@dramachaserxoxoyou’re right, those pockets go deep! You’re right KJR is not as clueless as he looks, going by how sensuous his kisses are lol. And in ep 16 in the park, she was walking with him with her hand in his pocket. Wonder for how long it was there haha.

Also in kakao talk when he asked her for the selca, many said her hand accidentally moved to his knee. What I observed was her ELBOW first landed on his upper thigh before her hand touched his knee. Boy did not even flinch, like her hands on him was the most natural thing in the world. And see how his hand lingered on her shoulder for a moment. Let’s enjoy it once again, this clip is a close up:

I remember that. The mc kept saying "should i take one for you?" Because they looked like struggling. But LDW adamantly said "no". And after that, LDW just kept taking photos:fullofhearts:

Agree with you. It's very conflicting for me as a shipper lol... Would obviously LOVE a new drama but these Kdrama rules about actors who are dating not ever acting opposite each other would mean that Pichi is not actually dating if they signed on to play a couple again. Plus, historical precedence says it's very low probability to collaborate 3x in such a short amount of time regardless. IMO it's not like the FL in this S2 is that juicy of a role for YIN anyway. And it's not like she's lacking in opportunities; there are probably better projects out there for her. The acting fee is probably not going to be that great as Korean articles noted that the fantasy and historical element is going to take the forefront in S2. And if the FL is LDW's love interest, then going by S1's script, this love would not be as meaningful to Lee Yeon as Nam Ji Ah (although, if YIN plays Kim Bum's love interest, then that would imply nothing about whether Pichi is actually dating or not haha... Plus they'd still share plenty of screen time... OK this is my favorite outcome!!)

Someone very kindly made a TOTNT cut of LDW/Kim bum, and that's what I watched. I actually really enjoyed that and would definitely watch more (that knife scene on the rooftop? Amazing). With this S2/S3 news I went to watch some romance scenes with Jo Bo Ah and I felt like it was the least amount of chemistry I've seen in any of LDW's projects. The script certainly did not do the chemistry any favors by having JBA be this "thousand year love" for whom Lee Yeon waited almost a millennium. In some scenes I felt like LDW had more convincing "honey eyes" in Strangers From Hell (creepy vibes aside in the latter). Imoogi possesses Nam Ji Ah in some parts, so "maybe this was a scene where Lee Yeon knew that he was looking at Imoogi inside Nam Ji Ah's body," I thought. But in later scenes where that was 100% not the case, there's not that much of a difference lmao?

Conversely, it felt like FL never really trusted Lee Yeon, even at the end? I definitely got the sense the scriptwriter is much more adept at fantasy as a genre than writing romance/personal relationships. That makes me even more weary about the type of role this FL will get in S2. I thought LDW/Kim Bum had great chemistry as strained brothers, but even some of the script there made little sense to me... Near the end, the script wanted the audience to see how much Lee Yeon loves his brother because Lee Yeon LOVES egg yolks but he let Rang have his only egg yolk from his ramyun. "You see, Yeon does love Rang after all!" Like, I get what the message is, but are you serious? LMAO

I did watched Strangers from Hell and LDW is creepily amazing there. I just wished it got more traction on SK since LDW did such an amazing job.

I think TOTNT 1 gained popularity because of LDW and Kim Bum chemistry and because it was about a male gumiho. And maybe because i'm such an avid Pichi shipper that i am biased in saying that LDW and JBA really didnt have chemistry at all. And as you've said, the role for s2 isnt really that great for YIN. Any news about drama offers for YIN? All the news i knew about her were MC and hosting.

If I am not mistaken, the rule about not collaborating again applies to couples who have been outed or who are officially dating. Since Pichi has never been official, there's no one who can rightfully say they can't work together again. But I agree it will be tricky how they are going to work the plot and script. But given how fantastically some drama plots are imagined and brought to life, maybe, just maybe, they can find a way to pull it off.

They mentioned having the same director but did not talk about the scriptwriter. Hopefully they will find a new scriptwriter who doesn't go all over the place and leave gaping loopholes!

Hi there too. Thanks for remembering me. :selfie2:

Regarding official couples, i think married couples do act together. If you've watched Nobody Knows (SBS 2020), the antagonist is played by Park Hoon and his secretary (in the drama) is played by his wife Park Min Jung. And then there's that movie with Kim Woo Bin and Shin Min Ah together, but they'll have different partners. Cant remember the title or if they accepted the role.

