Hello, I have finished this drama until episode 30, I really like this drama, I watched goodbye my princess for the first and dropped it because the story is not interesting to me again and I review this drama because of Yukee Chen, and I am addicted to this drama ... I feel Yukee Chen is very suitable for the role of Zhaomin
can anyone tell me, how many episodes has this series been aired? and how many episodes aired in one day?thank you

I saw a lot of articles that state that season 2 is going to be made, but unfortunately Zanilla aka the actress playing Chu Qiao doesn't want to take up the role again. Apparently she wants to try different roles and therefore doesn't intend to come back. But netizens expressed their wishes that they want the original leads to return - they've been expressing this wish for a long time, so I think that it's kind of irresponsible from her not to finish something she already started. I mean I understand her wish to explore new things but this role had a big impact on her carrier and she could just look at it as a gift to all those who loved the story and the characters and give us closure, and not to mention that the sequel would most likely be a success and she could only gain more success so it wouldn't harm her in any way. And I remember that after the series finished back in 2017 she and Kenny Lin basically expressed regret that the story ended unfinished, so I feel disappointed that she is seeing this role kind of like something that isn't worth her time anymore. At least that's what I'm getting from all this.
P.S. Sorry guys, I just had to vent after seeing this news, and I got all of this from several articles I found through baidu so if they got some facts wrong I did too
maybe the reason zanilia didn't take that role anymore was because she was married and had just given birth, I had read that she wanted to prioritize her family rather than filming and maybe it would be rare to play drama, so I could understand she was not responsible for completing the drama for the season two, but she wants to be responsible for her family in real life ... and I'm totally agree with her view of the importance of a family, rather than abandoning the family which leads to a divorce that has been experienced by artists who are too focused on careers and abandon their families who has been nurtured.

I know that although we understand why LCY did it, there are still many people like you who don't like him.
For me, perhaps the CXX's acting makes me feel this character is more interesting and not too obnoxious.

well, CXX is a handsome actor too, i am still watching this drama because i feel thecast are beautiful and handsome..but looks like it will end tragically and sadly

SpoilerI do not know what he did for what but honestly I don't like the main male character like this, he is not too brave to do something brightly , often uses other people for his sake, the tragedy at Danchi has made me not like him very much, a betrayal feelings and relationships. and then his kind and sweet attitude like he loved XF and then behaved as if he'd rotated 180 degrees if it was about SS, honestly I was very sorry for XF, I didn't expect him to disappoint and hurt this pure girl feeling once again, XF was too kind and innocent to hurt. she is really a kind woman.-

Spoilerhow could he slap XF just because SS wanted to be punished by the empress, even after XF helped him speak to save SS, I hated SS. she is a high-jealous woman, I really don't like her character. how can LCY slap XF and accuse her of poisoning the pregnant servant's food. he was not opinionated and consistent, besides he was nice to Xiaofeng, jealous of the General Feng with Xiaofeng, but besides that he acted like crazy if something had happened to SS. honestly I don't like the character of a man who is wishy-washy like that.

well, but there is one word from Chuqiao that I am not so sure whether she loves yuwenyue. sHe said she did not blame Yanxun for killing YWY but YWY should not die at Yanbei. meaning the point is she just doesn't want YWY to die at yanbei but YX may kill YWY? I am a little confused by that statement ... I have finished this series, but I can only give this series 8/10 points, because of zanilia and shawn dou acting that is so good in this series.

I did not know about the dynasties in China and whether the qin dynasty or tang dynasty was first in ancient times, but I found many Japanese writings that resembled mandarin writing with different readings of course.

Show lots of cleveage and makeup were very different. If you google Tang Dynasty clothing and makeup then you will get your answer. Thank you for your answer, I don't know whether Japan's era influenced China, but I have heard a story in childhood when Japanese people were actually originally from China, they were a group of people sent by the king of the Qin dynasty to look for drugs that could live forever (cangshenbulao yao) and the group of people who went and did not come back again and stood up to be Japanese, this is a childhood story I have heard before, don't know if you have heard before?

I'm agree with u. I can't accept the HE for this drama too after all LCY do to XF family. Even LCY really love XF or not, because he shouln't killed and betrayed her family if he really love her. Like last i said i prefer he gentle war than must pretended closer with her family and then betrayed them and the bad wrong who killed his brother is not danchi....

does anyone aware or thinking like me that the female costumes of this series are more like Japanese or Korean costumes than traditional Chinese costumes?
especially the queen of the Li dynasty, not only costumes , even makeup on her face like ancient Japanese people.I wonder this is an ancient Chinese drama why should the female casts must wear the costumes like Japanese or Korean for this drama? -

Spoileroh yes, I want to ask the revenge against the danchi tribe because the prince (first brother) LCY was killed by danchi tribe, really? the problem is I'm quite confused by the story that GXW told that night to the XF regarding the death of his mother ... whether his mother's death was also related to the tribe of danchi, because I knew his mother was poisoned by the empress of the Li dynasty which was the mother who raised him.
Besides that, I want to ask, the first prince who was killed by the Danchi tribe is whether the culprit is xiaofeng's cousin brother? (because there is one scene at the beginning of the story, where Xiaofeng and Guxiaowu met XF's cousin brother and the person from Li's dynasty, I forgot his name ... hahaha ) and was the LI dynasty involved in the murder of the first prince?tqq

omg..so tragic for danchi tribe was killed during the marriage party xiaowu and xiao feng, I want to ask whether when married xiaowu really love xiaofeng ??? I have thought xiao wu quite cruel to marry Xiaofeng but must revenge kill Xiaofeng family too, it hurts for Xiaofeng if she knows indirectly she manipulated xiaowu in terms of feelings to enter the danchi area and avenge the death of brother Xiaowu, even though the danchi tribe killed his brother,but however, as xiaofeng, would be very painful if she knew she carrying the man she loved with her and that caused the death of her tribe.

I really agree with you, I'm the same as you, really like the xufeng character in this drama, even I think Xufeng is the best character in this drama, he is a immortal who looks arrogant in front of and in many people's hearts but actually he is a immortal the most noble, kind, loyal friends, brotherhood, devoted to parents, loving, fair and wise ... xufeng is also a strong character, even when he was betrayed and fell into the demon realm, he still rose again, and never turned bad, he still has a gentle and loving heart ... I really like the xufeng character in this drama ...
