I am watching ep.10 now.... I think I know the secret of WJ... It’s not that he has another woman or gay, but he is a cross-dresser! The lady that went to the officetel was just delivering the clothes he ordered.

There is progress in OTP relationship  all thanks to Han telling SH that YD did a bad job regarding CNR. They’re even wearing couple outfit (same color scheme)

I came here to express the same kind of theory! Maybe the woman at the elevator was actually him....and that was why he was shaking when Ms Ha talked about it. I either way, after seeing inside of his apartment I am convinced he is a cross dresser. Only thing, why would as he so upset about losing the hankerchief?

  2. Yes it was a sad ending....ideally I would ave liked it to be like goblin

    Spoiler

Where we got a time skip and the leads meet again in the next life

But maybe this is another way to show us the inevitable parting that we sometimes escape through stories with happy endings..we all have to face death one day. But the beautiful ending in this is that it doesn’t end in death. We have hope we will meet our loved ones again, whether we spent a short or long amount of time with them in this life.

that said-if hotel blue moon becomes a thing, I hope I can see a cameo from uri leads living happy life in their next lives,

  3. Spoiler

Looks like the grandpa is still alive...

What happened 15 years ago that the leads own father was fine with sending her away and being apart till now? Why is she the heir over her oppas? Why is the TOP leader went from a good judge to the corrupt evil person she is now? Who killed the leads mom? (We know YDs mom was charged with the murder but I feel like it was either Ms Han or the step mom or even her own dad that killed her mom).

I dropped a few episodes so I want to ask, how did the other two characters end up marrying each other? The feisty boss and the rich nephew, that is.

I would like to know what happened to KHs Secretary, wasn’t he madly in love with KF? He just disappeared out of thin air it seems.

but for reals, it made me sooo annoyed on the last scene between haoyi and WW when he feels entitled to the he one to turn his back first...UM EXCUSE ME, you literally put her life in jeopardy with your road rage and then almost strangled/raped her? And you really think you still have the right to be the victim and ‘deserve’ to be the one that leaves with pride or whatever? Oh please someone put this guy in a lakorn so he can get slapped in the face a million times, now that’s what he deserves.

  5. Hey guys joining this thread now that I’ve caught up!

for one I too am curious what ZY’s ‘real reason’ is for the abortion. For a minute I thought maybe it wasn’t his kid...but why would she say that when she’s such a desperado to go back with him? So maybe she says something how she had no choice to abort...it was a dangerous pregnancy or basically her health was at risk. I think she will end up with that guy at KH’s work, not his assistant who’s in love with WWs bestie but the other dude that she was talking to in front of KH when he looked annoyed as heck ( I even though maybe she and him had an affair in the past and that’s why he was so pissed).

I watched the recent episode raw, and I’m so relieved that she has finally broken up with HY (and also gotten a more spunky wardrobe change?) I just hope she also gets a bit more strength like her bestie, where she doesn’t care what other people think and is okay with being single (because I think her obsession with wanting to get married is what has also kept her staying with her no good fiancée). Then again, KH has shown over and over he wants to wife her up himself so why doesn’t she just break up with her Bf and go to him already? Like it doesn’t seem KH is gonna hit it and quit it with her (is that what she’s worried about?) he’s more successful than her boyfriend (aka no more stupid sacrifices like eating a crappy lunch) and it definitely seems like she has more chemistry with him than her fiancée. Okay, I get her rationalization that chemistry and a physical attraction can only go so far compared to her long term relationship already on the path to marriage. But comparing her to her best friend, how much do you have to be treated like crap before you would rather be alone than with this bad partner? Sometimes I wonder if some people hesitate to break up because hey associate that with failure. And she is scared if they break up than her three years went to waste and she failed at achieving her dream? Just trying to understand her character.

  6. Who is the ahjussi? MKs dad/ED step dad? JH/YR’sfather? (ED made it sound like the guy seems familiar...and JH didn’t recognize him when he delivered perfume) so who is he ?! Maybe his identity gives a clue to how and why the perfume ended up with JH.

