1. After you click on their names, scroll down to the very bottom of the page. You'll see 'Please complete special vote 0/4.'

2. Click on that tab (or on the ^ icon on that tab)

3. You'll see 3 more tabs opening: the first one summarizes your votes, the second is the Agreement to Terms and Conditions. Make sure you click on the circle next to 'I agree....' so that it turns to red. Then the third tab is about your personal info collection, select Male / Female, age group.

4. After you finish all of that, click on the 'Please complete special vote 0/4' tab again, and...

 

WAIT 2^n seconds (keep waiting for a while, some time it even took me 1-2 mins)

 

Until a pop-up appears saying Voting is now complete. Click ok on that pop-up. If you want to check, scroll down to the Please complete special vote tab. If you see it changes to 'We have completed a vote today' then it is confirmed. 

How to vote for the Seoul Award it's they same with the tvn award??? I've already installed Seoul award apps.. I don't know how to register...thanks

I had hard time using my phone since it will not automatically translate from Korean language to English, I used desktop it will pop up automatically to translate it original text to English or any language you prefer..

Make sure to use Google Chrome so it automatically translates the page into english, or plug the site address into Google Translate.

 

1. Click on PMY's name (or PSJ's) where there's a circled check mark.

2. A pop-up will ask you to go to the sign-in page, click Login.

3. Under CJ One ID tab, select either the facebook or twitter buttons (whichever account you have).

4. A new page will open up asking you to Authorize app (at least for twitter), click on it.

5. It will then take you to a page where you will plug in your email (ignore the drop-down menu after the email text box); plug in a 7 digit phone number (it can be random).

6. Click Complete.

7. You can now vote in all categories.

Thanks, registration was already completed, I've done voting for PSJ.. It is possible I can change the language from Korean to English.. by the way I am using IOS I could only vote 52 a day??? Thanks...

I've already created multiple account but my registration was not completed since the link for verifying email doesn't work..
