he did died. 4th/the king  place him under house arrest and 13th came by and gave him poison and handed him the letter the same way as the kdrama did and he said RX wanted it. So poison is the easy way out then living under house arrest 

 

But to me its karma, he poison CP and probably King Yo so now its his turn to be poison

Lol not trying to be mean but did the writers just pulled a OUAT (Once Upon A Time) quote there Prince Charming and Snow White always says "I will find you, I will always find you" 

So if they did, then we have hope that in present day they will find each other. cause in OUAT, they always find each other no matter how far they are and where they are. 

But I'm hoping that what HS told WS at the end that she will love him. So I want her to fight for him this time not the other way around. and I'm pretty sure 8th prince will be involve somehow like him falling for her while she's chasing after 4th this time

What I also want to add in is that maybe Jimong feels guilty for breaking WS-HS up cause he knows how history has to go and HS was never meant to be queen. He let the love blossom between WS and HS cause Jimong knows that in order for WS to be king, he needed somebody to encourage him and tell him its okay to be one. He practically use HS so she can be a king maker and help WS become king as he's suppose to be in history but then she's not suppose to be the queen since its YH. So I feel that Jimong understood that HS even though she didn't belong to the Goryeo era and her love story with WS was destroyed that in this life he wants to make sure they are together. I believe that he feels guilty for causing the couple to drift apart just to make sure history is in tact but now since they are in present time, they are the one writing history and there is no need for any restrictions cause its modern day. 

So Jimong want to make sure Ha Jin understand that what she experience is all real. She did time travel, she was involve in all their lives. Cause if you noticed when she was advertising the products he told her what was in it and he knew it would trigger her memories so he wanted her to know that it was never a dream. There is somebody out there waiting for you and you need to find him

The writers from part 1 wasn't the writers for season 2 so it was a disaster and when they chose to do it half of the casts were busy doing their own activities and so half weren't available to film. So if they are going to do a modern day season 2, I hope since there is no limitation and no history tied in, it will be much better and they can have the freedom of doing many things with many plots. But my plead is make sure at least 95% of the casts in the Goryeo era is free to film the modern day! that is all i wish for

Scarlet Heart sequel is not written by the writer but rather to flog the franchise and original reputation.

Original ending of the novel is Ruoxi never returned to her timeline but rather ends with her demise.

 

 

I remember Palace (and I did watch it) but I remember the negativity that surround the drama cause it was in production the same time as BBJX but BBJX was taking longer due to the writing etc but it was following close to the novel whereas Palace was more of a spin off of the directors own mind. and he changed everything were the main heroine fell for 8th prince instead of 4th and ended with him

To me I rather them continuing season 2 in modern day instead of WS time traveling cause it will probably screw things up. I rather she go find WS cause this time she's the one that should be fighting for his love cause in Goryeo it was him now its her turn.

What I believe Jimong presence is that Ha Jin thought everything was a dream a near death experience so she didn't believe it was not true and that it was something her mind was creating. When modern day Jimong appear, he kept staring at her and making sure that she understand that what she experience ins Goryeo was real not fake. He wants her to realize that it was not a dream and that there is somebody out there waiting for her. I believe Jimong wants Ha Jin to go search for present day WS so they can continue their story. He knows that their story didn't end jus like that and so their love story will continue in the next life even when she said she wants to forget them all, in the end, like Jimong said "life is full of circle" so in the end Ha Jin/Hae Soo will be involve in the princes life no matter what and probably every life time she meets a WS but was never met to be but probably in modern day its really meant to be.

I'm thinking the writers are like "maybe we got low rating cause we are basing off from a popular drama in china and we are trying to stick to history. Maybe if we do season 2 in modern time we can break away from the china version and have our own plot and now we can freestyle without worrying about messing with history and have our own modern version story" cause to me now since they don't have boundary or any limitation in modern day they can do whatever they want jus make sure all the casts are on board cause in the cversion about 3-4 casts were in the modern and everybody else was new and it was to me disastrous

the girl is WS and HS daughter apparently from the looks of it and she asked Jung to protect her and not let her stay in the palace meaning not to let WS know he has a daughter or else she will be in the palace and get drag into politics. So WS finally realize it and lifted Jung sentence so he can come in the palace and bring the girl for him to care since he lost HS she's the closest he has.