  3. All these news about YIN and LDW reuniting in TOTNT is awesome. I didnt watch it (i'm more of a YIN fan), so i dont really know the story or how the chemistry was with JBA. But i heard from friends and read about articles that LDW and JBA didnt really click. One of my friends even told me that "to think that LDW and JBA even had a joint photoshoot/magazine spread together to hype the crowd for their drama but it still didn't connect well." So that's that.

But i do agree that co starring for the third time in kdrama is rare. I mean, its already a gift if they starred twice and I dont think TYH made it big in SK (prove me wrong on this guys please) despite the amazing chemistry of LDW and YIN.

So i dont wanna get my hopes up. If they do costar again, that's fantastic. If they dont, i just wish their still dating and happily together (even if its secret).

  4. I actually rushed here to verify if its true. I didnt see the news on soompi nor kdramapal. If i remember correctly, Zettai Kareshi already had a korean drama just recently which stars Yeo Jin Goo. I would have love to see/watch Yoo In Na again and i personally read this manga before. Anyways, its a prank

    .:idk:

But i sincerely hope that we get to see Yoo In Na in two drama this year.

@ELFlamingo  Can I ask why Yoo In Na fans were called justcoffee? I think other fans of her in other countries organized some surprises in her past birthdays but now I don't know if there will be surprises for her.

She was in a coffee commercial before with hyun bin and shin min ah. Hyun bin called her just coffee. So i guess thats why. I havent heard any news from IG regarding her birthday surprise.

Now, I'm waiting for the news that a food truck was sent to Yoo In Na while filming Snowdrop and who will sent those to her. We had no news updates about her role as Dra. Kang Chung Ya, her role in Snowdrop and Yoo In Na 's birthday is getting near also June 5, 2021.  Let's make some fan art greeting for Yoo In Na that we will post in our IG and twitter on the date of her birthday. What will be the official hashtag on the day of her birthday that we will going to use?

What if she will surprised us in her birthday that she will have an official instagram account for her fans? She can communicate with her fans and updates us always. Well, just imagining if that will happen.

An event for her birthday is a good idea. We are called JustCoffee right? I mean her fandom is justcoffee?

@ELFlamingo I read somewhere that 2015 Wedding Bibble movie starring Yoo In Na and Godfrey Gao was released in Australia, is that true?

Do you have any site where we can watch the movie? Can we request it on iQIYI since mostly the kdramas in that platform were chinese drama and yes there's also Yoo In Na kdrama so I taught Wedding Bibble can be released there too. Let's request on their feedback.

I dont think Wedding Bible was released, though. There are news about premiere date after the lead actor died, but up to now, there's still none. And i doubt that we can request it since it wasn't really shown??

@ELFlamingo I also remembered what happened to Yoo In Na  in the chinese drama titled " Love Weaves Through A Millennium 2 ". She already shoot the drama and even her poster was made but then, that happened and yes, also to the Chinese movie " Wedding Bibble " with Godfrey Gao, ( who died in 2019 ) we had no news about whether the movie will be released or it was finished?

Yoo In Na poster in Shuttle Love Millennium

I read about this too. Its such a shame that such issues affect the artists works. They put so much effort on it for it to just be cancelled. Such a shame.

I know its too early for bad news and I actually feel worst for posting it here first but...

I just hope this wont come true

@ELFlamingo yes, just like what you are thinking, I also want to see Yoo In Na in Snowdrop as Dra. Kang Chung Ya, a surgeon but we have no updates or news about her from her agency ( YG Entertainment ).

I have a question, why the " Wedding Bible " movie was not yet released until now? Was the reason is that the male lead died already?

I think Yoo In Na must do at least 2 korean dramas this year 2021 for her fans. She was very missed by her fans because she did not have official social media accounts like instagram and twitter just like other korean celebrities that have IG and updates their fans.

        Let's visit YG Entertainment website.

From what i remember, wedding bible was cancelled because there was an issue between s.korea and china back then. I think almost all korean actors promoting in china back then got affected. Correct me if im wrong guys. But this is all i remember regarding that issue.

