Regardless of some irresponsible comments some may perpetuate, behind all that most true fans main concern is that they want him to be careful and most importantly not to get hurt and fall into another "trap" again. They don't want to see a repeat of 2013-2015, or something even worse.
With Y we had a prime example of an extremely general positive reception but also a highly deceptive one; in the end it turned out to be mostly pretense; ending up as an almost one-sided love with her claiming she didn't know his heart/she didn't know it was love nor realize how love looked like. Zero credibility.
With LDI it may (or may not) turn out to be true love, but there can't help but be questions marks.
It may already have outlasted the relationship with Y, so that's a plus and a point in their favor.

Some still can't seem to get a clear picture of YoonA when it comes to dating and love.
Once you go beyond the exterior, stop being charmed, bewitched, enchanted, entranced by her, and start looking a little bit further and digging a little bit deeper, you'll get a whole different picture.
It's easy to figure out and see with your own eyes because she does nothing to hide it and because she never speaks, but relatively new fans can easily misunderstand or overlook this or don't give it any meaning or are simply clueless.
Then there are those who deny the evidence to the bitter end and do an insane amount of damage control. The worst kind, but easy to deal with because they can't argue.
This is only from 2011 to 2014. I picked this period because there's a lot of activity.
I'm only showing those from which it can be deduced that there is some form of interest from one party, both parties, or mainly her, which could or not mean dating.
(I'm not bothering with D as he's a given; overwhelming evidence and widely known by the entirety of South Korea)

SpoilerThose are 3/4 in a relatively short period of time and ones caught on camera. In between and off camera there could have been more.
I'm obviously not including any work related projects like drama's/music video's/cf's where there's some kind of love story involved, because that's only work.
Rest assured, even in those, you can bet that she enjoys it and gets some sort of fulfillment.
As you can see, it's all very superficial and shallow for her, hence her stating: "I didn't realize how love looked like/The thing that I didn't understand that time is what love was like".
She can't stay single for long without dating somebody, vice-versa she's unable to stay with the same person for long.
As long as the feeling of being in love doesn't fade, that's all that matters. Once it does, you won't mean anything.
I'm saying this because I've seen some people questioning LSG's integrity, intentions, and actions (sad songs/looking miserable in the mv as if he hasn't moved on while he's supposedly happy with someone else) which can be confusing.
All of what has happened and is currently happening, is all because of her. Let that be clear without doubt.
LSG said he regretted not confessing his feelings in 2011 ("the regret for the past" 2015). My opinion is that he did the right thing. It would have ended even sooner and she would've jumped on someone else in few months time.
By waiting, not only could he assess the situation and YoonA better as a person (she obviously didn't mature enough, and not even until few years ago it seems) but also prepare the ground for any eventualities.
She still left him because of ridiculous reasons that don't make any sense ("I didn't know your heart/I didn't know it was love" yet she had an enlightenment as he was about to return. Miraculous! Obviously just trying to save face), but all she did was borrow some time because everything has been coming back to bite her, not only then, even now, and in the future.
Once her dating gets revealed and announced by the media, we'll see how they'll cope with it. If it was up to her, she'd never do it (Haling Camp interview), and now's even worse for her. They obviously don't want her image to be affected, but that doesn't matter because they can't stop the rumors and in such an industry everyone knows all about each other.
It's all a matter of any respectable and credible Korean news outlet coming out with the story, or just Dispatch dishing out the evidence.
Why hasn't that happened yet? Not because she's not dating (she obviously has been, every time).
It's all a matter of time.

Minus them being together, everything was correct.
It's to show that even random people who aren't particularly invested notice certain details.
They try so hard to act like nothing which makes it the more obvious with the occasional dig here and there.
She never talks and let's others or songs speak for her.
Like the comment mentioned, no one ever asks her about her ideal type ever since Channel SNSD's Episode 1, nor people close to her nor interviewers, and if they do, she'd answer vaguely or laughs it off.
LSG on the other hand, always answers clearly.
Even from that alone, it's enough to tell who's got something to hide.

I posted that to show that when it comes to Seunggi and YoonA, their dating style doesn't change, things just repeat themselves, thus it becomes easy to spot whether they're in a relationship.

They could've met earlier, LSG started golfing around that time, but the dating didn't happen until fall 2020.

