Ooh, and also include how when Chae and Kang are running to get to the exams...they'll bump into Yul first...make Kang bump into Yul and not Chae, then out of one door, Shin appears!! Yeah yeah! Then he'll ask Yul "what happened?" and Yul will say "ah..nothing" with a little secret smile as he and Shin look on as the girls conitinue on! hahaha, sorry...lame bit here.
hahaha, actually, that does sound like something i'd turn out. i love any guy-meets-girl moments that include bumping, falling, stumbling, dialing wrong phone numbers, rescues, wingmen/women playing along and/or all of the above mixed and matched.
i'll see how i can work something like that in

anyone can give me a link to beautifulxmess or theedqueen's goong graphic sites? i lost them! >.>;;
theed and i have the same hostess. hers is http://kaaj.spirited-wings.com/Goong

I wouldn't mind if season 1 ended with Chae and Shin living happily ever after with their "new baby (ies)". Then the bell will ring, Chae snaps out of her make-believe world and Kang Hyun is rushing Chae to their college entrance exams...then nex eppie...college life! Where the new hottie on campus is...Lee Shin and his cute cousin Lee Yul!
i am completely SOLD to that idea!! *begins writing a fast forward for it*

SnowApple, awww really? can i call you appy?<33 it's so cute xD
sure, it's fine with me.
YES, more page ownage!
-
oh no, apple is fine. that's actually what i go by on all of my websites and stuff. when i used to mirc, people actually even cut it shorter to app, apps, appy, etc.
-
no matter how much i adore yul, it would feel weird if chae gyung actually ended up with him instead of shin
that's why he has to end up with kang hyun!! :PPPPPP
in all seriousness, chae gyung and shin's personalities do fit more. yul is the best friend but shin is "the one," and sometimes the difference between those two distinctions are really bittersweet. man, do i sound like a counselor or what.
-
and that's how i feel/felt for every single drama i watched..
yeah sometimes the second guy is 10x hotter, nicer, etc, etc, etc,
but in the end, it just gotta be that first guy.
yeah, they gotta stick to the formula. it's the whole if-it-ain't-broke-don't-fix-it mentality.
OOH, random page owning.
-
yeah... totally with you guys on this one ! even though, i'm a Shin-Camper but i do feel bad for Yul. A little off topic here but, the same thing happened when i watched Autumn Tale (my favorite of all time). I was like... Come on !.... pick Tae-suk Oppa (Wonbin) already !!! :fury:
i'd pick won bin ANYWAY. *whistles*

How bout just use HO-TOOT

Once again, you can all blame (or worship) THEEDQUEEN because of this, because she dreams up even crazier scenes than me. As such, my brain has been repeatedly nagging at me to write Goong, my style. Well, I finally caved.
INTRODUCING GOONG "FAST FORWARDS"
EDIT: I had to reposition some stuff. If text and pictures are off, keep refreshing. They should be fixed now. Sorry!
I'll just paste the explanation for what they are from that page:
Welcome to Fast Forwards, snippets and scenes that I've dreamed and schemed for Goong, hoping against hope that they just might actually happen in the show. Back in the Sailor Moon days, my sister (kaaj_si, uncchristine99) used to write short fanfiction that expanded on next-episode previews. She'd write the scenes the way she wanted them to turn out, then see how close she got to the actual episode once it aired. Though I won't be writing Goong fanfiction preview-for-preview, I will be writing scenes and scenarios that can be pictured easily and put into context. Thanks for reading and enjoy! Leave comments/reviews if you like!
And of course, Yul and Kang Hyun receive the spotlight for my first fast forward. I'd be disgracing my fellow shippers if they hadn't! Long live Yul/KH <3