YG only yas YGstage as their youtube for promoting their actors. The one where inna's making videos are uploaded. Woow this soopoiler thing is so coool, YG learn something from them please. LOL

I saw the whole cancellation thing that went over the internet yesterday. Thank god JTBC released the official statement now i am a little reliefed. Howeve i am still scared because knets are still angry. I hope once the first episode comes out everything goes back to normal.

    SNOWDROP TEAM FIGHTING !!

Woww good news we will hear inna LOL still can't see her. God let me see her please even in 144p i won't complain hehe

Ow. I subsrcibed to YG channel. So i guess i subscribed to the wrong channel. Its YG stage right? Gotta find that now and subscribe. So I can watch Yoo In Na. But one thing I like about Soop though, is that they show not just their actors BTS of drama shoots, pictorials and advertisement. They have their own content too. Its more like a vlog that feautures their artists. And their Eng sub is on point nowadays. I sometimes  feel like YG isnt taking care of Yoo In Na alot.

Lead actors of Joseon Exorcists posted apologies regarding the issue witb the drama. I also heard somewhere that Mr. Queen was pulled out from certain sites(cant remember which) but im glad that JTBC made a stand this early for Snowdrop. I honestly feel bad about JE being cancelled because it looks promising and that it might set as a benchmark(?) for other dramas to be cancelled in the future. I just wish that seeing these things happening now would make Snowdrop's (and other dramas, too) writers and directors to be more careful and to sort out issues beforehand.

Im really excited to see Yoo In Na in a new drama again so i hope she wont encounter problems with Snowdrop anymore.

  11. I wish YG uploads content with Yoo In Na from time to time. Soop Management have Soopoiler in Youtube which shows vlog-like content of their artists. Soop handles Nam Ji Hyun (my other favorite k-actress).

I checked YG entertainment in YT but i dont think they uploaded anything recently. Or ildoes YG have a specific channel for their actors?

Hey! to all Yoo In Na fans, while we are all excited and waiting for her upcoming drama Snowdrop, let's all watch again her in the 2020 MBC action, romance, comedy drama series title " The Spies Who Loved Me "  where she play the role of a beautiful wedding dress designer named Kang Ah Reum only on iQIYI platform. I think this drama must also become available in other platform but as we all know iQIYI had it exclusively. Do you know that Chinese dramas were mostly uploaded in iQIYI, yes there are also korean dramas too but mostly chinese drama and movies.

Here are some video clips of Yoo In Na and Lim Ju Hwan in The Spies Who Loved Me. Actually they are my favorite rather than Eric & Yoo In Na pair  because for me, Yoo In Na and Lim Ju Hwan have more great onscreen chemistry and I liked their deep love story more and actor  Lim Ju Hwan won the Excellence Actor Award for playing the role as Derek Hyun in The Spies Who Loved Me in the 2020 MBC Drama Awards.

In one of the interview of Lim Ju Hwan, he said that he wants his next drama to be a Historical or Period drama. I'm thinking what if Yoo In Na and Lim Ju Hwan do a hystorical or period drama, that's a great idea.

      Hide contents

    Agree..

I personally ship Derek and Ah Reum in The Spies Who Loved Me. And since the story revolved more on Ji Hoon and Ah Reum, i feel that my ship didnt get much romantic screen time. I also hope that Lim Juhwan and Yoo In Na could work again in another drama.

On a side note, I guess its just me but I am really pissed off with other IG users using #yooinna but posting other actors. I mean, I follow #yooinna to see Yoo In Na. But my feed is full of #yooinna with either kim go eun or BTS's V pictures. Its not that I hate/dislike Kim Go Eun or V, its just that there wasnt even Yoo In Na in the pic. Why post it with #yooinna?

After watching New Year Blues, the korean film of Yoo In Na, I think she doesn't had to cut her long beautiful hair into that super short hair style that we had seen in the movie, and instead  tied her hair up only as she play the role of a rehabilitation trainer.

After I watched all of her scenes in the movie as Hyo Young, I noticed Yoo In Na 's scenes have dark background, always at night, inside her dark room and for me I want her to play different character. I'm thinking that why it's always at night? Maybe because she was going through a hard time, she will divorce her bad husband.

