From a pic, looks like KNTV aired his interview at backstage too.  Keep an eye on his Jap fan accounts, they might have posted something nicer earlier as I know his official Japan FC released a few interviews (either movie clips or articles) last month.   Since I haven't subscribed to his Japan FC, I don't get to see the details.
I also had a read at the Jap magazine pic which @stearly posted yesterday.  The resolution is not good enough for me to read properly.  The article is about his FM report, his views on L7CS and 1N2D.  He mentioned a bit of Chan Sung and Choi Kang Hee.   Sorry again, I can't read the details for doing translation.

In <Good Doctor> Joo Won and Joo Sang Wook’s friendly atmosphere on film set gives rise to the “Joo-Joo Brothers”

Joo Won and Joo Sang Wook will appear in KBS2 Monday, Tuesday drama <Good Doctor> as autistic youth Park Shi On and pediatric surgeon Kim Do Han respectively. For both men, this is their first time acting as a doctor since debut. With ambitious expectations, they fully immersed into their characters. Their same surnames have caught everyone’s attention, causing them to be given the tile of “Joo-Joo Brothers”.

In the story, pediatric surgeon Dr Kim Do Han is very unhappy with the acceptance of autistic Dr Park Shi On. He is greatly opposed to Dr Park who is different, conflicting with his hidden pain.

However, once the filming ends, the two displays a deep friendship.

Their humor has especially brought much warmth to the set. Being totally in sync with each other, this show in the latter half of the year will make the viewers feel sad, giving a peek to the touching story in a medical drama.
