You can reduce wrinkles by doing the following combination:

  • Drink plenty of water - Drinking at least 8 glasses a day will help rid the body and skin of toxins.
  • Get plenty of sleep - A good night's sleep can be good for your skin.
  • A good quality face cream - It doesn’t have to be expensive. I use 'Boots No7 Lift & Luminate Night'.
  • Good nutritional diet - Fatty fish, Avocados, Walnuts, Sunflower seeds, Sweet potato, Red or Yellow Peppers, Broccoli, Tomatoes, Soy, Dark Chocolate, Green Tea ......
  • Regular facial exercises - Also known as 'face lift without surgery' Read more here. Facial exercises help banish fine lines, sagging and wrinkles. It's reported that Meghan Markle is a huge fan.