 

So in this version instead of 13th having a daughter its WS and HS

Lol I want to wish miracles can happen but from the trailer and if they are following close to the cversion ending. WS will break down after receiving the news of HS death and when he arrived she's already cremated. I gave up hoping for a happy ending in goryeo maybe there will be a happy ending in modern day instead. that's what I hope for. Maybe its a dream or a flashback when WS is dying like his father seeing Lady Oh before he dies and calls out her name, WS will see HS and those happy moments before he dies and calls out her name and YH will be all pissed saying she stuck with him and all he ever love was HS

I have a feeling that its either 1) its a dream that HS saw before she died since WS didn't come to her before her dying breath or 2) that when she was dying it was a flashback to the happy moments she had with WS or 3) after reading that HS died and WS broke down, he started to remember his moments with HS (like the cversion did)

No there wasnt I think they didn't show it cause they don't want to leak any spoilers for tomorrow. So we are unsure if they are going to go down the same route as the cversion of BBJX or would they surprise us with a new ending different from the cversion/novel

The snake siblings action really confuse me. Why WW will suddenly tell WS about their past romance? It's not going to help him in his plea for life. The reason why WW told WS about the past romance cause Jung brought in the decree written by King Yo and if WS does not honor what was written on it, means he's going against it and they will question if he's really King Yo heir and choice as king. and did King Yo really declare him as the next king. YH freaked out when WS said he would not give up on HS even if it means dethroning him. So in order for WS to give up on HS, YH thought maybe if he knew about WW-HS then it will severe their ties and he would let her go so her future heir will still be crown prince. She didn't care about her brother, if revealing his relationship with HS that would mean pissing off WS even more and he could die at that spot so his life was at risk when he enter to tell WS about his relationship with HS.

So overall his intention was more to wound WS pride that "hey she chose me first and loved me before you so in your face sucker. Oh btw we had many secret meetings and i gave her a bracelet compare to a hairpin that might be recycle from the one you wanted to give to your mom. Also I told her lets get engage and she said yes while you proposed so many times and got shot down so many times so ha! I win!"

I feel like that Queen Hwangbo might be the one that tells WS about YH evil deed on the poisoning incident so the king will distrust her from now on but I really hope the writers give those two snake Won and YH the karma they deserve or else I will just wish I hanged myself the same time when Lady Oh got hanged

To me I think HS is mad at WS for the way CR was killed. It would have been easier if she jus got hang or get her head cut off but been beaten to death like a dog in front of many people is a slow painful death. I feel like HS understood why CR has to die but the way she died she couldn't accept. But it seems the writers were having a hard time trying to convey that in the story plot either that they just got lazy and decided to write it like: HS is still mad at WS for killing her "so called sister" and will hold that against him cause she needs a reason to make him believe she really wants to leave. I know I shouldn't defend HS and her stupidity and naive self but there got to be a reason why even when she knows what CR did was wrong. I feel like its jus executed poorly or how her character is written 

in the cversion, RX know the reason why YT had to die but she couldn't accept the way she died was too cruel. So maybe HS was mad at WS for that but the writers seems lost on how to convey that in the plot. Also when Jung entered in the palace with the decree man there was no tension built up lol it was like o.O.... 

But overall I feel like the whole thing was jus written in a rush since they got a limit of 20 episodes so they cram everything in the last two and the editing seems choppy. Let's just hope the last episode is better than 19 lol

Maybe its me but the goodbye between HS and Wook was bland and blehhhh. I didn't even shed a tear at all where as the cversion I was tearing up when RX was saying goodbye to 8th it was much more touching. He did it to help her knowing his life is at risk while in this one you don't know if he's doing it because of YH or for HS. and wook brought up the fact between him and HS and the argument WS had with HS its not that surprising i mean its like plastered everywhere she and Wook had a thing but in the cversion it wasn't that obvious and probably only 9th, 13th and 14th knew about the relationship but in this its like smacking in everybody face like "hey I'm dating Wook and we are like an item" its not a shocking thing . (I'm sorry to compare to the cversion but I had to cause its executed so poorly) 

And the mom my goodness I don't get what the writers are smoking when they wrote the last two episodes. I mean like she agree to throw her son under the bus to help the daughter become queen and when Wook is frame for treason she plead for his life? I mean lady pick a side!!! she picked YH and knew that Wook life will be in danger so why go pleading now. Should have helped Wook and now her only son will die because she choose to help YH

I'm like .... and then  and then  . I totally feel they slap everything together the last moment cause the writing its choppy, the scenes are not well executed and it seems unreasonable. I mean we don't get to see YH getting punished for the poisoning tea and Won for getting what he deserve really writers

To me I believe they promise WS they will not leave but they are leaving now because he's not the same WS anymore. He says he is but he's not really. He's doing what a king suppose to do they get it but too many deaths involving their close ones and love one to the point its suffocating them and they don't want to stay and be angry at him. They want to leave as i say the palace will consume them till they die and both BA and HS knows if they stay they will be confined in the palace like a bird in a cage. They are worry even though WS one day says he won't kill them but they are his weakness. Its true its selfish of them to leave him but they are doing it for their sanity and for his sake. If they stay any longer they go crazy. They themselves don't know how to play the politics game and will lose and YH will harm them so why not leave now right?

The dead bird/treason accusation, was it before or after the relationship revelation? If it was after the revelation, then it will be another chance for HS to once again misunderstand the whole thing thinking that WS is doing this to get back at her and WW, not knowing of his crimes.

If he does get sentenced, he can always use the other poisoning incident as a bargaining chip to either lessen his sentence or get back at YH.

