  1. Ok guys, how do you paste the Gifs from Imgur here? Sorry for the question.
  2. @kur4p1k4 That last hug scene always gets me. "Do you know how much I've missed you" - then he hugs her tighter. AWWWWWWWWW. That broke my heart. The Ming Sect people in this version is really mean to her - I thought in the 2003 version, they were nicer. BTW, I think I want to start putting in gifs. How do you guys insert them? Anyone has links?
  3. Guys, I was rewatching some episodes last night. I'm curious. In episode 38, when WJ and Min-Min reunited after the Snake Island fiasco and had their fight, WJ followed Min Min even when she told him not to. Where exactly were they going? Did I miss a scene? Was he intending to follow her to wherever?
  4. @kimmortal That's my thoughts exactly. I didn't like Xie Xun's character in this version. A version I saw has a better portrayal of him. He knew what was going on on the island and he was kinder to MinMin but still keep his patriotism. Didn't he carve some hints in the cave or something? In this version, he seems to be just flat out mean to her - well, everyone of them was mean to her - that's why I don't really like the Ming Cult members. I'm very protective of my MinMin.
  5. Same here - I like the 86 and 19 ones the best. There are some scenes in 86 that I wish they've included in 2019. I like them playing around on the ship - "let me bite your hands too" and "when you marry your prince consort, I'm going to interrupt the wedding too". Those are cute scenes. The 2019 version has a deeper political connections which I appreciate for more understanding of our couple's turmoil. I also like YX and FY's portrayal in the 2019 version. And of course, our Min-Min rocks!
  6. Oh seriously? there is a cut scene? Maybe we will get to see it somewhere! Yes, you are right - WJ is not into revenge killing. I was hoping that he would at least confront them... oh well..
  7. Guys, I just noticed something at the beginning of Episode 49 - when WJ led his Ming brothers to fight the Yuan soldiers in their own camp. There wasn't any shots of WJ himself fighting - there were of everyone else. I wonder if there is a deleted scene of him in the camp. I was kinda hoping that he would try to avenge MinMin's death.
  8. Can anyone suggest to me some fan fiction (Eng preferably) for WJ-MinMin-Crown Prince (or any other suitors). I watched the previous versions, and I really like that they added in the Crown Prince story to it. Anyway, I was thinking for my gifted and talented fan fic writer friends out there - you should do a fan fiction about the handkerchief. I wish I'm good in writing so I have to live my dreamworld through you guys!
  9. @jackieusa Have I ever mentioned that YOU ROCK? I must have right?? In case for some strange reason I haven't, YOU ROCK GIRLFRIEND. (ok, I just realized that I simply assume you are a she.. sorry if I got this wrong.)
  10. Ha Ha - He's just not that into you. There should be a list of all gifs showing this!! Who's doing it?
  11. Guys, I just watched the subbed Episode 36 and I'm bloody mad at ZR: "Zhaomin did it" "You need to swear to kill ZM" "Swear using ZM's name" "I'm afraid you can't kill her when you see her" That engagement is doomed from the start. If she has to do so many convincings, chances are, dude doesn't want to get hitched to you. (BTW - I got mad coz I understand what's going on, so to subbers - THANK YOU.)
  12. I wonder what WJ was doing while she was eating those? Just sat there and gaze at her?
  13. You got that right!! He's a case study in irony. He makes me laugh in one episode then, so angry in another. So frustrating lah........
  14. Just watched subbed Episode 40 - oh my goodness - WJ in this scene made me LOL real loud! WJ (to ZR) - you know, we are going to be married, so I want to be honest with you. Blah, blah, blah about being angry when I want to.... WJ - I met up with my Min-Min but if he really wants to be truthful, what he should have said is: WJ - I met up with my Min-Min. I have every intention of being angry at her - but I was so worried about her safety, so I tried to get her to leave, but she's stubborn, My Min-Min. She told me to leave, but I followed her, coz I was so angry at her... then, I gave her water, coz she had to be thirsty, then, I carried her, coz she had to be tired, then I built her a fire, coz she had to be cold, then, I gave my shoulders for her to sleep, coz she had to be sleepy.. but I was really, really angry at her... Oh, and of course, I had to keep her safe from all my Wudang uncles. He's really a case study. I should do a paper on him.
  15. Is that the episode right after the break up? Yeah, I was so furious with WJ in this episode. He was just so lovey-dovey with ZR at Wudang. URGH. And ZR was so two faced here too. That's why, I still insist that she got away too easy. She lied and lied and lied to everyone about what happened and everyone is so okie-dokie about it. Such hypocrites. One scene that stood out for me in this episode (if I got it right) is the ZM and her father scene. That is so heart wrenching. Yukee did a good job here. I look forward to seeing more of her acting in the future.
