Hello everyone! It's been a while for me here but it's so good to see many active here even during drought season. So speaking of which, I think it may be over because I came bearing a very special gift.

 

I was kind of down thinking about the last denial about the hand holding thing, I know it was a while ago but it crushed my binjin hopes then. I mean yes he did travel halfway across the world to be with her and yes as recent as Baeksang they wore matching outfits, attached to the hips when they didn't need to be especially when cameras weren't intentionally on them, and left together when they could have gone separate ways and yes Ye Jin's liking spree happened but the way they denied HOLDING HANDS WHILE BEING ON SET BECAUSE THEY ARE SUCH PROFESSIONAL BEANS, how dare they right? Ugh.

 

So anyway when I was trying to sleuth, I came across THIS:

 

 

A couple who could maybe very well look like Binjin walking down the streets of Seoul, so it defo has to be themmmm and best part is my source is... Google! I mean google is trustworthy and reliable amirite, we all ask google about everything and anything these days so I definitely trust this one! Oh gosh my heart!

@Peony  @QueenieBee Yessssss, I totally echo your analysis on how stark the differences are between those rumours with Binjin. Those two other rumours were mostly based or if not completely based on on screen chemistry and this is nothing out of the ordinary as it happens all the time. But with Binjin, they practically fuelled the rumours themselves off screen on multiple fronts i.e. reported sightings, photographed sightings, IG selcas, promotion tour, interviews, SYJ's liking spree, HB's EYES. As HB has said before, "It's Son Ye Jin, what else is there to say?" 

 

And the CLOY Press Con is one of the best things ever lol, I can't get enough of the subtle things we got from that event. And again in contrast, with the past rumours, people asked them point blank to their faces ARE YOU DATING? And on this one, as we know the question was filtered and the ONLY WAY it could accommodate their safe responses was to ask (paraphrasing) "Is it not difficult to work together in the midst of romance rumours?" The whole room was speaking in codes there like we know they know we know. Thinking about it again, the question reads, "How has it been working together on a professional project since you have become a romantic couple?" Cause that's what it's really asking. 

 

Also btw just want to say hi to Dr. Booger I think you are giving me a run for my money in reacting to the posts here and no offence, I think I am more Binjin than you! So I'm gonna be more active from now on OH YEAH!!!

There has been so many things going on here and most importantly SYJ is Hallyu Best Actress and HB is Hallyu Best Actor PERIOD and also DVD or NO DVD, CLOY continues to be on everyone's mind, I've even heard on so many occasions from so many fans that it's their favourite HB's project, so obvious why! I am pretty sure CLOY is dear and special to HB's heart for very obvious reasons. Don't you ever think about spreading fake news about Binjin ever again because if you say that you're a long time fan, as you say you are, you need to put your money where your mouth is. Otherwise, people will think that you're two-faced. And what's with talk of jumping ship?? WAIT let me guess, is it cause there are too many Binjin shippers here that have a lot of insight and crumbs and receipts and you can't stand the idea of "sharing the limelight" (if there even needs to be one) so you would even consider going to a deprived ship that has been in extinction whom will basically buy anything you sell? @Peony that part about him looking forward to lunch time with her gets me. I think we've heard something like it before, but it's my first time reading it in those words? I kind of miss the times when he spoke almost uninhibitedly about her, the early days. His words sound so pure and genuine, sweet and not over the top. So I came across this video above and found the translation of HB addressing their rumours at the PC different from what I've watched (this version is extracted from the Korean media talking about it but shows the clip of him talking), particularly the line "...I've never been uncomfortable with her...". Whereas on Youtube the translation reads as "We laughed it off, it did not affect or inconvenience us in choosing work... we worked together and we were friends because of the work." or "...the rumour did not affect our decision to be on the show or make us uncomfortable".

 

Sooooo.... sorry if I'm putting you on the spot here but calling @celest1al, or maybe anyone else willing and able, can you pretty please help to clarify which one is more accurate!

Anyway,I want to point out as well the reason why I’m writing this timeline is to show that BinJin relationship truly started from strangers to working relationship to friendship and then to lovers.Their first project together was an action film with no skin-ship at all and mostly acting through the monitor.

So the attraction was born clearly not from being a couple in a romantic drama where there’s so much skins-ship and kissing scenes but it’s truly from being able to connect emotionally and in a personal level.

Obviously most BinJin shippers started shipping them through CLOY but that doesn’t mean BinJin relationship started because of CLOY...they started way before CLOY.

And the fact that they keep associating themselves to each other until now which has been almost 2 years it’s because they wanted to and not because of us or their current popularity as a pair.

 

Thank you for this but ESPECIALLY the part I bolded. I keep thinking about that but you articulated it well. Although maybe some of us still wish that they had more in TN, perhaps it was because of that beginning which allowed their relationship to flourish so naturally. They did not have to create an attraction for their characters but it just basically happened for themselves as HB and SYJ, as you said due to the emotional and personal connection UGH LOVE!!! I truly truly believe this that they fell in love once they discovered who the person was behind the image they perceived in the industry.

Ummm.... first of all, I know some of you have nothing happening on your end so you have nothing to talk about and maybe that's why you feel there's a need to rain on our parade so I get it, must be hard. Please don't mind me, I'm REALLY just talking into an empty room here

 

Secondly, about the CF, like some others I'm a bit perplexed at why we sort of have to say this out loud but the whole money argument is so irrelevant here, it feels like an outsider brings it up but suddenly leaves the room, only to leave us arguing with each other?

 

Also personally, I agree with some others that the CF isn't a be all receipt per se, personally I am just really excited to have them together in a project yet again! and that they're willing to spend more time together! Although, I don't quite agree with Binjin selling the idea of their status with all these crumbs... I think I know what is meant or intended but if we're true to that word, it can sound a little off. There's no need for them to sell the idea per se, if anything to me they have been protecting their relationship so for it not to be treated as a public commodity (which there's always going to be the tendency given their popularity both individually and as a couple). So, to me, it's more about them carefully and strategically relaxing the k-ent atmosphere (and now more possibly the international platforms that they have attracted) into allowing them the space for their relationship in the future once they want to make it official.

 

Anyways, whatever it is, as each day passes, don't we all feel that bit closer to the D-day? EXCITING TIMES AHEAD!!