Maybe in my opinion, I just don't like the character given to her. Other casts have beautiful sceneries as their background. I'm jealous of the other actors with very beautiful and lively backgrounds in the movie but that's just only my opinion, don't get me wrong. I loved the movie.

But overall, Yoo In Na did well to portray her role as Hyo Young in this movie and he proved us she's really a very good korean actress. Looking forward for another Yoo In Na film but next time, I want many beautiful scenery, background like plants, flowers and nature too.

Hey! Yoo In Na fans, What can you say about the movie " New Year Blues  and what can you say about the character and scenes of her in the film? Comment please!!

I actually just finished it last night!! The solo scenes of YIN were mostly done in the dark because she was in a dark place (I mean she was going through bad/hard/sad).But her group shots were not entirely dark.  I think they wanted to convey the fact that she was 'ok' outside, but deep down shes not. I mean, YIN said in an interview that Hyo Young was introverted.

I love the movie and how it manages to show the connection between the casts. But there was too little YIN (for me anyways). Then again, the movie casts 9 actors so i guess that its inevitable that they get little screentime. Makes me wanna see Snowdrop now.

Anyways, i keep seeing fan pics of Jung Hae In and Jisoo from Snowdrop shoot, but still no In Na?

Look what I found in Yoo In Na 's agency ( YG Stage official twitter ) See how Yoo In Na looks from different years. She's really getting pretty and prettier ! Seems like she doesn't age. I loved all her fashion styles.

I totally agree. I just finished rewatching Heroes, and i noticed how beautiful she looks as she ages.. i think the right term would be aging beautifully..

I mean she was beautiful even back then but look at her now. She's way more prettier now. (i personally believed that the other Heroes members were wary of her in the beginning as they feel that she was being favored just because she was pretty)

Ow.. is this you? I think I already spammed on your IG Post. But i would like to add more:sparklyeyes:

These are the names that i wrote in IG:

    Song Seung Hoon

    Jeon Ji Hoon

    Zo In Sung

    Lee Jun Hyuk

    Jang Hyuk

    Kim Jae Wook

    Lee Jin Wook

    Kang Ha Neul

And these are the names that I would add:

Lee Soo Hyuk - i think their visual alone would be awesome

Jang Ki Yong - even though he is younger than YIN, his chemistry with her in his cameo in TYH is great too. Its a pity it was only a cameo.

Im Jo Hwan - In TSWLM, i'm team Derek ever since episode 1. So for me, its a pity that their marriage didnt survive. I'd love to see them together in another drama, where they could hopefully end up together.

Kwon Yool - they acted together on OMHE, and it makes me wonder what they'll look like as a couple

    Kim Nam Gil -

regarding YIN's popularity in china.i think all of us here is familiar with the chinese student who happened to be among the guest panels in an episode in 7.7 billion loves which YIN was one of the hosts.the chinese male guest was a YIN fan and he was so excited to see her finally in person.then he shared that YIN is really popular in china.they loved her in MLFTS drama and love her again in goblin.that's how popular YIN is in china and if given the chance that her dramas past and present will be seen on netflix which has a broader platform for artists from different countries to be recognized then YIN has a bigger chance to be also known not just in china or here in our country but other countries as well.

i just hope that her agency should be more selective in her projects so that her talent would not be wasted.

then again YIN is like a diamond in the rough, all she needs is time to be recognized and i think it is starting to be happening now.

    1 hour ago, RollyPenny said:

Regarding her project I think it's her full discretion to choose whether she want to take it or not but the thing is yin wasn't confidence enough. In one of her interview after goblin I read that there were so many offer as main cast for drama but at that time she's not confident to take the role and I read that she only took the role that she's sure she can nail it. So I think it's not fully her agency's fault for yin to have relatively small number of main role

But now I can see some light and optimistic about her after she's taking snowdrop role because based on the description this role will be out of her comfort zone, if she can pass this role (which I'm sure she will with flying colors!) This could be her turning point and I'm very optimistic we'll see yin often as main role. Finger crossed!

And yes she truly deserve more acknowledgement even though she was saying that she doesn't looking for fame. That is how down to earth she is and one of the reason I love her

I remember that Queen In Hyun's Man was well received when it aired in the PH. It even had the highest rating for that time slot back then.

