How much did you weigh a year ago, what's your current weight and what's your ideal weight?

Before: 98 lbs

Current: 106.8 lbs

Wish: 110-120 lbs

3 years ago (or pre-diet): ~150 ish

a year ago: around 130~132

now: 120~122

want: 110~115

weight isn't really my main factor, I'd like to just be more comfortable in my body >:

Height: 5'6"-5'7"

Highest (in January): 170 lbs

Current: 140.8 lbs

Want: 120 lbs

I don't know if this is realistic or not but I was 130 back in high school (I'm currently 20 yrs). I don't dislike how I look right now (I definitely did at 170) but I still want to lose more. It has definitely been shaped by the general perception of asian beauty. =/

Before: 117 lb

Now: 130 lb

Want: 180 lb (Prob gonna get to 190-200 lb then go on a cut to 180 lb so I can get good definition)

Height:157.5 cm

Highest Weight: 59 kg

Current Weight: 58 kg

Goal Weight: 45 kg - 47 kg

Since I'm very petite, I wish to be slender too. 

However, my legs are very muscular! 

So does anyone have any tips for slimming down thighs?

Wish: 100 (or....more like.....I want to look like a 100 but in a toned way...so if I'm more than 100 but more muscular, I wouldn't care :D).

Goal: 105-110lbs

My goal is to lose body fat instead of weight, but I think if I have relatively low body fat and really toned lean muscles, I should weight between 105 and 110 :)

(At one point I was really fit and weighed 109....and could eat ample portions! it was awesome, lol... I'd like to revert back to that!)

I gained weight during Christmas season haha! Mum keeps cooking delish food and i just can't resist 'em. But I'm totally determined to lose weight. I've been trying and failing for almost 2 years now :(

1 year ago : 180lbs

current : 200 lbs D;

wish : 150/160 lbs

The last time i was 150 was in grade 10, and that was after my rugby season of gaining 10 lbs of muscle

I don't think i ever want to be under 140, esp. with the sport i play lol

Hoping to shed that 50lbs before next summer ! I don't really care about this summer since i'll be in school = =;;

Before: (year ago) 197 lbs.

Now: 203 lbs.

Wish: 180 lbs.

I haven't weighed over 200 for almost 3 years, but I kinda gave up on life somewhere in between and stopped exercising lol. It'd be nice to be 180; if I went down to like 12% bodyfat I'd probably weigh 160, but without the fluffy fat I'd look veiny and even scarier than I do right now. I think my atrophied running legs can tolerate 180.
