hey guys it's been a while. i've been wanting to post but i've been having trouble logging on to soompi. Fortunately or unfortunately, i was able to log in this time.
I'm sure everyone knows by now the chaos that is currently going on in our ship. I've seen the picture myself and honestly do not see anything that would make people think that the two are dating. So what I am curious about is if there are other pictures or information that made some pretty loyal shippers abandon the ship. I refuse to believe that they dropped everything and all of a sudden like that without a good reason.
If anyone can enlighten me or us I would very much appreciate it. I've been with this couple since 2016 and I will stay with them until God knows when but I am honestly feeling so down that I can't even look at her right now. If it was just me who felt the spark between the two i would have let go a long time ago and thought i was being ridiculous for even shipping 2 actors but there are thousands of us who felt it and thought it was something special and rare. I don't even know why i'm so invested but I would really like some clarification.

just wanted to drop by and say hi to the boyoo shippers who are still out there
also to give special thanks to @boju for keeping this thread alive . it's been years and we are still supporting this couple even when they are on "hiatus". it goes to show how deeply they have touched our hearts and our lives.
i still believe that there was and there is something special between these two people. like i said before, even if they announce that they are officially with someone else and they shut down this thread, i will still insist that they belong together and circumstances just got in the way. if people who watched the drama can feel the chemistry and the spark just by watching them onscreen, i do not believe for a second that they themselves or the people who actually worked with them did not feel it. i was even more convinced that bogum was very aware of her as a woman when i watched the kiss in the garden scene bts where his ears turned super red then the nudging incident during their kbs gig on new year's. he is very attracted to her but i guess he was hesitant to make a move because of her age. she's attracted to him too but she gives off mixed signals sometimes. i just hope they got over that and did not get stuck in the friendzone.
i am also a 2 days and 1 night viewer and i believe cha tae hyun is a pretty intuitive guy. the fact that he has teased kim yoo jung with park bogum a few times says something, it's not just fan service

hello everyone, it's been a while
. i just wanted to drop by, say hi! and vent for a while.
this forum is like a personal boyoo diary for me, when i can't contain my feelings i go here lol
. i guess i was just thrown by the shin hye dating news. i didn't ship her with anyone but still it made me think what if thoughts.. what if boyoo aren't really together? what if they don't end up together? how would their shippers feel? etc. i know those are probabilities that we have to face and we as shippers can only hope for the best but i personally would be devastated if they end up with other people . in my mind i would always think that they are meant to be together but somehow life got in the way.
ill try and think more positive thoughts
, sorry for being a downer. i hope yoo jung feels better and bogum is taking care of her. if not personally taking care of her then at least checking on her, they are "friends" after all.

wow my third post for 2018. i'm surprising even myself!
can't help it, i just saw the clip in IG of bogum bumping yoo jungs shoulder and then she proceeds to adjust her neckline. if that's not a boyfriend behavior i don't know what is. my exboyfriend used to do that to me too, lol!

@docgippeum22 hi yes i actually follow bogum bowie on IG . unfortunately the fancams/vids were not up yet when i posted here and went to sleep. so happy to see a few more boyoo moments
when i woke up.
@j31717 i'm not korean either but like @boju said the use of oppa expresses an intimate/close relationship with the guy. sometimes i even hear wives refer to their husbands as oppa.
i don't know maybe i'm just not used to them being so controlled. they were openly affectionate before in the bts and the award shows they went to together. that was one of the reasons i loved (still love
) them so much. bogum in particular was too restrained (is that the right word?) that he won't even look at yoo jung but i guess it's a good sign since we know he's too honest for his own good. if he's acting like that it means he's hiding something or he's too conscious of how beautiful yoo jung was and got shy all of a sudden, kekeke!
my favorite moment was when they were looking at something or someone in the audience and started laughing, the vid posted above by @liemkopi. it was a glimpse of the old boyoo. gosh they really are growing up...i imagine this is what it feels like when you have kids and they start hiding things from you

happy new year to all! lots of people missing on this thread, probably on private chat.i hope everyone's doing well.
it was really awesome seeing our couple at the KBS drama awards last night, still so beautiful especially yoojung (she blew my mind). i felt though as if there was something missing (i was seeing a few reactions like mine on twitter too). they weren't all smiley and standing close to each other and talking to each other while the winner was giving the speech like before. i'm not sure if it's because:
a. they are already dating but they limited their interactions to dispel rumors
b. they were behaving themselves because it was a formal event and they didn't want to take the limelight off the winners
c. they matured after a year of moonlight fever and are keeping their playfulness for themselves
d. bogum was very suprised by how gorgeous yoojung was and didn't know how to react
e. they dated but broke up
i didn't want to type the last one but it's possibility. like everyone said, this ship sails itself but it's going to be a long ride given that they are both so young. pls do not doubt that i'm still on this ship and will be on this ship forever.
for now, i'm just going to relax and let nature take its course.

hi i'm back! just a bit of randomness before i go to sleep (if i can go to sleep). i just saw a post on chemistryfairycouple's instagram account, the MBDC final kissing scene with the titanic music playing posted oct 18. it was a kiss with both of their mouths open
! is it from a different angle? are my eyes deceiving me? was it on the dvd? i swear i have never seen it before in all my boyoo browsing. i was laughing too hard, same feeling i had when they announced hyeri and junyeol dating and i started singing Vindicated by Dashboard confessional just wanted to drop by here as i'm feeling a little sad that things are slowing down. people are probably busy with their PLs or have moved on. if it's the latter tell me your secret how you did it!

i wasn't able to join in the analysis before since i was too busy lurking but if you check :22 when bo gum was like nodding sideways, that's a man's subtle way of asking a girl to open her mouth for a deeper kiss. his thumb was also pressing on her cheek near her mouth which is another way of asking her to part her lips. whether he was doing it conciously or subconciously is fine with me!
anyway i remember watching their first kiss and although it was sweet and i really love it i keep asking myself the whole time Why aren't they moving? why is he kissing her face and not her mouth? doesn't he know how to kiss? so i forced myself to watch his kiss scene on reply 1988 and i literally screamed Oh man but this boy can kiss! so i guess they were just being considerate about yoo jung's age but our boy couldn't hold it in any longer on their last day of shooting.

anyway i'm trying to watch as many kdramas as i can to see if what i feel about this boyoo is a fluke. so far no other couple has beaten their chemistry on and off screen (even the sweeg couple).

Hello guys
New shipper signing in. I'm not a newbie shipper, i've actually shipped a few couples before but never couples in real life. I was a Lee Young/Raon supporter of course but I got hooked on Bogum/Yoojung couple after I stumbled upon the BTS of MDBC. Their chemistry is just too explosive to ignore. And to think I was only looking for Melting's music video!
The drama really made me realize how difficult it is to be an actor and why most of their relationships fail. You have to be the character and take on the character's feelings in order to play them so Youjung and Bogum probably was a little bit in love with each other already.
Anyway I hope they still have their bracelets with them. They're very young so I don't expect them to get together now and to be honest I don't want them to as the relationship has less chance of surviving at their age. Both of them are very charismatic and draws a lot of attention from the opposite sex but at least they are in each other's radar now. I hope the bracelets work their magic and bring them together someday.
