Fit people on SoompI! Are you fitter than a Navy seal?

Just want to gauge how fit some of the fit people here are.

I can easily match their physical strength stats but not their aerobic endurance stats (running or whatever)

any average person can train for 3 months or so and acquire the physical strength. not really that hard if someone stays consistent. :)

aerobic is harder for me even though im quite skinny. i just dont focus much on that. but 3 months of aerobic training is very possible to be as fit as a navy seal.

i try to focus on my strength goals, then move to endurance and then maintain.

since you said fitness by itself, this encompasses both mental and physical fitness of a U.S. Navy SEAL. i don't have either (but i can still try!)

i dont bench anymore. im focusing on legs and pull ups at the moment.

but 3 months ago, i can only do 135 x 15 reps @ 135lb
