That cafe scene with BD confronting the cheats was extremely satisfying. NGL, I may have re-watched it a few times.
I almost almost fell for CWs act, chasing and caring for BD. I thought maybe just maybe bd could forgive him just this once... ugh im too soft but nah after this episode, i rather they divorce. He has no balls, just a flimsy weakling. I hope actually EK and hm get together officially, ought to teach his mum a lesson too.
Really thought EK lost it when she pretended to be BD. She never really liked CW did she, all she coveted was what bd had.
no idea where this drama is heading...
I wonder if bd will forgive her for the jewellery incident or was it her pulling bds hair because of it?

Pretty surprised to see some of the opinions on here.
I stand firmly with Bada.
Her only "mistakes"- because you know apparently you have to be a perfect wife for your husband not to cheat on you - were:
1. Working too damned hard so she stands on her own two feet to provide not only for her mother but her family too despite her MILs constant insults. Clearing her fathers debt instead of doing I don't know what telling her in laws about it because oh they love her already so much? OF COURSE SHE HAS TO WORK, OF COURSE SHE HAS TO PROTECT HER PRIDE AND HER FAMILIES PRIDE BY NOT RELYING ON HER IN LAWS AND HUSBAND. Yes, sure she should have tried to be there for her daughter a little more but what do you want her to do? she has so many responsibilities!
2. When did Bada cheat on her husband? EK strategically trying to push Bada and her friend together intentionally? The husband couldn't handle a strong working woman that's all. Bada literally lost her father, is sinking with debt, her bestie sabotaged her business, has a sick mother, her father was cheater. She has suffered it all!
3. EK being a pushover and having low self esteem is in HER not BADA! Bada treated her like a bestie, relied on her, thought of her as her sister. Sorry she had her own drama going on to be constantly babying EK too. Bada did not take advantage her, there was no malicious intent involved. Bada not setting EK up with the sleaze ball was a good thing because well he is a sleaze ball. Everything else appears to be misunderstandings.
LOVED BADA IN THIS EPISODE! So glad it wasn't one of those where the woman is completely broken to the point that she just curls up in bed and cries.

I still don't think DHS has any trust issues especially to the point that he puts a knife to his wifes' neck..
1. While threatening his wife he disconnected the video..what for? This to me seems like some sort of plan he cooped up either alone or with someone.
and this is either to make it look like she has been kidnapped so that BHS also believes it and leaves them alone or DHS is scared for his family and this was the only way to keep her out of it/safe.
2. He probs disconnected the video and then explained to his wife what happened or she is in on it already prior to the "attack".
From the beginning I wasn't convinced DMS is a SK and I still don't think he is.
3. One other thing about BHS and DMS. They were probs teacher-pupil but maybe BHS got out of control, killed his wife, threatened DHS life.
Why is BHS specifically targeting DHS? Maybe DMS loved his son more than BHS and BHS couldn't accept this fact so killed his wife and then him and now specifically targeting DHS. Like @thingskateknows I agree completely. Maybe DMS was looking for his wife through the human trafficking source.
4. Hae soo might be the dead one in the end...or else she would need to do time for the murder and dying would be cancel that out.

Okay cmon there is noway BHS was "FORCED" to do anything by do minseok because he was scared. Why then would he cry at the funeral? Why would he talk so threateningly to the ahjumma over the phone. He is probs just trying to fool his parents so they protect him.
Having a strong feeling that perhaps Do minseok isn't a SK just because thus far we have seen no scene proving it and like some people have said maybe there is more to it and it somehow perhaps relates to DHS mum.
and lastly, I just dont understand why BHS is soooooo scared to loose his identity? I dont get it? why is he scared of DHS?
Someone is in imminent danger of dying...

Something I've been thinking more and more about...
I suspect beak man wo i. e. the father may have killed Do min seok after finding out what he and his son have been upto... And made it look like suicide.
I still think its real BaekHS:
1. He cried weirdly at the funeral. Can't see Baek Man wo crying like that but it's similar to Baek Hs.
2. Gangster said they used to always be together. Perhaps he found solace in Do min seok as a father figure.
3. Baek man wo said to Baek HS when he woke up from the coma, you can have a normal life etc. Like he knew what his son was upto and wanted his son to get back to the normal life and forget the past. Perhaps the mother knew too and accidently hurt him in order to stop him.
4. The mother acted impulsively when the little one showed signs of a genius and was against it.
5. An accomplice doesn't have to do the killing so saving DHS from the car accident doesn't mean anything. He could just be the delivery man of material.
Or if he is the real killer, he gets thril from killing women so a car accident doesn't tickle his fancy.
6. And lastly, the accomplice called the witness ahjumma so he was clearly younger, no?

