haha hey i gotta give it to them. i seriously think status quo sucked up this competition like a sponge and learned everything they can get. they have really grown and improved for sure. plus, it's sad to see kaba modern go but there's nothing i or we can do about it. it's better to move on lol
by the way, i was just thinking. you know how freaking awesome it would be to have LIVE IN COLOR and ICONIC do this week's challenge. they were really taken for granted. but ain't all the teams coming to the finale to dance? if so, HELL YEA! lol

status quo was a little messy this week but i gotta give it to them. they have been IMPROVING every week. the first time i watched them i thought "they're gonna be out really quick". now, i can't say that because they have grown. they are the cinderella story in this show. i wish them luck on this competition.

i feel so so so so so so so sorry for status quo. they just cant win. they do a great performance still hate. they suck and thats hate X 10000000000000...even if the producers really did riggid this show like most of us believe i dont think people should take it out on these boys. they have no control over the outcome and who votes for them and ect. they dance and thats it...if people are heated about the decision then people shouldnt trash on status they should trash josh goldberg, karen schuartz and randy jackson..not these boys that have no control

Yea, I've always noticed that about SQ. I said it before, if they could tighten it up and have their flips, they would be one fo the sickest crews on the show.
Jabba hyped up the crowd really weell. Whoever did the head spin in the end was hottttttttttttttt! BTW jabba beat kaba there.

Media these days, it all comes down to business, the producer knows that the show will lose popularity if Status Quo gets booted, typically because they dont want to lose their African American viewers, while if they eliminated Kaba Modern or JabbaWockeez, in the end, they will still keep the majority fanbase watching, since it covers the Asian viewers as well. Most of the fans of Kaba Moderns are also fans of JabbaWockeez, so they knew they wont lose viewers if one of the two asian crew took a hit.
t also comes down demographically, east vs west. They want the east coast viewers to keep watching as well. In the end, truthfully, the producer knew there was no way Status Quo will be the winner of the show, so its going to be an easy ride for one of the top popular teams anyways.
Status Quo DOES have talent, but i think it would get more viewers if it was kabba vs jabba because they're both everyone's favorites. EVERYONE knows that jabbawockeez is going to smash status quo. Unless MTV gets rigged, again. i'm sure this show is going to lose viewers now, including me :|

I had no idea that kabba would even be in the bottom 2 two times, or even get eliminated because UCI are crazy kabba fans.

I'm curious, where are you getting this information from? How do u knwo the producers knew SQ wouldnt win? The public is not the only factor in the decision for the winner you know.
Sorry you can speak for me. KM is not my fave but I think they are great along with the other 2.

Well making a personal hate comment towards the group like "oh they can't dance worth richard simmons" or "they are annoying" would be wrong here because I don't know them at all. But my posts are directed more of their performance/ dancing, not them personally. There's a difference.
I'm not making it seem they are awful. I just think Jabba is way better crew than SQ. It's just that. I don't have anything personal against SQ.

Shoot, if I said that about Jabba all hell would break loose lol. But I like Jabba too and I'm fine with either one winning. After all, its not ALL about popularity.

Rumor has it that Status Quo are the planned winners. At first I thought of this as some ridiculous rumor. I refuse to believe that the country would pick SQ over JABBA. No way. Maybe when hell freezes over will I maybe consider it. Then again SQ has been in Btm2 and most weeks always messes up and still they manage to be in the FINALE? I calll foul play here.
I think you are being a bit harsh towards a group of guys you do not know (including some other ppl). Making it seem like they are awful

Even though tonight episode was spoiled for me, I knew that Mtv would never let two predominant asian crews duke it out for finale night. America isn't ready for that. I refuse to believe that Status Quo who only performs stunts, out voted Jabbawockeez. Puhlease, anybody with enough sense knows that Jabba is way more popular then Status Quo, and if you think other wise then you're an idiot who's just in denial.
Maybe its more than just being popular.

Sadly, I think Status Quo will end up wining the whole thing. I mean, why else would MTV and Lil Mama go through all that trouble to keep Status Quo on top if they didn't planned for Status Quo to win. And think about this, Lil Mama and Status Quo have a similar image and appeal to the same audience, so it's more fitting for Status Quo than for Jabba or Kaba to be Lil Mama's backup dancers. And since it's part of the deal that the winner of ABDC becomes Lil Mama's backup dancers for her upcoming tour, they have to go out of their ways to ensure that Status Quo win. Many might say that Lil Mama seems to like Jabba more and that Jabba is more talented, so shouldn't the obvious choice be Jabba? I think that this could be a possibility, however, I feel that Lil Mama would not pick Jabba because Jabba would definitely overshadow her given their huge rise in popularity. I don't think any singer would want their dancers to overshadow them or become more popular than them. Yes, this is all based on rumors and speculations, but after all the sabotages that were done to the other groups and the more I think about it, the picture just seems to fit perfectly together. I hope I'm wrong, but after the injustice that was done to Kaba, I think that they could do the same to Jabba.
I have to say that what you wrote is theory. Only thing I will comment on is the Sq havingto win to go on tour with llil mama. I dont think SQ NEEDS to win inorder to be a backup dancer for lil mama. If she really wanted them to dance for her when the show was over and they didnt win, she could get them b/c they wouldnt have a contract.

on enigma's page, they said they're gonna be back for a performance on the dance show. so in the finale.. all the groups will be back yay! i cant wait to see some of them again. i REALLY hope that KABA rumor isn't true

But I was at the ABDC website, and some dude posted that he knew one of the crew leader and was told that Status Quo is going to win the whole thing because the winner is going to be Lil Mama's back up dancers and Lil Mama wants Status Quo to be her backup dancers and even hired a choreographer for them for the Broadway episode.
I hope this is not true... but it's starting to sound like it is. Kaba truly deserves to be the top 2, and if Kaba doesn't make it I hope Jabba will win because SQ has no right to be there.

That isnt fair. I understand if you are not into SQ's style of dance but to say they dont deserve it is ridiculous. They deserve to be there also like any other crew that made it on there because its dancing number 1 and they work just as hard as any of the remaining crews. Some crews don't deliever and they end up going but SQ has been ding less stunts and more dancing, so I dont know why some are still complaining? 0_o Bottom line is, ppl just like certain styles of dances ok and prefer a certain group to move on.

No need ot be scared, its just show. I have a feeling either Jabba or kaba goes home and since they are obvious faves in here ppl are going to be sad. They still will have performances just not on the show.

prepix was using the mask before jabba? werent they?
besides mask are old..@ my momma's church that she went to when she was younger (its an african american church) they used mask and gloves during special holiday performances. that richard simmons me off when jabba stans think everyone is copying jabba...jabba had to get their inspiration from somebody
Yeah, I was just saying something similar to you. The fans are really hyped right now because they are throwing Jabba with cews that use masks too. It's actually starting to get annoying now. Jabba is a great group but dam...chill-out.

Wow I read the comments on there and Jabba fans keep saying that so and so is copying...enough already. Prepix used it for a particular routine and Expression (as far as I remember) used it for awhile. It's getting annoying now. NOT EVERYONE IS "BYTING" JABBAWOCKEEZ. Not directed at anyone here.
