone from the show, I don't know how long they can run, but I do know that RM has loss their magic touch like they did after Gary left the show. When Kwang-soo left the show, at least they have So-min to take over Kwang-soo's place. On positive notes, I hope this news is a pin point for Kook-min to announce their relationship (if they dating in real life) publicly. At least, all of us can accept the fact of why So-min leaves the show.