I think the accomplice is Baek Hee Sung
1. Preview showed him biting his nails.
2. Gangster said, he hadn't seen him for a while.
3. His father found out, and is probably trying to protect him and his father is capable of killing as was shown with the taxi driver.
4. No serial killings while he was in coma.*If Do min Seok was the killer and died surely his accomplice would have continued.
***The only doubt I have about this is his age...I would have thought the accomplice would be Do Min Seoks age.
Also, I am having serious doubts about whether Do Min Seok was even a serial killer or was he framed to cover the organ/human trafficking. Why would he commit suicide?
P.S. After Reply and Cheese in the trap no drama made me get back on this forum and comment. Haha :-)

I AM PRETTY SURE EVEN BORAS WEDDING THAT WAS HELD AT THE AIR FORCE CLUB WAS PROBABLY ORIGINALLY BOOKED FOR JH BUT BECAUSE THEY HAD TO CHANGE EVERYTHING AND THE HALL WAS ALREADY BOOKED, SW AND BORA GOT THE WEDDING!
I AM SORRY FOR THE CAPILATSL BUT I AM SO ANGRY THAT I LET THIS AFFECT ME SO MUCH, THAT I CANT STOP CRYING FROM THAT 5 SEC CLIP. I NEED MY CLOSURE BECAUSE I NEED TO MOVE ON.

3. [+1,394, -143] It's so obvious that they changed the plot because of the spoilers that were released. Isn't that why they're taking legal action for the spoilers? They had it all set up to where they were going to reunite as the pilot and stewardess but the spoiler was released so they had to change everything last minute and the plot was screwed up as a result.
You know why episode 18 was made so beautifully? I sincerely believe that was part of the original script, with completion of the Forrest Gump arc when DS runs to JH in reply to him running to her. Them matching as pilot and stewardess was supposed to mean something. Episode 18 was supposed to mean something. I sincerely believe even the "joke" confession was supposed to mean something. They just added in more TK based parts to these episodes and then proceeded to richard simmons up the ending with the script change. it's not hard to add in the other side, but it's impossible to clean up all the mess you've created the loose ends from what really should have happened.
SO WHAT??? SO WHAT IF THERE WERE BLOODY SPOILERS.? YOU CANT JUST CHANGE EVERYTHING LIKE THAT AND SCAR THE WORLD!!! THEY NEED TO RE DO THE DAMN DRAMA I DONT CARE!!!! THIS WAS MEANT TO BE A GREAT DRAMA. A DRAMA I WOULD CHERISH FOR LIFE!!! RE DO EPISODE 19 and 20 AS WAS ORIGINALLY PLANNED!!!! I DONT CARE HOW JUST richard simmons DO IT!!!

Some of you may remember in the chat earlier I said I didn't shed a single tear the last two days because I didn't watch the last two eps.
You know how they say "curiosity killed the cat"? Well...
I thought, hmmmm I miss JH lets watch a clip of him from ep 20. I chose the clip with him and SW. Didn't understand a word they were saying BUT AS SOON AS I SAW JH go to SW and SOOTHE SWs pain, THE WATERWORKS AUTOMATICALLY STARTED.
AS I WRITE THIS I AM STILL CRYING CONVULSIVELY... And I cannot stop crying!!!?I know it's just a drama but why does it hurt so bad???? that boy deserved happiness...even just a little bit.
The writers were too cruel, just too cruel and anyone who cannot sympathise withJH and still want to mock his character would need to go check themselves out because you guys have no heart!!!
That kind beloved creature was left behind, no one absolutely no one to hear him out, no one to share his feelings with, no one knew the pain he went through, no one knew how noble he really was, except us.
Hats off to JH and RJY for portraying this character so well!!

My hopeful heart says, JH will have a plane crash, be on the verge of dying.
DS will hear the news and be distraught. Tk will notice. TK then confesses that JH liked her since their childhood. DS will realise her own feelings towards JH.
JH will miraculously survive.
DS and JH get married and have loads of babies!!!!!!!

Seriously guys this is just ridiculous and I haven't even watched the ep yet (thank goodness!!!)
I was all set to include this drama in my top 5 drama list but guess what? NOWAY!!! (Unless by some miracle they make JH the husband)
Also, people on Twitter are saying that two endings were shot...anyone got any juice on that?
Also, anyone who will continue watching this drama can you plz plzzzzzz message me if JH is the husband plzzzz. if TK is the husband don't bother...I will get the hint. Ep 18 was the end for me.

