  1. @lynne22 I did! I went and saw it Tuesday night. It was pretty good as far as back stories go. And of course they were showing the trailers for Endgame and Spiderman: Far From Home right before the movie to get everyone even more hyped up. +2

    @kokodus What can I say? I'm a versatile thinker. =p
  3. @angelangie I know with the economy it will be hard, which is why I didn't just outright quit my current job. I'm still going to work my current one and take interviews as they come. =] 582
  4. @lynne22 I'm good-ish... just busy. Been looking for a new job as well as trying to juggle my current one. Lets just say it's not going well yet. Because I'm a sucker for that manga and Hana Yori Dango, of course I will be watching it! I was, however, disappointed with the last show version I watched so hopefully it's better than that for me. +2 Edit to add: There are no bicycle scenes in any of the versions except Thai as far as I know.
  5. @lynne22 @kokodus Awwww. Aom and Mike are so flipping cute together. I just want to re-watch Full House Thai and Kiss Me just to see their cute! 716
  6. @kokodus That's what I was hoping for too. I'm dying for Endgame but Captain Marvel doesn't have as high a level of excitement for me. It's still high, don't get me wrong, but I'd have much preferred to work for the CM release and be off for Endgame. Oh well, maybe I'll get a new job between now and then... one where I don't have to work weekends at all. 476
  7. Painful but effective. My abs were hurting for days afterwards so I'm keeping them only on day C [which is followed by 2 rest days] @lynne22 Marvel fangirl reporting for duty! I actually looked at my schedule and found that I have Captain Marvel opening weekend off but not Avengers 4. Boooooo! So now I just need to decide if fighting the crowds on opening day is worth it for CM. +2
  8. There are other ways to get cardio in [like bike rides TO somewhere] but those aren't possible in the winter if you're not all decked out... and since I workout at 1-3am, it's definitely not doable or safe for me to be randomly riding a bike in the dark. lol I'm not actually supposed to have my phone on me for work. They're pretty lenient because of my position and needing to be able to respond to things quickly but for the most part, I leave my phone in the office while I'm on line. The watch does simple answers like yes, no, sounds good, or can't talk will call later. Which is nice. You.... you need someone to vet your girls for you because apparently you are good at picking the crazy! 520
  9. You and me both! I will never understand the people that enjoy cardio. I still get mine in but it's easily my least favorite day of the week. Plus my work has me running around all day so that counts as cardio right? It's more fitbit with *some* smartwatch capabilities. The focus is still geared towards workouts though it is nice at work to be able to read/respond to texts via the watch when I can't get to the phone immediately. As for your ex selling your dad's watch, that is rude as heck. What is wrong with her?! 500
  10. Yep! I am most definitely a gym rat. I hated cardio but once I started lifting weights, I was hooked. I know you asked @Dhakra this but I actually do have a fitbit Versa to target HR and track all my stats. Edit: 494

  12. @Dhakra Usually when I go, my gym is empty except for me and a couple other people. The past week though, it's been hella crowded. Like so crowded that I rearranged my workout in order to make sure I could use the equipment as soon as it was empty. >< Not going to lie, I'm hoping as soon as March hits the new years crowd will die down a little bit. I applaud them for coming/trying but I miss my empty gym! I go by myself but there's a couple guys there that I'll hang out with and who will spot me when I bench. Also, I have 3 separate workouts, depending on the day. Each is full body but they all have different things in them. A: Warm up, Hip thrusts, seated cable pull, squat, normal grip bench, romanian deadlift, side lying abduction, plank B: Warm up, Glute bridge, lat pulldown, walking lunge, military press, back extension, seated hip abduction, sit ups, horizontal rope chop C: Warm up, Glute bridge, horizontal row, sumo squat, close grip bench, sumo deadlift, seated abduction, sit ups, horizontal rope chop. They're arranged in supersets so I'll do the first lift immediately followed by the second with 2 min rest between sets. Then third lift followed by 4th with 2 min rest between sets again. Followed by the rest in order but not in supersets. And then my weekly schedule is A, B, Cardio, A, C. I did not try the russian twist yet. I was planning on subbing it for situps on day C [tomorrow]. +2
