i think he means that he doesn't have that kind of skill to pick out a group girls that will have the same chemistry as SNSD with the same kind of sisterhood that they have. it seems to be more of a compliment to me.

if my calculations are correct, just 5 more days until the new album! i really want to hear the full version of let it rain.

Wow. It's so rare to hear YG commenting about other artists outside his own. I know the three big are all pretty close friends, Soo Man, JYP, and YG but it's really nice to see the YG like SNSD personally and obviously admires their teamwork and that no one else could be like them. WOW. haha