It really feels like I am talking to a wall in the main thread so I won’t bother myself again. If people want to intentionally keep their minds closed then there is no helping them.
I wasn’t even bashing Taek or even justifying why JH should be the husband. All I asked was for a bit of understanding that love comes in different shapes and forms and that everyone is different.
They conveniently ignore the stuff that JH did do, like shielding her in the bus, running to her in Mcdonalds, asking her to go the movies etc.
They said JH burdened her with the confession and that he should have been more like SW. LOL but SW burdened Bora too and Bora expressed it herself- Bora had a bf yet he decided to ‘’selfishly confess’’ then going by their logic.
Taeks Dad never once said I love you to his own son, why? (Until recently, right?) Because he expresses love through actions but they again conveniently ignore that.
If they prefer a monotonous relationship, I respect that. Fine, that’s your choice. Maybe what is boring for me is actually fun for someone else.
But I prefer a sarcastic, fun and enjoyable relationship where from time to time we bicker and pull each other’s legs and that’s my personal preference.
In Taeks dads own words, Taek is the type to show love by being needy. If that’s the type of relationship is what you prefer then fine. I for one wouldn’t be able to stand that!!! But I respect the fact that there are people who actually prefer this, prime example Cheetah Omma.
They said they shouldn’t be with someone who calls them ugly. Yet adult DS and husband bickered and he implied she was ugly indirectly through his comment on ‘’should I pass you a mirror?’’ but ofcourse he didn’t mean it. We all know that!
Bora and her Dad, both do not say in words what they feel but we can all see they love each other.
Same applies to all other characters in the drama. They all express love differently. If we deliberately choose to see what we want to see then there is really no point of any discussion.
Wow this is tiring. HATS OFF to everyone who write long posts. It is time consuming and draining.

I love this drama. In fact, it's one of the best I've seen so far. But I won't be able to go any further than ep 16 if JH heart is broken.
JH IS THE HUSBAND THOUGH so I'm sure we will be able to enjoy the entire drama.
The only time I had a second lead syndrome was in You're Beautiful. Before RYJ, Yong hwa had my heart for like forever.

I'm still not mad at him. EP 18 of it was so nice. It was special to Junghwan's story. His confession was the last wish if you find happy.. But still it was a very special scene for me. We have seen in the story of his character is not all simple. Of course in his love.. Just like a Forrest Gump movie, I can watch over and over in this episode.

I think it is easy to say from an outsiders perspective that he should have said she is pretty, etc etc. But his personality is such that it is difficult. There are loads of people in this world who are like that. Not everyone is open and expressive. Not everyone is able to say "you look pretty or I love you" out loud easily even though they may think that but keep it to themselves Due to shyness and embarrassment. In JH case it's DS, the girl he always bickered with...it would be weird so I totally understand why words don't come easily to him. But he is SO SO BRAVE, he confessed to her in front of his friends!!! He could have easily told her in private couldn't he?
I myself find it difficult to exress myself sometimes. I found myself hating Bora initially then realised I am actually exactly like her! I love my parents and my siblings but I am embarrassed to say it out loud. I think about it but I don't say it. Unfortuanetely, my family doesn't always get me (they think I'm a snob @_@) I try to show love subtly but they don't get it. I find it embarrassing to be all lovey Dovey (the irony ..I enjoy it on telly*goat sound?) I usually find myself disrespecting my parents or shouting at my little brothers or getting irritated over little things. I am like DS too. When I reach saturation point I burst out all my feelings in one go. Oh this is like JH too >_< but the point is JH is not Taek or vice versa. Both are different in their own way and we have seen that in the way they interact with people around them. JH may give out the "I don't give a crap" attitude but if you notice he is very attentive and loving (I love how he wrote on Cheetah ommas passport!!). He didn't tell her what he did ...he just did it because he was shy!
That person who wrote that about him on YT just doesn't have an open mind. she/he probably thinks "if it's easy for me to say I love you to the people that matter then everyone should be able to say it" BUT NO, THATS WRONG. EVERYONE HAS DIFFERENT PERSONALITY TRAITS and we need to accommodate that fact.
JH is a brilliant character. He is HOT and SELFLESS.

After DS and JH have the t-shirt misunderstanding, DS/TK had more scenes and JH is just hanging out studying or whatever. JH makes a come back and I expect TK to make on last come back before we find out what's DS's mind.

I asked all of these questions because I happened to read an interview on Chilbongie (don't know his real name sorry) regarding 1988. He said that he identified with Taek a lot and that he wants Taek to fulfill what Chilbongie couldn't.
Even if the writers do decide to give Chilbongie/Taek a happy ending in 1988, for me it just doesn't make sense. I mean if that was their intention they should have atleast tried to slightly balance out the screen time between JH and TK. I know it is now up to DS to pick so that's what makes me unsure whether they will use that card to justify Taek as hubby.
Ah well. We shall see.