  7. I love this.

At first, I was wondering how SED is any different from her ex husband with their obsession over the beautiful MYR face. Like, him being drawn to her was how the ex hubby felt drawn to her. But now that it’s revealed that he’s actually in love with MJH, and he recognized her at the shop (her changed looks seeming to not have affected his love for her st all except for falling in love with her suppose doppelgänger after waiting for her all these years...and still struggling to fully waver). So this goes beyond looks and he was in love with MJH all along, still even slightly since MYR is his ‘second mst important person.’

I should have seen the other twist. I was getting a feeling they were siblings, but then all the drama with HJN and the fake relationship with MS, I figured they’re just all old friends. Little did I know it would go much deeper than that.

till now I’m not sure if i should ship MS with HJN or MJH daughter. Sure it would be weird for mother and daughter to become sister in laws lol but I think MS deserves someone better than HJN (and at least she has her hubby to fall back to). When they were in the theater he gave  HJN thechance to pick him and put this all to rest.but she still chose SED.

With all my attention focused on the otp I missed why DM's mom got emotional seeing Geon Woo at EG's judo class. Did she lose a child in the past?

I think so! Maybe the pictures of two kids in a photo is her deceased sibling and their grief is part of why they had EG come into their family. There’s also when EG is confronting Ryan and tells him that ‘DM Hasn’t told you anything about her.’ I am also wondering if the loss of her sibling contributes to her fangirling for SA. Maybe he reminds her of her deceased sibling? Or distracts her from her grief?

  9. Yeah with the scenes of LJH in prison getting beaten up by cell mates trying to be some sort of comic relief, it made me disgusted cause I can’t get over how he used a bat to hit the car of the deaf pregnant couple. I’m not sure if they’re trying to make him more likable or what, but it doesn’t work for me cause I still hate his guts even if his big brother was the mastermind behind it all and he’s really just a puny coward with all bark and no bite. Doesn’t change the fact that despise him tremendously.

On a lighter note, who else ships the prosecutor with JH??? Their scenes on the other hand jus make me ship them more and more as the episodes go on

  10. Usually in revenge dramas we already know the characters plan, but what I love about this show is how unpredictable it is and that in the end even when we think the lead is corner or about to ‘lose’ he still ends up on top, which is very satisfying after seeing so many instances in revenge shows where the main character never gets justice or rarely at least. I also like how unconventional it goes, like the KSW arc and stay of execution being bait. Now my q is, do medical directors really have so much power in prisons that they are the ‘kings’ there? Also how realistic is the show in regards of the imprisoned wealthy using the stay of execution or other situations showing just how corrupt the jail system is???

I had a chance to finally re-watch the drama in one sitting... There are a few subtle moments that I think was not highlighted and it's such a shame... For example, after break up, Jung Rok decided not to bring his car and take the bus everyday after work, someone actually asked him about this, I think Se Wan... later we see him sitting in the same bus station looking at the big billboard of OYS... aside from the breakdown, I think it was a very touching reveal... now we know why he forgo driving his car and instead prefer to ride the bus and even keeps on missing each bus schedule... it was the only time he can see OYS everyday... :(

I was also curious about YS family. She met Jrs dad (that was the funniest future in law meeting ever...way to make a first impression XD) but there weren’t many friends or family Shawn on YS side. Which I’m fine with cause I take no family over seeing drama of a disapproving monster in law or something.

  12. Wow I am gonna miss this drama. I love the flow it went, nothing dragged (the stalker arc or break up) and there wasn’t any ridiculous cliches or overused tropes for a romance kdrama. Was it just me that got some legally blonde vibes when YS set up her secretary desk all pink? I also sometimes thought when watching this how you could see this as sunny and grim reincarnated getting to live out their lives like how they wanted to. KHS really did a good job going into character, most notably her voice. It took some getting used to but after getting to know her character better and everything, it just all made sense and I actually give props to KHS for getting so immersed in a role that she seems very different from the previous roles she’s done, and of course I’m gonna miss uri male lead  was it also just me that thought this the biggest grins I ever seen him have in a male lead role?