no way. anybody can act snobby and ridiculous. eun hye has to work her eyebrows and get all those cute expressions down. and she does it GOOD!
one thing that richard simmons me off about cg despite how much i love her character is that she's WAYYYY TOOOO nice. =/
the argument goes both ways. it can be just as hard or easy for person A to act snobby as it is for person B to act cute. ji hyo, it's like you can FEEL the emptiness from the bottom of her soul, the little witch. eun hye, she's so raw (and that's a great thing, esp. for her character), but she doesn't speak to me quite as easily. ooh, i would have loved to see her break out her baby vox stare from the old days. *misses the eun hye she used to know*
but i digress. i'm stage-biased when it comes to acting, because that's where i'm comfortable.
-
I still think hyori is pretty person wise, but her character in the drama makes her look ugly in the drama. I wonder how she really is in reality her personality....
well, she does a good job of making me hate her, which is great acting. out of the four main cast, i actually think ji hyo comes off as a stronger actress than eun hye sometimes. on a strictly technical level of course. i could care less about hyorin as a character.
-
SnowApple- totally! if i were Chae, i would be running to Yul for comfort 2. Shin can make a girl feel lonely...though he still sizzlesssss! *throws hands up* oh why oh why must i still love bad boys!!!
actually i read this theory once that bad boys are attractive because their attitude/personality displays confidence and the confidence is really what attracts people. the same applies to guys who are attracted to mean girls. wow, i actually used the term. *is dazed*
-
btw saw your new editorial. Hehe, kewl. I was quoted
dude, i put that up ages ago! what, like, the 17th? *checks* yeah. i know, i know, i never update the front page. call me lazy.
-
hostile to me is like, "you &!^*%*&, you're DERANGED, go to *%&& because you're STOOPID," etc. etc.
which i (and probably most of you) have seen in other places with worse explicitness. trust me, the stuff we're talking about is completely tame.
-
i think as long as it's kept civil, we can continue discussing stuff. now, if people start throwing names and insults around, then we can say, ok, DROP it or take it somewhere else.
i actually don't hate yul's mom quite as much as others. not that i like her, HECK NO, but i can understand her better than, say, hyorin. the thing is, everyone on the show is so completely jaded by how they were done wrong that NO ONE is able to see past their own little world. it's like me, me, me, me, me, me, me. "i never got to be king, i never got to be queen, i never got the girl, i never got a good husband, i need a fling in thailand, i had to break up with my bf because he had an arranged marriage even though i said NO to him in the first place," and on and on and on....
-
erhmm can we not argue here? pls. this is a friendly thread~
we've been friendly to each other and that's how we got past the 1000page.
okay? smiles and cheers.
oh, is that considered unfriendly arguing? mirc must have hardened me.
i was giving my point, if it seemed unfriendly, it wasn't meant that way. somebody said a page back or so that all the characters, shin, yul, etc. are being immature, and that's the jackpot umbrella analysis right there. it isn't that i think yul's a saint here either, it's just the fact that shin's personality does this great job of magnifying everyone else into a better person automatically. puehehehehe. ahem, anyway...
-
haha! TALK about being unscrupulous, shin is the poster boy for that word. it's one thing to argue yul's morality (or lack thereof) just because he genuinely wants to give comfort. it's another thing totally if shin is giving chae gyung MORE THAN AMPLE AND REPEATED reason to turn to others (ANY others, her family, her palace maids, etc.) for comfort, because she sure as heck ain't getting it from him. we can see shin's struggle in its entire context, so that makes a lot of shin campers sympathetic.
but if i (or all of us girls) placed ourselves in cg's place, unknowing of why shin is doing all these jerkfaced things and not explaining himself and only saying we shouldn't worry about it and we don't have to right to question him, blah blah blah, i'd be turning to yul for comfort too, whether he's my husband or not. and it's not yul's fault shin is such a &*@#$%.
-
~~~what has gotten into everyone today. we're all so serious all of a sudden!~~~
when a show gets serious, we start watching it differently. it's inevitable. and personally, i love it when it goes deeper than just "i loved this episode! yul/shin is sooooo hot!" etc. not that there's anything wrong with declaring those as well, because i do it too.
-
i disagree. yes cg shouldn't be running to yul all the time and yul should know his bounds. but i think the way she carries on with yul isn't wrong.
THANK YOU. took the words outta my mouth.
I think we have to consider that as viewers, we see the whole picture, but the characters don't. CG never sees Shin reacting jealously (at least not until the punch!) As far as she knows, he acts nice to her one second, then mean the next, he keeps all the things his old girlfriend gave him, he had a tryst with her in Thailand. Has he EVER explained any of this to her?
THANK YOU TOO. yeah, what they said. hehe
-
I know it's not really her character, but if people are gonna bash Shin, it needs to be said that CG should go up to Shin and clear the water with him so that the source of her unhappiness is resolved.
puahahahaha. i would like to see any girl try to clear water with a guy like shin when he always has his outer shell in full repel force. he's so cold and self-intereseted, i wouldn't go to the @$*&@&! for comfort OR confrontation. it's like, dang, i can't be talkin' to people who can't see past their own flippin' nose.
i do agree that CG needs to grow a spine and be the one to break him. she's been too lenient on his sorry @$$. and if she can't say it, ain't no one else gonna say it for her.
-
only in dramas would a girl fall for a guy who treats her as badly as Shin does CG! :
I take it back, we women are suckers for the bad boys, it's a sad state of affairs!
*yawn* bad boys are overrated.
but yes, lots of girls do go for that jerk appeal. but lots of guys equally go for the richard simmons appeal, so we're all even here. kekekekek.
SnowApple, hehe i'm now a crack-er too? hahahahaha my friend called me crackwh*re barbie once [and i don't know why until now]
hee, but yes, i forgot to ask for your real name! what is it? TELL MEEEE so i can start my stalking capabilities =p
oh, and did i ever tell you how much i adoooreee your goong opening credits =o they are TEE FABULOUSSSOOO
hehe, my real name (my laotian name) is unpronounceable if all you have to go by is the spelling, so that wouldn't help you anyway. to make it easy, you can think of me as joanna (my middle name). thanks for watching my vid!
oh yeah, i forgot to pay homage to yul/kang hyun, of which they only had one scene together this week, but they were placed beside each other again. *considers writing a second editorial once the series is finished*
-
haha, as i told grace, i'm a certified stalker =p
i'm telly by the way [hee, i guess it's pretty obvious, huh =p]! what's yourrrr name? =D
you crack me up, telly.
yeah, he's hot. i recently watched a concert clip of him on youtube where he was practically stripping. i couldn't look away.
ahem, back to goong. i've got it! i'll make kang hyun bump into yul, then her glasses go flying, and he's looking at her like *.*
::evil laugh::
