You can reduce wrinkles by doing the following combination:

  • Drink plenty of water - Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins.
  • Get plenty of sleep - A good night's sleep can be good for your skin. 
  • A good quality face cream - It doesn’t have to be expensive. I use 'Boots No7 Lift & Luminate Night'.

my skin care tips. this is just for people who has the same type with my skin. I have normal-dry skin type and I live in a place with a very bright sun light everyday and very hot temperatures (almost 40 celcius degrees) so my tips are:

 

1. face cream. this is a must. I use SK II. sometimes I use RNA power sometimes I use derm brightener cream. 

2. handbody. I use johnson's baby product after take shower at evening. for day I use body shop rose british handbody. 

3. eye cream. if you are 30s this is a must. 

4. lip mask 3 times a week. laneige. 

5. face mask. laneige water sleeping mask

6. eye mask. laneige water eye mask

7. once a weak use body scrub for exfoliate dead skin cells. I use local product based from traditional ingredients from Mustika ratu. honey and milk body scrub. 

and this is a must. take a good enough sleep every night. avoid sun light. drink a lot of water. eat much fruits everyday. tomato juice is very good for your skin.