For the same reason she has most likely been dating since fall 2017/beginning 2018. We chronicled it all in this thread (dainty bracelet in 2018 - watch in 2019-2020). There's a limit to how much he can keep waiting around while years pass by until she finally takes a decision.
Especially for someone who's telling him "I didn't know your heart". That's where you lose all credibility. I can't see how LSG can take her seriously after all that.
Consider that this waiting game is also something he probably had to endure the first time around.
This is all about timing and taking the opportunity when it arises.
If her dating was revealed and announced by the media every time she was effectively dating, we would've been telling a different story and having a very different conversation.
Maybe then (2016-2017) she waited, she dated, and now (fall 2020-), she has to do the waiting.
I may have severely underestimated Lee Da-in. I've seen more of her in the past few days and I can see why LSG is attracted to her.
But she still feels like a substitute.

For the reason that she's incapable of reciprocating LSG's love for her in the long term.
It's one of those: "I love you, but we can't be together", due to circumstances beyond their control or because something is stopping them, that something being themselves, because LSG thinks he's been wronged and all YoonA can do is say sorry and shed tears. A catch-22 kind of situation from which there's no way out, unless someone presses the reset button.
But here's the paradox; As a consequence they seek others or others seek them, and they've no problem whatsoever being with them, whether they truly love them or not and while they still have each other in their thoughts, and maybe even in their hearts.
The crux of everything is this: If LSG could be with YoonA, he would be with her.

He told him why forbidden love and not allowed love. You can read it as Y being the forbidden love, and Dain being the allowed love.
That is effectively how things have shaped up.
That episode's filming was on June 29th/30th 2020. He would be dating 5 months later.

Lee Da-in has removed numerous IG photos that could've been linked with him and/or that people were linking with him.
I had them saved so I know precisely which ones have been removed. Some seemed completely unrelated, like her doing ballet. It's unrealistic to think he was there with her at all times and the one taking them every time.
Among them were ones where she was sporting a certain watch on top of her sleeve.
YoonA had also been wearing one type of watch on a very frequent basis until last year. It always stuck out like a sore thumb whenever it was visible.
It's one of those dead giveaways that signals dating/relationship.
I'm starting to think Seunggi is seeing a replica of YoonA in her. Certain mannerisms of Lee Da-in can be seen in YoonA and vice-versa.

We mentioned Shin Sung-Rok a few times in this thread, and I think Seunggi has acquired a great and valuable ally in him.
I don't know if he had anything to do with this, but as @ulfadeasy noted, he's been liking Lee Da-in's Instagram pictures since November 2020 through April 2021, meaning he was definitely aware.

We can safely say that Seunggi is consistent with dating in the fall. Autumn is where it starts, proceeding into Winter and Spring.
That's where all the mentions of seasons in their lyrics come in.

It's better to just sit tight and relax, we've been in it for the long ride and at last, something concrete is happening, not what was expected, but LSG took a big stance.
I don't believe the people they've been dating will be their end game, but they can prove me wrong any time.
I always thought LSG and YoonA would be the type to seriously date maximum 2-3 people at best (note seriously date, as in serious and meaningful relationships), and then settle down when they're ready and 100% sure of the person beside them.
In the end they're free to live their lives how they see fit.
I only take issue when obvious lies are being told with a straight face and things are being covered up shamelessly.

lol people being their utmost and brutal honest self is always refreshing instead of trying to be polite and morally correct at all costs, even if results harsh.
Keep in mind that YoonA is also dating. She just has SM who's been shielding her for the past decade, except that one time with LSG because they couldn't do anything there, and because she's too scared to come out and say it.
What I never understood is how no media outlet ever writes anything about her despite all the rumors and evidence.
SM couldn't have bought them all off, and Dispatch definitely know and they've been holding it off.
Until either of them get married to someone else, there's always a chance.
If there wasn't a chance, I don't think LSG would've bothered with the making of "I'll do well/I will".

A planned thing? And all the people close to him are in on it? What would he be gaining out of it? Trying to get a reaction out of YoonA like we've been seeing since 2017?
Well, the relationship with YoonA was also a farce so I wouldn't be surprised if this turned out to be one as well.
LSG seems the type to let his girlfriend do whatever she wants, even if that means flirting with other guys and vice-versa, which is why some people think he's naive and gullible in that aspect. Some people have killed for less when it concerns their woman, and he just let things be and ends up getting hurt. I guess he just likes being sad and miserable.
In the end he'd just tell you they weren't meant to be, and he'd be right. But then you have to ask yourself why you keep choosing these type of women.
