@rrmski: I don't think CYS has amnesia either.  I think she's repressed her painful memories.  I also think the story of her life that she told to the lady about to jump was simply parroted information.  That's what she's been told happened to her by the adults that have been in her life, so she just repeats it as fact without remembering what the truth, the whole truth is.   
My thoughts so far:It would seem Healer has repressed memories too.  
Didn't KMS order a hit on Healer already?  KMS is not ambiguous to me.  He's the villain.  I don't think he's just playing the baddie to eventually expose corruption with his current friends. I think KMS is corrupt to the core at this point.  He's given himself over to the dark side way back in 1992, and has attained his current position of power and wealth and wants to keep it that way. His brother KMH will come to the moral crisis point in the drama later, "Do I expose my brother or stay silent?" He's not there yet as a character, but it's coming.
Which episode will ahjumma be discovered in her hacker nest?  What secrets does she know about Healer?  When will Healer's teacher show up? Is he a good guy or a bad guy or amoral?  Is Healer's dad dead or in hiding somewhere?
Since CYS' current father is a lawyer who has ex-convicts hang out at his place, this is where Healer will end up in the future.  Will we have a time jump after Healer has been to prison and returns?  Will Healer be given immunity from prosecution because he works with the detective/prosecutors to catch KMS and his group of corrupt friends? I don't think Healer will ever go to the island because his dream to escape will change as he feels more family-like feelings for CYS and her lawyer dad. 
I predict KMH and Healer both have more than friendly feelings toward CYS as the drama progresses.  How far KMH will show his feelings, I don't know.   

Love, love, love the action scenes!  More! More!
CYS is 100% adorable! I can't wait for her reuniting with her mom! Oh happy day! 
Enjoying this drama.  Glad I started it.  Hope it ends well and doesn't fall apart near the end.  Healer, Fighting!

@Lavelyshai You were right that CYS had the right to get upset about KMH's demands, although he was trying to protect to her.After watching again the episode 4, I noticed, the voice and the way he spoke, showed that he was himself upset... I wouldn't say mad, but stressed. I guess, he had just found her and she needed to stay under the radar (unnoticed from KMS). However, she published an explosive article that got his brother's attention. He didn't expect this turn of event. We know, he wishes he could tell his noona about her lost daughter, but he can't. He doesn't want his brother to know that CYS is still alive. Now, she has written this article that creates a huge scandal and he knows how his brother deals with such things. Besides, he has just met the other three CEO who want him to support KC's campaign.  
Anyway, based on the preview, KMS thinks that his brother has been on the same side since 1992 (death of GH and suppposed death of CYS), which means that KMH must have known something and didn't intervene first... until he changed his mind - my guess, he is the one who rescued CYS but had to abandon her!-
