I think its been great to read and watch.  I just wanted to say that both the male leads did a great job portraying their characters.  I've read some ppl's viewpoint on RY and I understand where they are coming from but in terms of character I thinks hes my fav.  Don't get me wrong, XF is hot, but RY...I guess we always root for the underdog.  That being said, I think he loved JM as much as XF but was just so insecure, his whole life he had to take 2 steps back to take 3 steps forward and you do what we know. XF was willing to give up everything for love and RY thought he had to attain everything for it.  Here's my question, did he change the dream records to show that XF was the killer? When he was first put in charge he says that it couldn't be XF, but then when JM goes to check again he suggests that KL takes care of the guard and places blame on him... ... so there are two possible reasons for that...

I just wanna say the acting was great in this show.  I especially liked Ren Yu. That being said, I agree with everyone, the book's ending is the best.  What I liked about the drama is that it fills in a lot of plot holes left by the book.  I wish they'd release an uncut version of this, it'd be nice to see what was taken out.  Oh, and I don't quite understand SH ending... I think they should've battled it out SH and JM.  That fight scene (can I even call it that), and in the end XF is the one who intervened...  weak sauce

I love reading everyone's thoughts on this.  This drama is really great.  If I could add my 2 cents about Phoenix.  I understand the whole revenge thing, but I think that as a military commander of a heavenly army for untold years, you're telling me you can't see thru Sui He?  How many ppl have the ability to make glass fire?  Who has followed your mom for years...?  I mean, is it really hard to put 2 & 2 together?   And knowing that she's behind it all, using her, the one who essentially sent you to your death and separated you from your true love as a smoke screen to punish Jin Mi just seems... anyways.  I think as far as characters go, that's the only flaw with phoenix.  I think that's what was refreshing about Ye Hua in TMOPB, he saw thru the bs.  Still loving Phoenix, just saying my thoughts. Ren Yu's character is really amazing, silent waters run deep.  Such a good drama/book.

So the editing in these two episodes...yeah, anyways, why do they focus on people no one cares about?  There's only a few episodes left. I wish they'd stop wasting time.  It's interesting the turn they are taking from the book regarding the discovery of the parents actual murderer... All I know is that Phoenix better not marry that crazy bird girl.  I hope they really spend time on the ending and epilogues in this series.  After all this pain we all need some relief.

I've gotta say, I love this show.  The actors are really great, but I have a couple of questions for those who have read the book.  Does Phoenix marry Sui He?  I read the translated version of the book, but I'm really confused as to what happens after Sui He talks to Night.  Would someone spoil it for me? I know what happens to her ultimately, but does Phoenix find out how she manipulated Jin Mi? I'm really hoping he didn't marry her...
