a diet plan my friend gave me
ooohh okay so i thought i would share it with you guyz. ^-^ here's a great diet plan thing. and it really does work. my friend tried it out and lost 6 lbs. so far. in a week. only eur supposed to lose 10 lbs. but she didn't really follow everything exactly. and i've been doing it for about 2 days? and i 've lost 3 lbs. already.. mauahharas i love it !!! well i don't know if it will work for you guyz but just try it out??

day 1: eat only fruits and no bananas

day 2: eat only vegetables

day 3: eat vegetables and fruits and no bananas

day 4: eat bananas and milk only

day 5: eat beef and only 1 kind of vegetable/ no fruits

day 6: eat beef and any kind of vegetables/ no fruits

day 7: eat rice, vegetable and drink fruit juice/no fruits

i know it's unhealthy to lose more than 2 lbs. a week. but i like this diet and you don't have to starve yourself or anything.

interesting..sadly..I don't have much fruit variety..haha xD

the first few pounds (3-6 lbs) is the easiest part to lose, because it's just water weight, not fat.

well if you start eating all that unhealthy stuff again like fried food chips and soda and junk like right after.then yea of course you'll gain all that weight back but this is a pretty healthy diet. and if you keep eating healthy afterwards i don't think you would gain back all the weight you lost.

Like everyone said, you might lose the 10 lbs, but you'll probably gain it all back, if not more, when you start eating normally..

This sounds pretty healthy but you're going to gain the weight back after you start eating normally again.

i did this a while ago.. you see fast results but they come back faster than you loose them.

oh, you have to eat the soup too.. or you won't have any energy and blah..

you're gonna die trying to follow this diet plan, i looks simliar to the cabbage soup diet plan, that i did a research on. THe diet plan doens't even make sense.

if you want to lose weight fast then i guess its all right, but shouldnt be followed for longer then a week

that's exactly what i thought!

i'd be worried i wasn't getting everything i needed...i guess it would be okay if i needed to loose weight fast, but are you seeing, actually seeing, any physical difference since you started, or is it just a number game?

Don't you need protein.. and all the other major food groups in a day? I guess it doesn't matter if your main focus is just to lose ten pounds though.