 

Or maybe the one to reveal WW and WS past relationship is YH she does know how her brother cared for HS before this whole thing she could have told WS all about it in order for him to trust her and believe she's on his side and also to get rid of HS. Kill two birds with one stone. YH knows her mother is siding with her and throwing the brother under the bus, so why not get rid of him since he's the only one that knows she was behind the poison incident. One less people to worry about.

As for HS, I know many of you think its selfish of her to leave WS like that, but think about this, she wants to leave before the palace consume her and with her life span shorten she wanted to just live her days out peacefully with no worries of knowing WS will kill another brother soon. She wants to be able to leave keeping the memories of WS before he turn into the king he will become later. She rather leave now and hold on to those times than live the rest of her life in a cold bloody place. Even if its with another man that she doesn't have feelings for she would take the chance and leave than stay. like many of the others that died, all they wanted was to survive and HS has a way to survive which is to leave the palace.

The palace is consuming her alive, every day she has to worry who might offend WS and than get sentence to death. HS knows WS has to be who he is to survive sitting on the throne but she cannot throw away who she is and like her nature she is trying to maintain WS humanity even if its one ounce of it. We know she loves and cares for WS but she knows for him to survive is to be ruthless to the ones that still tries to go after him. They question his authority, his status, still go after him even if it means to come in between him and HS. So what else can he do beside show them who really is in control

I believe HS knows why WS has to do what he has to do but she also knows that the palace is becoming her cage and she the bird she is becoming tired and restless. HS wants to be free and live out her days before it all ends and she doesn't want to end it in the palace where its cold and bloody. Its unfair for WS since he's going to be left with only BA by his side but what can she do knowing if she stays, they would argue nonstop and fight over things that is beyond their control. She doesn't agree to his methods of handling things like CR burrito/taco/eggroll situation (i don't even know which one to use since people is using all three lol). Even if she's a spy that girl was one of the people that took care of her when she first woke up to HS she will be a little sister to her. WS was trying to save her the pain by sending CR away but it was HS that ask for her to stay, so HS probably feels responsible for CR death. HS rather take the risk of leaving before seeing the WS she knows turn fully into the ruthless person he will become. She wants to keep the memories of the happy moments and hold on to it till the day she die.

And i'm pretty sure since they are gonna go the cversion route

I'm thinking that WS will turn fully into Gwangjong after HS leaves and probably BA will also leave if something were to happen to WH and we probably figure that since they are romeo and juliet it will happen and BA will be distraught since he lost Lady Hae (first love) already and next will be HS (as a sister and a friend) and soon WH the love of his life. Man this guy has no luck with women does he? 

WS will finally be alone on the throne the love of his life gone, his brother in arm and the one that stood by him no matter what left him and so in order to defend himself he turn into Gwangjong that everybody knows

Obviously, the Hae family was very powerful. Powerful enough for King Taejo to consider marriage...Why couldn't So release Soo, have the Hae clan claim her as a part of the family again, then just marry her?  Her scar didn't seem like an issue...only her family connections? (Am I right?) I'm sure the Hae's would be more than happy to oblige.

I remember the Hae's were working with Khitan, but were they ever charged with treason? Is her family still in good standing? I need answers!

 

What I think is that King Taejo rejected her after the scar appeared so their name is ruin and then Hae was brought in to be court lady and later demoted to be a laundry maid which is not good for the clan so their name is ruin.

I have a feeling that HS life just shorten even more when she saw CR burrito and her fights with WS causing more stress on her heart. and next episode with him asking her about her and Wook that will make her state go into depression and when she leaves, probably her life is shorten from 10 to 5 years

For me HS leaving the palace isn't because she's mad at WS or blames him for anything, she wants to leave because she had enough of the place. CR whom she trust and believe in turn out to be a spy and cause many people death especially ones she's close too and she sees herself as a naive person who believe anything anybody tells her. The WS she knew and care for before becoming a king was turning into ruthless as history depict him as and she's afraid if she stays, she has to witness more killing and more brothers dying and she doesn't want that. So her choice of leaving is the only option for her to live out her days peacefully, even if she doesn't love Jung at all, he was her only ticket out and she want to take that risk to leave. She's dying and she knows that, she wants to live her peaceful days in a quiet place like in cversion.

even when she's with 14th, she would spend her days writing that poem 4th gave her over and over. and from that we know she still cares for 4th even with 14th broke down a few times saying how much he cares for her but she doesn't give him one ounce of love just all for 4th 

 

its cruel toward WS and HS love but its turning into unhealthy and to many of you its selfish of her to do that but she only have a few years to live she wants it away from politics, blood, wars and feud among brothers and the man she loves change in order to be a king isn't the same anymore. 

What I don't get is that WS knew when he was going at HS she was in love with another person, the reason he's that angry is it because it was Wook? or was it because she hide it from him that they promise each other they were going to get marry and she didn't mention it to WS when they started? The writers seem to cram everything together the last minute.
