Dear @immorethant glad to hear you're ok. The coronavirus is here to stay, it'll be a long fight. Don't worry yourself unnecessarily. Practice clean habits and mask up when you're out and the rest is seriously beyond our control. Cheer up and be happy while we wait for Hyesun new works. We are all in this together everyone so please stay safe and keep your spirits up.
Meanwhile I'm so excited with this new potential drama! I hope she confirms this soon. It is like a character (crude and maybe badass) that she have not done before like what she said in the Bazaar interview. Hope a good male lead and stellar cast awaits.

Shin Hye Sun In Talks To Lead New tvN Historical Fusion Drama
Mar 17, 2020Shin Hye Sun is in talks to star in a new tvN drama!On March 17, News1 reported that Shin Hye Sun had received the offer to star as the female lead for the upcoming tvN drama “Queen Cheorin” (literal title).
Following the reports, Shin Hye Sun’s agency YNK Entertainment commented, “Shin Hye Sun has received the offer to star as the female lead Kim So Yong for ‘Queen Cheorin,’ and she is positively reviewing the offer.”
With Joseon Dynasty as the background, “Queen Cheorin” will be a bright and comedic fusion sageuk (Korean historical drama). The drama will be written by scriptwriter Park Gye Ok who wrote “Doctor Prisoner” and “Inspiring Generation,” and it will be helmed by PD (producing director) Yoon Sung Shik who directed “Hwarang” and “Tower of Babel.”
“Queen Cheorin” will be about Bong Hwan, a man living in modern times whose soul gets trapped in the body of a queen from the Joseon Dynasty. The drama will tell the story from a refreshing perspective while showcasing a new type of genre as it takes on the fight against gender stereotypes.
After making her debut through KBS’s “School 2013,” Shin Hye Sun rose to fame through her role in the KBS weekend drama “Five Enough” back in 2016. Since then, she has starred in numerous projects including SBS’s “The Legend of the Blue Sea,” tvN’s “Forest of Secrets,” KBS’s “My Golden Life,” SBS’s “30 but 17,” and KBS’s “Angel’s Last Mission: Love.” Recently, she has also been confirmed to star in the film “Innocence.”
“Queen Cheorin” is scheduled to air sometime in November.

17일 뉴스1 취재 결과, 신혜선은 tvN '철인왕후'(극본 박계옥/연출 윤성식) 여주인공 김소용 역할을 제안받고 출연을 긍정적으로 논의 중이다.
'철인왕후'는 성에 대해 엄격했던 조선시대를 배경으로 벌어지는 발칙한 섹시 코미디 퓨전사극이다. '닥터 프리즈너' '감격의 시대'를 쓴 박계옥 작가의 신작이며, '화랑' '바벨'을 찍은 윤성식 PD가 연출을 맡는다.
'철인왕후'는 현대를 살던 남자 봉환의 영혼이 조선의 궁궐, 그것도 중전의 몸 안에 갇혀 벌어지는 사건을 유쾌한 터치로 그린다. 드라마에서 쉽게 볼 수 없던 신선한 장르로 시청자들의 시선을 끌 것으로 예상된다. 단순히 수위 높은 이야기가 아닌, 성 역할의 반전이나 고정된 성 역할을 극복하는 내용도 담길 것으로 보인다.

지난 2013년 KBS '학교' 시리즈를 통해 데뷔한 신혜선은 2016년 KBS 주말드라마 '아이가 다섯'을 통해 인기를 얻었다. 이후 SBS '푸른 바다의 전설' tvN '비밀의 숲' KBS '황금빛 내 인생' SBS '서른이지만 열일곱입니다' KBS '단 하나의 사랑'에서 주연으로 활약하며 연기력과 흥행력을 갖춘 배우로 자리매김했다. 퓨전사극 장르인 이번 드라마를 통해 색다른 매력을 보여줄 것으로 예상된다.
현재 신혜선을 포함해 주연 캐스팅에 한창인 '철인왕후'는 오는 11월 tvN 편성을 목표로 준비중이다.

It's getting quiet again and Hyesun as usual goes MIA again.
Starting to miss Hyesun again
Can't help feeling bad for Hyesun that her long awaited first movie as a lead met with such untimely corona virus situation. And all the radio and tv promotions she's done... i mean no complains since we get to see her on variety shows
but the promotion effects to be honest are gone, I hope more will be done when they announce the new date. Could see she was excited about her new movie when she was on shows to promote it.... but only to be disappointed. Honestly im feeling a little sad about this.Hope the corona situation will improve soon. Stay safe everyone.

Absolutely what I'm thinking too. Her new project has supposedly been confirmed since Nov 2019 but kept a top secret till now and as much as she wants to reveal on two occasions, she's probably told not to say anything yet. It makes me think she's up to something big for her next project. And im waiting with abated breath.

Oh~my~god!
She's so adorable! So excited to see her on Running Man, used to be my favourite show. I'm actually looking forward to RM more than KB. Finally she's on a whole proper episode of RM. Next week is gonna be a great week for us Hyesun fans! Happiness. This bout of movie promotions are better than any drama promotions she have ever had. I'm not complaining! By the way her IG followers went from 694K to 711K in just one week from the start of Innocence press conference till now. 17K in just 10 days. That's impressive.

Remembered Hyesun said in Nov 2019 that she have a new project (and we were speculating it was a movie) which is to start filming in 2020? In the recent Powerfm radio interview she also said she was on a diet for her new work. Im curious why that confirmed work has not been announced till to date. Hope it is not affected by the Covid19. Im starting to get worried because it's still not announced yet, and I have the feeling that said project isn't the Queen Cheorin drama.
