Just came over to post some of my opinions on the ending
Lots of spoilers ahead~
SpoilerThe ending was underwhelming, but overall the show was not bad.
The origin story for everyone was very simple for something they built up this entire 15 episode mystery around. I would have thought it would be much more complicated than FL leaves ML for humans, FL is attacked, ML is angered and attacks the villagers.
I really wanted the ending to be SU and Hwal both being bulgasal, living amongst the humans peacefully. ET should have been the one to reincarnate and have a second chance to live a happy life. His character, despite being blood-thirsty and greedy, was the most pitiful. 1000 years ago Hwal and SU were extremely powerful "monsters", while ET was weak even compared to the average human. He never received any love, nor did he ever receive his father's acknowledgement. It was also revealed that he only went crazy after the death of his mother, who was probably the one person who loved him. Hwal may have been left alone, but bulgalady was always there, and would have returned to him eventually. ET literally had no one by his side. He wasn't born evil, he just needed to be loved and accepted by someone, which would have made his reincarnation into a loving family much more meaningful. Hwal and SU reincarnating as humans makes very little sense since Bulgasal don't have souls. If Hwal, a bulgasal who killed an entire village and then proceeded to curse a few of them, creating generations of pain is able to be redeemed, I don't see why ET can't be. Furthermore Hwal and SU being bulgasal together would make up for Hwal having been a bulgasal who hated humans in the past. Having the both of them reincarnate as humans without memory of their past selves kind of dampens the point of Hwal's journey, although it does give the two a chance to start an actual family.
I'm happy everything worked out in the end, and it wasn't a completly tragic ending. I just wish some plotlines were handled better. Le sigh...

Idk if anyone else has noticed or mentioned this, but I love how when they kiss, their lips linger for a bit towards the end as if they don't want it to end <3
Sighhhh I'm gonna miss them so much

Maybe not love at like 7 years old, but I definitely had crushes, grew attached to people and even had a "boyfriend" lol

Uwaaa based on KJW'ig update he's in home right now.
Means day off.
Could it be they already wrap filming?
My heart
It could have been taken a lot earlier
But just because they're filming doesn't mean they never go home lol

I remember PMY standing up and/or getting far away from PSJ after their kiss scenes, but she's wiping her lipstick off KJW's lips. The contrast is stark lol

I think there was more to the kiss than what was shown in the episode, not that the bts angle was hotter. In the bts, PMY's hand went over KJW's head from one side to the other (her left hand), but in the episode, it didn't (yet).

I have a different, possibly less popular opinion on the childhood friend trope in this drama.
I don't think it's useless or unnecessary. Throughout the entire drama, we've seen Ryan and DM meet several times. Once at the Chinese auction, again at the airport when DM was in fangirl mode, and finally as director and curator at Cheum. They are fated to be together, which was exactly what Ryan was thinking when Sian was talking about how he and Ryan were fated to meet. The childhood friends trope just strengthens the red string of fate that ties them together. In WWWSK the childhood friend trope added a layer to the plot, but was otherwise useless in terms of the couple's relationship. They weren't necessarily fated; it seemed more like a coincidence that Miso began to work at Youngjoon's company. With Ryan and DM, they've met so many times as different people (kids/when Ryan was Yoonjae, as strangers at the auction, when DM was SiNaGil, and as colleagues), that it's hard to ignore their connection. It's really beautiful if you think about it. Ryan met DM when his mom lost him, and now again when he's found his mom. Both times, I'm assuming that DM (and her family) have been a safe haven for him (from the picture DM's mom had it seemed that they spent some time together after they first met before Ryan was abandoned), except, this time he won't be abandoned.

More than a bed scene, I just want to see Ryan and DM being cute together like when they were cooking in ep 12

KJW and Lee El look good together. Just like PMY and PSJ. But I agree with Koala Playground. "Some" (or what we know as Friends With Benefits) is common among celebrities in Korea. Besides I do not think KJW and PMY will be extra sweet to each other off cam and making ad lib kisses off script if they have significant others.
Agree with the bolded part
PMY and KJW have been very affectionate with each other off cam which someone who has a gf/bf would not do

Please forgive me for I am a noob in terms of Korean pop culture...but what are food trucks for? I'm getting that they're bought by friends of celebrities as support right? But who are they for? The cast and crew of the drama? For the fans of the particular celebrity?
They're for the cast and crew, I believe, sent by friends of the actors or their fans

I've been thinking. I want there to be a proposal, but considering that they've been portrayed pretty realistically as a couple, I want to see them talk about getting married first before Ryan proposes, unlike in other dramas where it comes as a total surprise to the female lead.

So when I first watched the ep, I had a feeling that PMY’s legs were on top of KJW’s lap but because of the blanket I wasn’t so sure.
After seeing this though, I am convinced. Aaaaahhhh they’re so cute T_____T
I’m seriously gonna get hardcore withdrawal symptoms once this drama ends sigh.......
I can't see Instagram where I am so can someone tell me what they're referring to??

I think so too for the two staff! -- curious how they are going to seal the deal
As for Si-an and Sindy, I'm in twos actually. A part of me thought it'd be kinda cute (esp since they have a movie together which is coming out soon) but then, how is it going to happen within these 4 episodes ?For Sindy-Sian, it might be more of a hint towards being a couple (like they're attracted to each other), rather than becoming an actual couple
Maybe they'll meet at the exhibition and then go to DM and Ryan's wedding as a couple lollll

Yess! I totally agree! I feel that as professional actors they are very clear on where to draw the line and wouldn't be so bold or insensitive to initiate this kind of skinship if they weren't sure the other party would be comfortable with it. And I believe they must have feelings for each other if not they wouldn't be so touchy feely hehe, just my opinion... Le sigh their interactions are just too sweet and genuine!
Yes! Especially when KJW kissed her and her reaction was more embarrassed than uncomfortable, saying "What are you doing?" Like they've been exposed or something lol

I think the kitchen scene... I can’t tell any more which is drama....or real... because they have such good chemi...it’s like you mentioned...she is more carefree...
after she slapped him with flour and broke out laughing hysterically... I can’t see that being planned in a k drama...
also when she said his neck was red...his response with the abashed and slightly cheeky grin seemed so real...
It feels natural and also like she is pranking him on the set....
Yea I'm pretty sure they fed us the bts for that scene lol
KJW did not expect that at all and PMY enjoyed it way too much
It's a shame they didn't show the kiss part (but since KJW trying to kiss PMY with flour on his face was shown in the bts it's not really a long shot to say that some of the kisses might have been adlibbed lol)
