I have a feeling that they are goign to LA to film something for Gummy's MV. Or maybe they are also doing something with Jeremy Scott since he tweeted about them coming.
Then ciel of SD-kingdom has reveal that a very very liable source leaked that 2NE1 along with se7en and Teddy is now in Los Angeles…yep… as in the good old USA. It is time like this that I miss home, eventhough I live on the East coast.This was indirectly validated with Jeremy Scott’s tweet on April 11th. and a picture posted on dc2ne1 last night of the girls at the airport (i didn’t posted it then since CL was not in it but it’s all make sense now)

the title sounds like it's going to be an upbeat song and it seems like their comeback will be this month since their starting to promote again (such as etude house)...i hope it's their comeback song though !

It did and koreans fans are actually furious about it. There's only two article about it though. The fact that they used "2NE1" and the same font style for their restaurant's name. I don't think there's anything wrong with it in my own personal opinion but I just want to know why THEY USED 2NE1 as their name. Netizens usually blow things out of proportion so I'm not surprised they are angry. I thought it was more of a compliment to 2NE1 more than anything. Being acknowledged enough (intentional or not) to be named after a korean restaurant. But the exact font is a no no. You know they looked that up or had some reference.

Best Dressed Seminar Fashionista: Yena Lee ‘12

Freshman year, I took this really awesome fresh sem on 20th century American consumer culture. It was hands down the best-dressed class I’ve ever been in (short of Urban Design this semester).
Not only did everyone have really unique personal style reflected in fun, eclectic pieces, but every girl in the class except for me had apparently sat through some workshop on how to make a cool up-do. The look involved twisting and braiding of hair that in the end looked interesting and elegant on them. But when I tried, I looked like Pippi Longstocking gone wild.
IN ANY CASE, the class was littered with fashionistas. One of whom has reemerged from my freshman year past only to become our best dressed of the week.
Her name is Yena Lee, she’s a sophomore philosophy major hailing from Clarksburg, Maryland. (I see you, Yale Facebook!) When it comes to fashion, Yena lives by the “brighter is better” model, giving her a fun, confident, youthful, hip look that’s perfect for Spring and a glimmering beacon of sartorial hope in the otherwise drab winter months.
I asked where she looked for (fashion) inspiration—she said 2NE1. I thought this was some e-mail code glitch, or a typo that really meant to say 2. Ne1 (as in anyone). FALSE. She was talking about these chicks who, while incredibly over-the-top, look so much cooler than I ever will.
Anyway, the point here is that style icons are great as long as you’re not emulating every single aspect of their look. Yena’s take away from 2NE1’s style is bright colors, which she wears super well with this yellow urban outfitters dress and green Naraya handbag.
My hands-down favorite part of this outfit is the shoes. These little espadrille gems are from GAP Kids.
Buying things from the kids department is a fantastic shopping trick for petite girls, though admittedly awk to do in some stores. It’s especially beneficial in a store like GAP or Old Navy, where the sizes run big . This typically won’t work for bottoms but coats, jackets, shoes, dresses and even tunics that you could turn into mini-dresses will often fit petite girls better than women’s clothes, and you’ll never have to worry about anyone other than your little cousin (and me) having the same thing.
Way to consume, Yena.

2NE1 becomes cosmetic models?2NE1 is a girl group that has always filled the stage with their charisma, but what would they look like if they become cosmetics models?
Last year, the groups successfully launched their consecutive hits, “Fire” and “I Don’t Care,” making the new group instant super stars. And now, 2NE1 would be the advocates to a new cosmetics ad.
On the 15th, SBS TV “One Night TV Entertainment” would broadcast the filming of 2NE1’s cosmetic ad. During the filming, the girls showed off a youthful and energetic charisma; a welcome sign to fans who don’t see what they are up to these days since it has been awhile since they last saw them on stage nowadays.
On the show, Sandara Park and Park Bom, who are in their late 20s, and then CL and Gong Minzy, who are still in their early years, would form teams doing the X-O game, that will reveal how they deal with stereotypes, their ideal man, and their inner thoughts about each group member.
The show would be broadcasted on April 15, at 11:05 PM.

Alexander Listens to TTFM and Kevin expresses his admiration… again!From the recent interview made by a certain magazine about the Korean boy group, Ukiss. Two of the members, Kevin and Alexander expressed their love for 2NE1, yet again.
The interview mostly focused about the group, about how they live, about their friendship. Each member were asked different questions and one of these questions showed their love for 2NE1.
When Alexander was asked what song he listened to recently, he answered “2NE1’s Follow Me”. Alexander, according to a recent interview by MYXPH, said that he listens to every new song that comes out, because he likes to be updated with KPOP. But with all the new songs that were released the same day/week as 2NE1 it’s quite nice to know he loves it too right?
Kevin on the other hand, have expressed his admiration to Sandara Park-noona for the nth time already. I do not know how many times he did, but he stated it during interviews, radio shows and variety shows and now in a magazine. He was asked,
Your ideal type? If you had to pick a celebrity?
A girl with a pretty eye-smile. I like a cute and lively girl. If I had to pick a celebrity… Sandara Park nuna?
Kevin sure should call Dara and be friends with her huh?

I don't think StarNews would release an unconfirmed report unless they had a talk with YGE. YGE already confirmed SE7EN's comeback and in that same article, they talked about the rest of the YG artists. An article doesn't have to look like it's unconfirmed just because you don't see the "A YG representative said this and that".
And about the mini album. I'm pissed off. You and I, Kiss remix, please don't go, try to copy me is basically the mini album already. Only about 3-4 new songs are probably going to be there.
IDK who released it at the time since it wasn't stated from where I read it, but there has been more than one article stating 2NE1's comeback in 3 different months (all wrong apparently). I could deal with the absence of the girls from the music scene if they were at least doing some kind of variety show. Do 2ne1tv 2 at least!
I hope YG is kind enough to let this off.