I do understand that she feels lacking, so she tends to accept roles that she thinks she could nail. I guess it stems from her idol training days. I remember her saying that she couldnt learn the dance steps and thats why she couldnt debut.

I wish she'd get the opportunity to sing a song for her Snowdrop. She can sing well, even Yoo Huiyeol complimented her singing skills when they practiced busking in Funding Together.

On a side note: i'd like to apologize to all of you and thank you for indulging me in my rants today. May we always stay united in loving and supporting our Queen, Yoo In Na. :heartxoxo:

  17. I mean, all the articles (mostly from Soompi) I've read about k-actresses with good chemistry doesnt even mention her. I guess it is because she played supporting roles in most of her drama. If you look at her filmography, she appeared in 16 drama, but she played lead roles in only 4 (Queen In Hyun's Man, My Secret Hotel, Touch Your Heart and The Spies Who Loved Me). This is also why I was a bit skeptical about her role in Snow drop. Even from the get go, the storyline of Snowdrop seemed to revolve around the younger actors characters. But knowing how hard YIN will work hard as Kang Chu Ya, gives hope. I mean, she wouldnt accept it if she thinks it wont suit her, right?

All i wish for her was to receive all that she deserves because she is such a genuine person. Sometimes I even wish for her to change her agency because i think YG doesnt support her as much as they should. But the issue with W Korea is maddening too.

    I apologize if i sound too rant-y.

    Flashback Friday

All About korean YG actress Yoo In Na
Did you know that in 2017  Korean actress #YooInNa was about to be seen in the Chinese drama series " titled " Love Weaves Through A Milenium 2
The drama is also called as " Shuttle Love Millenium 2  but she was likedly to be forced out of role of the chinese drama and was switched out for Puff Guo in chinese drama sequel. Yoo In Na's is a nice way for her to branch in a Chinese Entertainment except for the timing.
Yoo In Na has no controll over sovereign sparring other than a bit bruised ego.

    spacer.png

This is the chinese remake of Queen In Hyun's Man right? Or rather the season 2 of the series. Shuttle 2's story is more like Mr. Queen's.

There's this chinese movie that I know which stars YIN and Godfrey Cao. It was reported as early as 2014, after My Love From The Star. The movie also stars Ahn Jae Hyun. Godfrey Cao died in 2019 but the movie remains unpreviewed. I feel sad that her career suffered because of international disputes. Please correct me if i'm wrong, but from what i know, C-drama's/movie's dont just import korean actors and actresses. They have high expectations and for YIN to be picked was a boost to her career.

Anyways, I am excited to meet Dr. Kang Chu Ya. Thankfully, phone Cleansing is gonna air soon. But now, I'm rewatching MBC's Funding Together and cant help but gush by her chemistry with Kang Ha Neul. I wish they could star in a drama soon. They have such great chemistry that I cant help squealing like a dolphin. This makes me wonder why she wasnt dubbed a Chemistry Queen.

Most of these facts/qualities are featured in "Funding Together", including

    1. Great singing skills and loves singing (apple farm visit & busking)

    2. Math skills (she kept track of the scores during their apple farm visit)

    3. Loves driving (she volunteered twice and seems to be good at it), but..

    4. has a terrible sense of direction

    5. Loves cooking (cooked for her cast members and Kang Ha Neul) and got good at it

    6. Best friends with IU (first met on Heroes)

    7. Loves apples (said she always starts a day with a good apple) & grapes

    8. Would like to be a teacher if she had to pick another job, because she enjoys learning something then teaching it to others

    9. Frequently complimented as a "variety show genius" (?) (has been complimented since early variety show appearances)

    10. Scared of heights (?)

Some referenced/featured in her recent drama:

    1. English skills (was complemented for it behind the scenes as well)

    2. Her voice was used by Naver for different applications, including the in-car GPS

(which I think is funny considering her bad sense of direction in real life :P)

[Also, just a fun bit for TYH fans:

in college, she studied to be a secretary

(Just like how Jin Shim picked her role because she briefly studied to be a lawyer:lol::lol:)]

Her fans are called coffee because in her first commercial she was casted as just coffee (which implied she wasn't good enough for hyun bin's character)...so her fans said they love just coffee

Ow.. so officially, we are coffee?
