I use Opera. You can have it default to a blank page (with Speed Dial, which basically has 9 thumbnails of pre-selected sites) or set it to a homepage. I have it defaulted on the blank Speed Dial page.

But my homepage is Yahoo. Just cause it's classic and simple and not too... annoying (I used to have NY Times).

i use chrome and it has this list of my most visited/recently closed/bookmarks in one neat page ^^
