Ahhh...I remember this drama. It's so beautiful and lures me in with gorgeous visuals, ranging from fashion to actors. But Fan Bingbing can't seem to act, and the storyline is dragged out. They nullified Wu Zetian's power and made her Snow White: a beautiful lady that is pushed around by the forces around her until she reaches a height in society. It's such a pitifully done drama. It was a long time ago, but I'm still quite mad because I was so hyped about it, too.

Not sure if anyone posted this already, but highly recommend Akatsuki no Yona. Not many people know of it, but it's an amazing shojo.
And not manga or manhwa, but if anyone's interested in dark humor, Badluck is amazing.

Honestly I'm so disappointed with the subbing for this drama. Literally every recent drama including Ruyi got engsub despite not being as popular nationwide as Yanxi. Why?? Is there anyone dedicated to subbing it? Coz I'm not seeing anything anywhere aside from that ep1 on YouTube and that's it...
